FiltersFast Filters Fast Review: Affordable but Concerns About Safety and Effectiveness

I've been buying replacement countertop water filter cartridges for years from a company called IBS Lifestyle Solutions in Louisiana. But when I called the same phone number recently to reorder, a medical supply company answered, so I can only presume IBS is no longer in business? I was in a bit of a pickle as I needed a new filter and didn't know where to turn.

So, I did what any savvy shopper would do and hit the internet. That's when I stumbled upon Filters Fast. I was shocked by the fact that the CBR2-10R filter was literally half the price that I used to pay from IBS! I couldn't believe my luck. I quickly placed my order and waited for my new filter to arrive.

When it finally did, I was a little dismayed to discover that the Filters Fast filter was MADE IN CHINA (what's new) and also states on the paperwork "Not performance tested or certified by NSF". I was a bit worried about the safety of the filter and whether it would work as well as the ones I always got from IBS. But, I decided to give it a try anyway.

I also noticed that the paperwork and advertising listed the filter as PENTEK as the manufacturer, which is what I always have purchased. However, the actual label from the filter says PENTAIR. This seems somewhat deceptive and dishonest to me.

Overall, I'm happy with the price of the filter, but I do have some concerns about its safety and effectiveness. I would love to hear your feedback on these comments. It could determine if I buy from this company again or recommend friends.

FiltersFast Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with FiltersFast

I recently had an experience with FiltersFast and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I ordered a filter from their website, but when it arrived, it was the incorrect one. I tried to reach out to them by phone, but it was impossible to get through to anyone. So, I had to resort to using their third-party customer service app, which was extremely difficult to navigate and not very customer-friendly.

When I finally managed to get in touch with someone, I asked for a refund and a return authorization, citing the reason as "incorrect product". However, FiltersFast not only refused to refund the outbound shipping, but they also charged me an additional $7.99 for a UPS call tag without my permission. They claimed that I did not opt out of the call tag charge, even though I don't recall ever being given that option.

To make matters worse, FiltersFast told me that I should not have used their website for a refund and that I should have called instead. But as I mentioned earlier, it was nearly impossible to get through to them by phone. I spent hours on hold on several occasions, only to be forced to use the online form in the end.

When I finally did manage to speak to a customer service representative, he was incredibly rude, arrogant, and offensive. He kept talking over me and insisted that it was all my fault. After much arguing, he finally agreed to refund the charges "as a courtesy". But when I complained about his attitude, he said, "I gave you a refund, what more do you want?" and then hung up on me.

Overall, I would not recommend FiltersFast. It seems like they are only interested in making a sale and don't care about their customers once they have their money. If you do decide to buy from them, be prepared to deal with difficult customer service and potentially rude representatives.

FiltersFast FiltersFast.com Review: Frustrating Experience with Damaged Products and Slow Customer Service

I just wanted to give y'all an update on my experience with FiltersFast.com. Let me tell you, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride.

So, I ordered a product from FiltersFast.com and it arrived in a decent amount of time. However, when I opened the box, I found that the product was damaged. To make matters worse, the paperwork inside the box indicated that the product had been returned by another customer before it was sent to me. I followed the instructions and returned the product.

FiltersFast.com's vendor (the manufacturer) then drop shipped a replacement product to me. Unfortunately, this product was also damaged upon arrival. I was pretty frustrated at this point, so I reached out to FiltersFast.com's customer service department a month ago to try and get a replacement product that wasn't damaged.

Now, I will say that the customer service reps I spoke with were polite and used phrases like "Thank you for your patience while we resolve this for you." However, it's been a month and I still haven't received a replacement product. Meanwhile, FiltersFast.com has my money and I have no usable product. I've spent a lot of time emailing, calling, and even driving to the post office to return the first damaged product.

I will say that FiltersFast.com did eventually convince their vendor to double-box the product to protect it during shipping, which is a step in the right direction. However, it shouldn't have taken so much effort on my part to get to that point.

Overall, I would say that your time and peace of mind are worth more than what FiltersFast.com is currently delivering.

FiltersFast Poor Customer Service Experience with FiltersFast

FiltersFast is a company that sells filters for various household appliances. However, their customer service is not up to par. I had an issue with a returned product and wanted to know why the amount credited back to my credit card was $29 less than what I paid for the product. I tried calling their phone number, but it was not listed on their website. After some searching, I found the number and tried calling, but no one ever answered. They do offer a call-back option, but I wouldn't trust that to happen, either! So, I decided to PM them through Facebook. I instantly got an automated reply which still left me waiting. I texted them at 9:20 AM today, Friday, and have been waiting for a reply to my question about the amount I was refunded for an unopened, returned product.

It's now 2 pm PST and I decided to try calling again. They're closed. And not just moments ago because they're located in NC, but HOURS ago! They close at 3PM EST on Fridays! This is frustrating because I still haven't received an answer to my question. I understand that they don't refund shipping costs, but that should not be a factor since I covered the cost to get the item back to them rather than pay them $8 for them to provide me with a label! That's fairly outrageous, right? Could it be a restocking fee? Maybe, but $29 is a tad steep, no?

I am disappointed that FiltersFast does not have better customer service. It would be much easier if they could just answer the phone and provide me with an explanation. Instead, I have to wait until sometime next week when they decide to get back to me. This is not how a business should operate. It's frustrating and inconvenient for the customer. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

FiltersFast Mixed Experience with FiltersFast: Great Service, Wrong Product Shipped Twice

I've been using FiltersFast for a good few years now to get my hands on some brand-name heppa filters that I need for medical reasons. I can't say I've ever had any complaints with them, in fact, I've always been pretty pleased with the price and service they offer. The price is always less than what I'd pay if I went straight to the manufacturer, and the service is always pretty quick and reliable.

However, I did have a bit of an issue with my most recent order. I placed my usual order and it took a whole week to arrive. Now, I know there was a big blizzard on the East Coast last month and UPS was shut down for two days, but my home is only half a day's drive away from FF's shipping warehouse, so it really shouldn't have taken that long.

When the box finally arrived, I found that the wrong filters had been shipped. FF has their own house brand filter with the same item number as the brand-name filter I usually get, but it's half the cost. They had sent me the house brand filter instead of the brand-name one, but they still charged me the brand-name price. I've used the house brand filter once before and it was pretty unsatisfactory. It didn't fit my machine properly, it was really noisy, and it didn't capture as much as the brand-name filter.

I called up FF to let them know about the mistake and they promised to send me the brand-name filter right away, along with a return label for the house brand filter. The person I spoke to on the phone was really professional and friendly, which was nice.

However, when the replacement box arrived, it contained another house brand filter. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. The return label for the house brand filter also took almost two weeks to arrive, which was a bit frustrating.

All in all, I've decided to start using another supplier in the future, even if it means paying a bit more. I just don't think I can trust FF to get my order right anymore. James Rogers.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Horrible Customer Service and Site Errors

So, I recently ordered some air filters from FiltersFast, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. First of all, when I went to check out, the total amount displayed on the site was lower than what was actually charged to my credit card. I mean, what's up with that? I didn't appreciate being charged more than what I was expecting, especially since I had already approved the transaction at the lower amount.

But that's not all. When I received my order, I noticed that the sales tax was incorrect for my county and state. I mean, come on, FiltersFast, get your act together! I contacted customer service to try to get this corrected, but it took them several days to respond, and when they finally did, they were incredibly combative and unhelpful. They insisted that the increase in price was correct because of some vague terms and conditions that apparently say that multiple "promotions" aren't compatible. But here's the thing: their terms and conditions don't actually mention anything about free shipping being a promotion, and their site is full of pop-up ads that explicitly state that using the subscription service gives you both a 10% discount and free shipping.

After wasting a bunch of time arguing with them and sending screenshots of their own site to prove my point, they finally agreed to refund the overcharge. But guess what? It's been a week, and I still haven't received that refund. And they're not responding to my emails anymore, either.

Overall, I would say that FiltersFast is a pretty horrible company. Their site is full of errors, their customer service reps are combative and uninformed, and they don't seem to care about honoring their agreements. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, and I would advise anyone else to steer clear as well.

FiltersFast Disappointed with FiltersFast.com's Packaging and Customer Service Response

FiltersFast.com is a website that sells filters for various appliances like air conditioners, refrigerators, and more. We had a subscription with them for a while, but we recently cancelled it due to some issues we had with our most recent order. While we do like the filters themselves, we were disappointed with the condition they arrived in and the customer service response we received.

Our first experience with FiltersFast.com was great, and we decided to continue using them for all of our filter needs. However, the second time we received our filters, we noticed that the prices had gone up and there was no padding in the packaging. As a result, some of the air filters were bent, but we didn't think it was a big deal and decided to keep them anyway. However, two of the refrigerator water filters arrived with broken filter caps, and they were shipped in a plastic envelope with no padding whatsoever.

We were very unhappy with the condition of the filters and emailed FiltersFast.com pictures of the smashed packaging boxes, the broken filter caps, and the envelope they were shipped in. We explained that we didn't feel comfortable using the filters because the airtight seal had been compromised by the broken caps, and we couldn't tell if the plastic had been damaged during shipping. We were worried that the filters could spring a leak once put in use.

FiltersFast.com responded by saying that the water filters themselves should still be fine, but they refused to pay for return shipping. They did offer to take the filters back, but we would have to pay for the return shipping ourselves. We think this is poor business practice and we won't be buying from them again.

Overall, we like the filters themselves, but we were disappointed with the condition they arrived in and the customer service response we received. We hope that FiltersFast.com will improve their packaging and customer service in the future so that other customers don't have the same experience we did.

FiltersFast FiltersFast: Affordable, Convenient, and High-Quality Water Filters for Your Home

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised when I got my filter from FiltersFast. I mean, I totally forgot I even ordered it until it showed up in my mailbox! But boy, am I glad I did.

I was at Home Depot the other day, trying to find a filter for my fridge and ice maker. The one I needed was almost $60! Can you believe that? So I asked one of the associates if there was a cheaper option, and they told me about FiltersFast. I checked it out online and found the same filter for half the price! I was sold.

When I got the filter in the mail, I was impressed with how well-made it was. It looked exactly like the fancy expensive one I had replaced before. And it was packaged nicely too.

Now, let me tell you about the water out here in the country. It tastes gross. Like, really gross. The main source of the problem is the saltiness from our water softener. But this filter cleared it right up! Before, we were spending almost $250 a month on bottled water for our family of five and two pets. But now, we don't have to do that anymore. And that's a huge relief.

One of the coolest things about FiltersFast is that you can schedule when you want your next filter delivered. As a busy mom, I don't always have time to think about taking my kids to the store for filters. But with FiltersFast, I don't have to worry about it. The filter just shows up in the mail when I need it.

And get this, I just used my last furnace filter from Home Depot too. Looks like I'm going to be signing up for those from FiltersFast as well.

Now, I'm a numbers person, and let me tell you, it's definitely worth the money to do this with FiltersFast. Plus, I don't even have to leave the house! It's a win-win.

Oh, and one more thing. When you initially install your ice maker/water filter, you have to run the water for about 5 minutes or so. (The directions are very clear when you open your package.) At first, the water will be grey, but don't worry, it will turn clear. My water filter for the shower that I got from Amazon was the same way. It's just the way water filters work.

So, if you want to save some money and time, go with FiltersFast. The quality is great, and the convenience is unbeatable.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Inaccurate Website, Frustrating Customer Service, Slow Refund Process - Look Elsewhere for Air Filters

I had a pretty frustrating experience with FiltersFast. I needed an air filter for my Lenox central heating and air conditioning system, so I went on their website and found the exact one I needed. I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, I quickly realized that they had sent me the wrong part. I was pretty annoyed, but I figured it was just a mistake and contacted their customer service team to get it sorted out.

To my surprise, they asked me to send them photos of the part I received. I thought this was a bit odd, but I did as they asked. Then they hit me with the bombshell - their website was incorrect and they didn't actually carry the part that I had ordered. I was pretty frustrated at this point, but I asked them to refund my money and they said they would once they received the wrong part back.

So, I mailed the part back to them and they received it on March 15, 2019. I waited a few days and then contacted them about my refund. They asked me to send them the tracking number for the returned part, which I did. This is where things really started to go downhill. Despite the fact that I had included their return authorization number inside and on the outside of the box, there seemed to be a disconnect between their return department and their business office.

Eventually, they confirmed that they had received the returned part, but then they had the audacity to tell me that it would take 2-3 weeks to process my credit. I couldn't believe it! After all the hassle I had gone through, they were going to make me wait even longer for my money back. I was pretty angry at this point and felt like their customer service was seriously lacking.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with FiltersFast. Their website is inaccurate, their customer service is frustrating, and their refund process is slow and inefficient. If you're looking for air filters, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

FiltersFast Disappointing Experience with FiltersFast: Slow Shipping, Rude Customer Service, and Unwanted Charges

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with FiltersFast. I mean, with a name like that, you'd think they'd be all about getting you your filters fast, right? But nope, not in my experience. I ordered a furnace filter from them back in January because my allergies were acting up and I needed to change it out ASAP. But after more than two weeks went by and I still hadn't received it, I knew something was up.

So I called their customer service line and got Eddie on the line. He seemed nice enough, but then he put me on hold and transferred me to some survey thing before even helping me out. I mean, come on, man! I didn't answer any of the questions because I hadn't even been helped yet. And then when I called back and got Sierra, she straight up hung up on me in the middle of explaining my problem. Rude much?

Anyway, I finally got Eddie again and he told me my order was scheduled to ship on January 18. At that point, I was just relieved it hadn't shipped yet because I didn't want to give this company any more of my money. So I told Eddie to cancel the order, and he said he did and that there wouldn't be any charge to my credit card. But then I never got the confirmation email he promised me.

And then, to top it all off, I got an email yesterday saying they had shipped the filter. What the heck?! I checked my credit card account and saw that they had charged me for it on January 30, two weeks after I had canceled the order. So I called them up today to tell them I was refusing the shipment because of all their mistakes. But the girl I talked to told me they were going to charge me $10.00 if I refused it and wouldn't refund my money. Are you kidding me?!

I've disputed the charge and contacted FedEx to refuse the shipment, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll go to court if I have to just to make sure this company doesn't get a penny of my money. And the girl I talked to today didn't even apologize for all the trouble they put me through. She just kept interrupting me and saying "ma'am" over and over again. So clueless and rude!

Honestly, I'm starting to think they don't even have anything in stock. They told me my filter was a "special order item," but I was able to find it at Home Depot and Lowe's no problem. In fact, I ended up ordering it from Discount Furnace Filters instead and got it within three days. I highly recommend them over FiltersFast any day.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Wrong Filter, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

Me and my old lady have been using FiltersFast for a hot minute now. We always get the same dang order of water and furnace air filters. But let me tell you, we had a real problem with them in early December. They sent us the wrong water filter and it didn't fit our water filter thingamajig. We hit them up about it and they said there's a new version of the filter and it don't fit older mechanisms. They tried to sell us a whole new water filtration system, but we ain't no fools. We asked for a refund or credit, but they acted like it was our fault for not knowing the new filter wouldn't fit. We been trying to talk to a real person on the phone for a hot minute, but all we get is canned responses via email. We ain't never ordering from these jokers again and we hope y'all don't fall for their scam like we did.

FiltersFast FiltersFast: Slow Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and No Refunds

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with FiltersFast. I ordered a couple of filters back on December 11th, and they said it would be delivered by January 10th. But here we are on January 15th, and I still haven't received anything! I've tried calling them six different times, and every time I've been put on hold for ages without anyone picking up. I mean, seriously, I've spent over five hours on hold in total! It's ridiculous.

Finally, I decided to try their "text messaging" service, which was a bit of a mixed bag. I did get a couple of responses that seemed like they were from actual humans (although I'm not entirely sure), but it took forever to get any kind of useful information out of them. Today, for example, they told me that my order was delayed because it ships directly from their supplier. They said they submitted an inquiry to find out when it would arrive and that they'd contact me once they knew more.

Honestly, at this point, I'm not holding my breath. I don't think I'm ever going to get those filters, and I definitely don't expect to get a refund. The only thing that FiltersFast was "fast" at was taking my money! It's just mind-boggling to me that a company can conduct business like this and still call themselves "FiltersFast." What a joke!

FiltersFast FiltersFast: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency

I recently made a purchase from FiltersFast for a filter for my fridge. I found the product I needed on their website and placed my order. However, I encountered some issues with their customer support page. It was difficult to navigate and contained errors that made it confusing to use. I decided to call the company to get some help, but it took me almost half an hour to find their phone number. It seems like they don't want to receive inbound calls, as they hide their contact information from customers.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Poor Customer Service and Back Orders

I made a mistake by not doing my research before placing an order with FiltersFast. I needed a couple of common filters and thought it would be a quick and easy purchase. However, after a week had passed, I still had not received my filters or any tracking information. I decided to give them a call and that's when I found out that my filters were back ordered. They told me that it would be at least another week before I could expect to receive them.

I was disappointed to hear this news. I mean, this is a company that specializes in filters, so you would think that they would have the common ones in stock. But after reading through some of the reviews, it seems like this is a common issue with FiltersFast. It almost seems like they don't keep any filters in stock and just order them from their suppliers whenever they receive an order. This is just my suspicion, but it's definitely a possibility.

FiltersFast Disappointing Experience with FiltersFast: Delayed Shipment, Confusing Emails, and Unhelpful Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with FiltersFast. I placed an order and was charged right away, but I never received any notification that my shipment would be delayed. I had to take matters into my own hands and give them a call to see what was going on. Turns out, my order hadn't even been shipped yet! I was pretty frustrated at this point and decided to cancel my order right then and there.

But the story doesn't end there. Days later, I received an email saying that my order would be delayed. And then, the very next day, I got another email saying that my order had been shipped and was on its way to me. What the heck? I thought I had cancelled it! So, I called again and spoke to someone who was not very helpful or friendly. She told me that she could refund me for the price of the filters, but not for the shipping. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she put me on hold for what felt like an eternity and then told me that the supervisor wasn't available.

I was pretty fed up at this point, so I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor right away. But, once again, I had no luck. The person I spoke to said that they couldn't do anything about it and that I should just wait for my order to arrive and then return it for a refund. Ugh.

Before I could call again, though, I got a notification from my PayPal account that I had received a refund from FiltersFast. Finally! But honestly, the whole experience was such a hassle that I don't think I'll ever do business with them again. And I definitely won't be recommending them to any of my friends or family.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Mixed Experience with Shipping and Refund Process

So, I ordered a filter from FiltersFast and it was a bit of a hassle. The shipping people used an address that was totally unrecognizable, and I could only track the shipment once. It was headed to Alaska, which was definitely not where I live. When I asked about it, they said that once the filter was returned to them, they would refund my money. I decided to order another filter, and this time it was delivered just fine. But when I asked again about the refund for the first filter, they said it hadn't been returned yet and that they would refund me once it was.

I was getting pretty frustrated at this point. It had been over a month and I felt like I was getting the runaround. I told them that it was their mistake, not mine, and threatened to sue (even though it was only $20). Finally, they sent me an email saying they had credited my PayPal account.

Honestly, it was a bit of a mess and I'm not sure if I'll use FiltersFast again. It just seems like a lot of hassle for something that was clearly their fault. But, I will say that the second filter I ordered was delivered quickly and worked just fine. So, if you're willing to take a bit of a risk, FiltersFast might be worth a shot. Just be prepared for some potential headaches along the way.

FiltersFast Disappointing Customer Support Experience with FiltersFast - A Review

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with FiltersFast. I mean, I dropped some serious cash with these guys, and I was really hoping for some decent customer support. But nope, that just wasn't in the cards.

So here's the deal: back in January of 2020, I ordered a mask from FiltersFast. But when it arrived, it was the wrong one. No biggie, I thought - mistakes happen. But then they told me I had to wait until they got more in stock because of the Covid rush. Fair enough, I figured - I mean, everyone was dealing with some pretty crazy stuff at that point.

But then I waited. And waited. And waited. I called them a few times to check in, but they just kept telling me to wait. Finally, on July 7th, they told me they were going to fulfill the order. I was pretty stoked, I gotta admit.

But then...nothing. I didn't get any confirmation or anything. So I called them up today, on July 23rd, to see what was up. And that's when they dropped the bombshell: they weren't going to fulfill the order after all. And if I wanted a partial refund for the wrong mask they sent me, I had to return it - at my own cost - even though I never got the product I actually ordered.

I mean, come on. That's just not cool. They messed up my order, refused to fix it, and then asked me to jump through hoops just to get a partial refund. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with FiltersFast again.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Promises Not Delivered, Lies and Incompetence

So, I had an experience with FiltersFast and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I decided to order a filter over the phone, and the girl who took my order wrote down the wrong address. I have no idea where she came up with those numbers, but the filter was sent back. I called the company and they promised to resend it. However, it already showed that it was on its way back. I called four days later because I couldn't find a routine number, and they told me that it had to go through some board. So, it still wasn't being sent. They promised it would come to my house in two days, that way on the 18th. But here it is the 25th and still no filter.

They said that it couldn't be shipped again, and they sent it through some fly by night shipping. I get FedEx at my house all the time, so I was really confused. I called to close my account and ask for a refund, but they still had the wrong address even after being promised that it was corrected. This is the fourth time I had to get this corrected. Now they say it's going to take three to seven days to get my money back. It's just a mess.

I was really disappointed with FiltersFast. They promised me so much, but they didn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are nothing but lies and incompetence. However, I will say that they are cheaper and faster than Amazon. So, I guess they will have my business. But, if you want to avoid all the hassle, I suggest you look elsewhere.

FiltersFast FiltersFast Review: Cheapest Option or Inferior Quality?

I saw this ad on TV for FiltersFast and they were saying that they're the cheapest option when it comes to buying filters. They even said they're cheaper than those big stores. So, I decided to check it out for myself. I went to my local big orange box store and bought a name brand filter in the "best" category off the rack. It cost me $9.15 each by the case. Then, I went to FiltersFast's website and found the same sized filter (not the same brand) for $9.49 by Merv or $20.16 for Filtrete brand. The first option was close in price, but the FiltersFast brand was a lower quality filter. It even says on their website that it does NOT filter "very fine dust" or "bacteria". The brand I bought off the shelf from the box store does filter those things.

Another thing I noticed was that the more expensive brand on FiltersFast's site also says it does NOT filter "very fine dust" or "bacteria". And it's twice the price! I really thought FiltersFast would be an easier option, but based on quality and time, it's easier for me to buy a case of filters once every 3 years than deal with new filters arriving in the mail every 3 months. Especially since it would be an inferior brand of filters.

Overall, I was disappointed with FiltersFast. They claim to be the cheapest option, but when you compare the quality and price, it's just not worth it. I'll stick to buying my filters from the big box stores.

FiltersFast False mailing claim and zero communication

Ordered a refrigerator filter 1/15. Received notice it was mailed 1/16. It's now 1/21 and post office has yet to receive package. The company does not respond to repeated inquiries. Stay away. They need to change their name to slowfilter or nofilter.

FiltersFast unordered filter & i'm supposed to pay to return

I bought a water filter from them for my under the sink water filter system.
I change them once a year since we don't use it a lot.
Within a few months, without ordering it, another filter comes from them.
I DID NOT ORDER it and contacted them to return it. They tell me that I have to pay something like $10 for return shipping ! I was screwed so said go ahead and send me the label. That's been well over a week and not a word from them. Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

FiltersFast cannot cancelling auto delivery

Cancelling "auto delivery" cannot be done on their "new" (I suppose) website.
The cancelling of "my auto delivery" on your "new" (I suppose) website. The instructions are:
"go to www.filtersfast.com and click 'my account' at the top of our web page. Under 'already a customer?' enter your email address and password.
Once you are logged in, click the link titled 'my auto delivery'.
"to cancel, in the 'my subscriptions' tab of my auto delivery, click on 'more changes' and 'deactivate subscription'. Please allow up to 24 business hours for cancellation of orders or other changes to be made."
When I get to my account there is no tab to get me to"my auto delivery"much less"more changes"and"deactivate subscription".
On my order I stated"do not auto deliver filters"and I foolishly believed I could cancel"auto delivery" by the wording on your emails regarding my one time order of refrigerator water filters.
Therefore, I must demand you cancel/deactivate/scrub my subscription. No further charges to my credit card will be honored.
Please respond quickly!

FiltersFast taking the $ but not delivering the goods... repeatedly

After being prompted via relentless emails to re-open my account and get a discount on my first order "back" I caved and decided the try this American business again vs. ordering my filter through Amazon. Years ago, there was a recurring issue with the delivery. Even though I had corrected the wrong input on my address, FilterFast decided to still ship it with the old address label and they were promptly returned. My complaining was met with misgiving and not handled in a professional way and I left.
I should have known better . Believe it or not, but in June, after putting in all the correct shipping - and credit card information I ordered a new filter, making use of my "promo-code" to come back; it turned out to not make much difference anyway, but felt good about giving someone a second chance vs. the big guys.
You guessed it...no filter, due to wrong address. I kid you not. I ordered another one (yeah, I know, once bitten...) paid another $35 and still...nothing. Interesting how the new credit card information was NOT mistaken. Something went right there! No notification that it was returned and I'd be credited. I sent two emails and both were met with 2 day waiting time for a response. Never a waiting time for an order! I have demanded a full refund for both items and will report to BBB if it is not credited to my account within 5 business days. Its inexcusable to be doing business like that in this day and age. Then, you don't deserve to have a thriving business, indeed.

FiltersFast filter

After making my initial purchase on march 27th I have finally received my filters june 10th! This was after a number of emails asking where my filters were. First response was the filters were special order and they would be delivered at the beginning of may!. Why did you not tell me this upfront! After still not receiving them I wrote again. They wrote back and offered me a refund. I did not want a refund just the filters. They finally came june 10th!
New name for the filterfast should be: quick to charge, slow to deliver,
Probably my worst online purchase ever.

I have been waiting for weeks now. Sent multiple emails, sitting on phone now for over an hour waiting for a representative to find out where my order from nearly 2 weeks ago is. Status never updates on website. It is like some con job company with 1 person working for them. They intermittently take phone calls between trying to fulfill the orders. Worst customer service ever.

FiltersFast thermostat

On Dec12/30/2017, I ordered two thermostats from Filterfast.com, but by 1/8/2018, I still did not get any shipping confirmation! So I emailed Filterfast.com on 1/8/2018 to cancel my order because I needed one ASAP and could not take the chance that shipping will be from China.
Filterfast's Ashley Profitt refused to cancel my order and claimed that the order was in "process" and could not longer be cancelled. They did not even ship it. I had no choice but to order the same filter on eBay on 1/8/2018 and got it 4 days later on 1/12/2018.

After my email on 1/8/2018, Filterfast finally send me a shipping notice on 1/9/2018. So she clearly violated the Filterfast stated policy of prompt cancellation before shipping occurs.

Anyway, the story did not end here. I finally received the Filterfast order on 1/16/2018. But it was only 1 thermostat instead of the 2 I ordered! Right away I anticipated problems with this company and took pictures of the package and asked my postman to back me up. He clearly remembered putting a small square package under my front gate the day before and volunteered to back me up anytime.
I contacted Ashley Profitt of Filterfast again and she seemed to have washed her hands and passed me on to their "Customer Care" Kylee. So I had to forward the email chain I had with Ashley to Kylee on 1/18/2018. I also enclosed additional pictures.

Now nearly a week later, I have not received any response from Kylee, despite my additional email info request to her. Looks like she also has cut me off. I then tried their phone # I dug up on the Internet (Filterfast does not list their # on their website). No one answered the phone and I was told the wait to talk to their Customer Care rep would be over 1 hr!

If I get no response from Filterfast, I plan to file complaints with NC BBB, city of Monroe and city of Charlotte, etc, So I will continue with other agencies as long as it will take. The cost is small but it is the principle that is important.

FiltersFast don't buy from them

Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
Ordered a filter. A very simple and an average one, nothing special and probably, not the most popular one. They sent me a confirmation and order details. The email stated that the item would be sent within 2-3 business days.
One week went by and I called to find out the order status and learned that the filter was never shipped because it was out of stock. Unbelievable. No one thought I would like to be notified of it. I canceled the ordered and asked for a refund. Waiting for it to be reimbursed. I hope they won't screw it up.

FiltersFast auto delivery

When I first ordered filters well over a year ago I signed up for auto delivery. I cancelled subject auto delivery long before it was due to activate as I would not need to change out filters as fast as I had thought. This past October I was notified by e-mail that an auto order was being filled and sent in a few days. I e-mailed them to stop such practice and I would not pay for any shipments. The filters came anyway. I refused receipt of them. I phone them but of course was put on hold. Told if I pushed certain phone button I would receive a call back. Tried this three times but no return call/message. I received another shipment end of this November.. refused it too.. My card has been charged for the first shipment and I am sure the second as well. I'd had it for sure by now. Called filters fast and held on for 38 minutes and then hung up in disgust. Their customer service phone number is useless. I expect them to credit back my card very quickly as I am sure they can figure out who I am as a customer. My next alternative will be to contact my credit card company and have them reverse item as charges will be under protest

Over a year ago I ordered filters and set up auto delivery. Shortly after delivery I cancel auto delivery as I became aware it would be many months before a re-order would be needed. Months go by and in Oct.'17 I was notified by e-mail an auto order was being filled and would be sent shortly. I called customer service number.. held on for 15-20 min. and then pushed button for call back (supposedly within the next day) never happened. I was able to cancel auto order via e-mail in Oct-17 but only for future ones after my e-mail. Filters came but I refused delivery. Called Filters Fast but again long wait and then no call back (or message left if we were not at home) Then at end of Nov'17 I was astounded when another shipment of filters arrived! Had enough and of course called appropriate number and was on hold for 38 minutes when I just hung up. I am sure Filters Fast knows who sent them back both parcels. I expect immediate credit to my credit card and if not will have to lodge complaint with card company to reverse charges. Such failure in service is totally unacceptable!

FiltersFast never again

I am very disappointed.
I am sure I will never buy anything from them. Everything is overpriced.I wish I searched a little before ordering from them, maybe I would have spent my money wiser.
Moreover, I waited for one month for the filter to arrive. It's extremely long. And sneaky. Because I wasn't able to return the filter as the warranty period lasted 30 days. Awful.
