A year ago I paid a fortune to get a upper plate. I have made at least 20 trips back before getting permanent plate! A little over a week ago I got it. It was crooked! I had to get married that way with the plate! There phones here on vann drive in Jackson Tennessee have not worked since I got my plate so of course I thought they were closed for the 4th holiday! I came in today and the techs here 2 of them were nasty hateful! The plate they put in my mouth was way to big(a person mouth is only so big so it hurt me my jaw now feels like I got punched! The smart mouth tech said well it's the smallest we have! WRONG! THIS DIDNT HAPPEN BEFORE! We will never come back here and I will tell everyone about this pathetic excuse for a dental office!

Aspen Dental partial

Went to Aspen to have new partial after their long list of 3000.00 dental work that had to be done before partial would be made ..they are scammers and not even sure the dentist is really a dentist .she can't even pull a molar had to have surgeon pull it 500.00 dollars later .well now it's been 2 months since impression for partial .2 partials later and neither would fit into my mouth .so now another month wait for third partial . They are incompetent liars and office manager act like she was talking to a child as she scolded me for questioning why the partials don't fit and if the lab compentent, they have been paid by me and my insurance and now are treating me like crap ...today I called 2 times and both times manager would not take call ...I think I want a refund to go to a real dentist practice ..

Aspen Dental final set of dentures

I was a patient of the Gresham, OR Aspen Dental Office, located at: 670 NW Eastman Pkwy, Gresham, OR 97030. On March 12, 2018, I met with a financial representative of the Gresham OR, Aspen Dental office. At this appointment, I chose which dentures I wished to purchase. I chose the ComfiLyte denture. On this day I made a down-payment in the amount of $3, 6075.60.
On March 16, 2018, I met with Gresham, OR Aspen Dental Financial Representative to finalize my purchase of ComfiLyte dentures. At this appointment, I paid the final amount owed for the ComfiLyte dentures, $1, 001.60. My Insurance Company paid $1, 010.80.
When I first met the Dentist/Doctor, Garcia I told him and his assistant that I would be moving to Kansas on June 16, 2018. I asked both the Assistant and the Dentist/Doctor, if I would be able receive final set of dentures by the time I was to move. I was told by Doctor/Dentist Garcia, that I would be able to receive my final set of dentures prior to June 16, 2018.
I had a series of appointments in June of 2018 to receive my final set of dentures. (June 6, June 11, June 12, June 13 & June 14). At the June 6, 2018 appointment, I reminded both the Doctor and the Dental Assistant that I would be moving to Kansas on Saturday, June 16, 2018. I retired on June 14th and have planned this move for over a year. At this appointment (June 6th) I had a different Dentist/Doctor. I was told that Doctor/Dentist Garcia, no longer worked at the Gresham, OR Aspen Dental Office.
I was to receive my final set of dentures at the June 11th appointment. At this appointment, when the DR and assistant placed the dentures in my mouth, they did not fit. The Doctor attempted to alter the dentures to fit. The Doctor was very rough with me at this appointment. He pulled excessively at my mouth. I asked him twice to stop pulling so hard, but to no avail. Approximately 4 hours after I left this appointment, I could feel a cold sore forming on my lip in the area where the Doctor was pulling on my lips. A good fit was not achieved. I told the assistant that I was not happy with the fit and that I wanted a new set of dentures. The Office Manager/Human Resource/Financial Representative spoke to me and said that if I were to return on 6/12/2018, I would be measured and fitted for a new set of dentures. I spent approximately 3 hours in the office this day. I was told to return the following day to be measured and fitted for a new set of dentures.
I returned on June 12th. At this appointment I was measured and fitted for a new set of dentures. I was told that I must return on 6/13/2018 for an appointment to finalize the dentures. I was told that I would need to leave the dentures for approximately 5 hours, so the lab could have them.
I returned to Aspen Dental on June 13, 2018. I left my final dentures as advised by the Aspen Dental staff. I returned approximately 5-6 hours later to receive my final set of dentures. At this appointment, the final dentures again did not fit. The Doctor was again very rough with me. He told me, "you have two different bites, this is why we are not able to get a good fit". The Doctor then began sanding down the dentures. He told me that he needed to significantly sand down the back molars on the dentures, so they would appropriately fit into my mouth. I told the Doctor that I did not want him to file these down. I told him if it was necessary for him to significantly sand down the back molars on the dentures, then this was telling me that there was a poor fit. I was directed by the Aspen Dental staff to return the following day, so a better fit could be attempted. I returned to Aspen Dental, Gresham, OR on Thursday, June 14th. After a period of adjusting my dentures, the Doctor and the Dental Assistant attempted to fit the dentures into my mouth. I was asked to bite down over 20 times and asked to "remember" how I was biting. At this point, I still did not have a set of dentures that fit. Though, the fit was closer than when I arrived at the Aspen Dental Office this day. I was still not satisfied with the fit. I could not completely close my mouth. There was a definite gap between my upper and lower dentures.
At this point, I was very frustrated and as mentioned before, I was set to move to Kansas on Saturday, June 16. The Dental Assistant told me that I would need to get adjustments to my dentures after I arrived in Kansas.
I have not been able to wear my final set of Dentures since the June 14th appointment. I have been forced to use my temporary dentures.
On June 16, 2018, I began my move to Ellis, Kansas. I arrived in Kansas on Tuesday, June 19th. I have not been available for an Aspen Dental appointment until now. I needed to get moved in to my new residence, take care of personal medical issues. and assist my daughter and her family after the birth of their second son on July 2, 2018. On July 6th, I contacted my nearest Aspen Dental Office in Grand Island, NE to set an appointment. I have an appointment at the Grand Island, NE office on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 4:00 PM.
I am respectfully requesting that I again be measured and fitted for a final set of ComfiLyte dentures.

Respectfully,

Susie Strom

Aspen Dental complaint about dentist charles d. milton and professional

I went to Aspen Dental on 08/09/2016 to have teeth filled. I was told I had to have a free examination first. I waited for them to tell me what they found. Instead they took me to the office manager to check my credit. I told him that wasn't necessary because I had three (3) dental insurances. He gave me another appointment two weeks later. They canceled that appointment and gave me an appointment two weeks past the original appointment. I found out later I was charged $6, 743.00 the first day I went in that office.

Then they said I was given insurance participating discounts of $3, 998.00 which left me with a balance of $2, 745.00. Then the day I went in to have teeth filled and I had to pay $40.00 more. They had Comenity Capital Bank pay this money the first day I went in without my knowledge or consent. I have Humana Dental which allows me not to pay finance charges for 6 months. This is why I never let a dentist do more than I can pay off in 6 months. Then I had Aetna Discount, and I also have Humana Insurance. Then I tried to file a complaint with Dental First against Aspen Dental and I was told there is no Dental First. I would have to contact Aspen Dental.

Two men walked in the room. They went behind me and I remember nothing else; until a sharp pain hit me in my lower left gum. I jumped and tried to scream and a man ordered me to stop. I found out later they pulled 3 teeth and cut bones from under my tongue without my knowledge or consent.

I ate breakfast before I left home and they never prepared me for the surgery. They never checked to see if I had anyone to drive me home from Yulee Florida back To Waycross Georgia which is over 80 miles away.

I hemorrhaged for over 4 days and I couldn't eat because I was drinking my own blood. The pain was unreal and I am still having problems with pain in my gum and neck. He messed up my neck. I had to hold my head when I laid down or sit up.

Charles D. Milton DDS; This dentist treated me as though he was on a production line. He left two (2) roots and bones in my top and lower gums. It took months before anyone did anything about the problem they caused me. He cut my gum open a second time without killing the pain. This resulted in sharp pain hit me again and he stuck me two more times messing up my gum.

Since 2016 this sharp pain continues; often swells and my jaw still hurts none stop! It is a total disgrace for anybody to mistreated like this in 2018 and somebody must deal with this facility before somebody is killed. As a senior citizen these doctors must stop mistreating the elderly like this here in the state of GEORGIA! Please Share and help other patients here in our beloved nation.

CHARLES D. MILTON CANNOT BE TRUSTED DO PERFORM PROFESSONAL DENTAL WORK.

Aspen Dental dental service

Myself and my two daughters have been trying to work with this location. They make appointments then call and cancel within twelve hours of the appointment. They have delayed do work that was needed desperately to the point that have a filling fall out has turned into root canals having to be done. And when at the enotdonist he said the teeth did not require root canals. We have lost multiple days at work because of them. When they said they would send gift cards as an apology they never came. When a very expensive tooth brush was ordered and paid for that never arrived once again the refund was never applied for. At no time has anyone in the office said so much as we are sorry how can this be fixed. When having a temporary crown put on it fell off three times while in the office and a fourth when I was driving home. The next morning while missing more work hours it fell off two more time before it was remade Then they didn't even file the insurance correctly so it was said the crown was not needed for the tooth that they messed up so badly there was no other option. I feel these people owe me and my family refunds for the unprofessional work and way in which they work. Or at least attempt to work at

in need of lower dentures, i visited aspen dental in dekalb on 01/25/18 for an overall exam and a plan to replace existing (old) upper denture and create a new lower denture (and implants) to replace a partial appliance that was no longer viable due to the loss of anchor teeth.

dr. chandi developed a treatment plan that included all of the following:
• replace full upper denture with new temporary appliance.
• extract six (6) lower teeth.
• remove torus mandibularis, ll and lr.
• provide "same day" temporary lower denture.
• following six months' use of temporaries, install clip-on implants for upper and lower.

preliminary work began on 01/26/18 and surgery took place on 02/08/18 at which time aspen demanded full payment for all treatments ($3, 683.60). the surgery was lengthy and the temporary lower denture was of no use. i returned several times for adjustments and modifications which did not result in any improvement in fit or pain relief. on a march 5 visit, i learned that dr. chandi was "gone", i.e. no longer with the practice. (i suspect that she was "let go" from austriaco dental.) on march 5, dr. austriaco examined dr. chandi's work and determined that the initial procedure was not done correctly. he scheduled a second tori-removal for march 12. [with having no lower teeth and constant severe pain for more than a month, we contacted capital one (the charge card company used to pay aspen's fee) and initiated a payment dispute on march 13.]

we also contacted ms. hauter and scheduled a consultation for 04/11/18 with chauntel hauter and dr. austriaco to discuss the overall financial situation and future treatments. on 04/10, chauntel called me to advise the dr. austriaco would not be attending the meeting. another appointment was made to meet with chauntel for 04/20/18. my wife attended that meeting, the result of which was chauntel's promise to "contact corporate" to determine disposition of payments made to aspen by me and our insurance carrier.

following the march 12 tori grinding, several attempts to create a viable denture were made without success. on april 4, a third tori grinding was completed by dr. nye, followed by installation of a "cushion" on the lower denture, the purpose of which was to eliminate pain caused by rubbing of the denture against sensitive tissue. this cushion yielded minimal pain relief and the denture was so loose-fitting, that it would fall out during speech.

previously scheduled visits were canceled by aspen and on may 7, i was advised that aspen would refund a portion of monies paid (out-of-pocket and insurance) if i signed a release that precludes pursuit of any additional remedies.

still with pain but no teeth, i contacted other dentists for treatment advice. all agreed that the tori removal attempts by aspen were not successful and that the skills of an oral surgeon were required to prepare my bone structure for creation of a lower denture.

proposed actions: i believe that the doctors at the dekalb, illinois aspen facility over-estimated their ability to deliver the promised treatment and then took desperate steps to make unsuccessful patchwork corrections. the results of these activities were: on-going severe pain, no lower teeth, the inability to eat anything but soft foods, weight loss, depression, impaired speech, embarrassment, lost wages, facial appearance, melancholy, and overall distress.

it is my position that aspen should:

• dismiss all charges and fees associated with its failure to deliver promised services.
• pay any and all costs associated with my engagement of other doctors to repair and complete the procedures originally promised by aspen, including the installation of upper and lower implants.
• promise to pay any and all costs associated with treating any future and/or unforeseen problems linked to aspen's treatments or lack thereof.
• provide some level of compensation for dealing (since february 8, 2018) with all of the conditions listed above.

it is my sincere hope that aspen dental management, inc. and dr. austriaco will take the steps necessary to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

My mother went into the Aspen Dental Clinic for dentures and they gave her what they call temporary dentures that cost $500.00. My sister who was with her said they never once said the word temporary/interim and if they did we would never agree to a temporary fix when we need a permanent fix. After bringing in the partial dentures 5 times since January to be fixed, the new office manager explained to me that the acrylic temporary was not as strong and long lasting as the permanent. I asked what does a permanent cost and was told $644.00. Who in their right mind would buy a temporary for $500.00 when a permanent is only $144.00 more. This was never explained to my mother. How can we get a credit for the temporary to go towards the permanent?

Aspen Dental billing

On April 13, 2018, my husband Dale went to Aspen Dental in Sioux Falls, SD to get his remaining teeth extracted and dentures. He chose to go to this dentist as it was the only provider in town that was in our Delta Dental Insurance network that signed a contract to not charge us more than the Delta Dental said we had to pay.
However we were charged $7, 634. On a Dental First credit card and soon after we received the Explanation of Benefits from Delta Dental stating that the total amount we owed the dentist was only $4, 297. Since then we have been trying to get Aspen Dental to correct this over charge, but since we are getting no cooperation from them, we have filed a complaint with Delta Dental and the Attorney General of South Dakota.

I am in Texas and I am having a problem with Aspen's dental billing also. I paid for my dentures and the insurance covered the rest of the plan. On my last day to get my dentures they told me I still owed $247. I paid that amount and now they are saying I still owed $457. They need an auditor or to be reported to the state agencies. That is what I am doing now. This is ridiculous.

Aspen Dental filling is now costing me a root canal

Back in january of last year i had a filling put in the right, back, bottom molar. Some of the filling came off last friday and i went to aspen to check it out. The Dr. Said that when my tooth was filled, there was still bacteria eating away at my tooth the whole time. Now, i have to get a root canal because the bacteria has gotten to my nerve. That was the whole point in me paying for the filling and going to the dentist So that this kind of stuff doesnt happen! They are trying to help me financially but i feel like this is 100% the fault of ASPEN. the Dr. Assured me that there was NOTHING that i could have done to prevent it because the damage was done when the filling was. I plan to go further than this complaint board.

Aspen Dental poor dental / deceptive practices/ false billing practices

When I first went to Aspen I met with their dental manager and oral surgeon. I was told I needed to have an existing bridge replaced which was not causing any problems. My bigger problem was a removable lower left bridge that had nothing to anchor on to and would fall out when eating. I was told I need implants. A total amount was given to me for $6000. Part was paid by Delta Dental and the rest was put on Care Credit. I wanted to start with the implants first but they said no. The old lower right bridge was removed a mold was made and a temporary bridge was put in. The temporary bridge felt like plastic and had to be replaced 3 times because it cracked and fell out 3 times. The current bridge in my mouth does not fit right and food gets stuck all the time. Then when I was ready for the implants I was told they no longer had an oral surgeon and there was none in any Florida office. I told them I wanted Care Credit to be notified so I could stop making payments for services I would not be getting. I was told I would have to wait 6 months to ensure all the payments were received from Delta Dental. That was is July 2016. In January 2017 Care Credit did zero out the account. I have now been put into collections for $1100 that they claim I owe them. I have called the office at least 10 times asking for an accounting of all my bills and all payments they have received. They promise they will but it has never happened. I have also asked the collection agency for an accounting and that I was disputing the charge. No reply from them either. This company needs to be closed down. I am a registered nurse and I am embarrassed that they consider themselves a medical facility.

Aspen Dental misinformed about dental benefits

To whom it may concern at Dental First, MPE, Aspen Dental Corporate Office, and Delta Dental.

I am writing regarding services provided for a filling and periodontal cleaning on 03/31/2018 at: Thompson Dental Associates, P.C.
Next to Modells Sporting Goods
690 Fellsway
Medford, MA 02155

Based on information gathered on my dental plan I understand that the services listed above are allowed with small co-pay, and the Aspen Dental Medford location is listed as an approved provider on my member booklet, and upon confirmation over the phone with MPE on 05/16/2018.

Technically I am allowed to use services on that office; however your local doctor listed below is not credentialed with MPE/Private Network list;

Thompson Dental Associates, P.C.
Next to Modells Sporting Goods
690 Fellsway
Medford, MA 02155

Upon my visit on 03/30/2018 I decided to apply for a loan with Dental First for services and portions that are not covered under my plan, shortly after that day I realized that I wasn't going to get the services financed by Dental First and called Aspen Dental to cancel my dental appointment and was told that the money taken by aspen dental was going to be reimbursed in two weeks. Here I am 2 months latter waiting for Aspen Dental to reimburse Dental First.

On 05/01/2018 I called Aspen Dental to FIND out what was going on to the reimbursement and was told that MPE hasn't paid their claim and they were holding off on my loan money until they received payment form MPE.

So, on 05/10/2018 upon calling and investigating with MPE what the issue was for the claim payment denial I discovered that doctor; (Thompson Dental Associates, P.C. Next to Models' Sporting Goods 690 Fellsway Medford, MA 02155) is not credentialed with MPE Exclusive Provider List making the claim impossible to be processed and being paid. I the called aspen and spoke to Cherise who stated that she didn't know what I was talking about since Aspen Dental Thompson Dental Associates, P.C.
Next to Modells Sporting Goods
690 Fellsway
Medford, MA 02155

Takes Delta Dental and was informed that I would only be reimbursed back upon receipt of the claim payment submitted for services on 03/31/2018, and if my plan had any questions to call Aspen Dental in Medford.

I then called back MPE and explained the situation to Lori MPE representative that went over the situation with me the patient, and also Chery Aspen dental employee that doctor Thompson Dental Associates, P.C.
Next to Modells Sporting Goods
690 Fellsway
Medford, MA 02155

Has to be credentialed with MPE and she need to speak with a provider representative to take care of paperwork with them. I as the patient don't feel that this issue is my responsibility since THE PROVIDER FAILED to DICLOSE that their MD wasn't listed as a participating provider and told me that Aspen Dental along with their MD were in network with my plan. I need this situation be rectified as soon as possible.

I feel very frustrated with the process and as an Aspen Dental patient feel completely disappointed and disgusted about the entire situation, and as the patient I am now awaiting and depending upon Aspen Dental to reimburse Dental Firs to be, having to pay my monthly dues for services that are supposed to be covered by MPE.

Aspen Dental injury during dental service

I went to the Aspen Dental on Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts on Monday, June 18, 2018. I was there to have a lower tooth filling done.in speaking with the dental assistant prior to the dental work she became more and more increasingly incoherent and her conversation, Consistent with someone who may be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol. When the dentist came in to begin the procedure she was unable to recognize her duties to begin. Dr. Lee had to ask her numerous times if she was ready to begin, and she was unable to respond, and began acting very erratic. She stood up and removed her gloves and put on a different pair, sat down and continue to not know what it is that was being asked of her, nor did she know what the next steps were for the procedure. Dr. Lee reminded her of what she needed to be doing, She attempted to insert the instruments into my mouth miss judging multiple times hitting me in the face with them. Dr. Lee reminded her of what she needed to be doing, including holding back my time since it was numb, in which at one point she responded with "I do not know what you are asking me to do", and remained in her seat. And Dr. Lee then told her that she needed to hold my tongue back, again, so that it would not hit the drill, at that point she still did not know what was needed to do. At some point she received a tongue suppressor and attempted to hold my tongue back, at this point she had very little motor control and attempted to hold my tongue back while also having the suction in my mouth and was not able to accurately put the equipment in my mouth, causing her to scrape my chin with the suction tube, and took numerous attempts to physically hold the instrument in place appropriately. Dr. Lee noticed that she was unable to perform this task properly, he took possession of her tools and begin drilling on his own, and she did not participate in the procedure, just sitting in her seat. When Dr. Lee got deeper in the tooth I realized that I needed more Novocain and informed him of such pain. At that point he sat me up and injected more Novocain and told me he would be back in a few minutes after I was numb. At that point he asked the assistant to leave the area because he needed to speak with her. 10 or 15 minutes had gone by before Dr. Lee returned, with a new dental assistant. He was able to complete the procedure that evening. On the drive home that night I noticed a sharp stinging pain in my chin and noticed a small white abrasion on my chin, as the Novocain was wearing off the burning sensation intensified. The next day I contacted the Aspen Dental office and spoke to the manager Amanda, at that point she stated that she was happy to hear from me that she is aware of the incident and that necessary precautions were made to prevent this from happening in the future, and that she would assure me that I would not be working with that specific dental assistant in the future. I did inform Amanda of the cut on my chin, and the only compensation that was offered to me was the assurance that I would not be working with this assistant in the future, there was no attempt to assume any of the monetary responsibility of my visit, pass procedures, or future. I went for an appointment today, Wednesday, June 20, 2018, for an adjustment of my partial, upon arrival I realized that the assistant from previous appointment on Monday, was still employed by Aspen Dental and when I saw that she was there I went to the manager again, Amanda, and asked if I could reschedule my appointment, at that point I did reschedule my appointment. On my way out of the facility the same dental assistant that I had been under the influence of something on Monday, called my name to take me in the back as she was going to be working with me for my appointment, proving that NO effort had been made to change the assistant from working with me in the future. I am very upset, and very disappointed that more could not have been done for a patient who is spending as much money as I am to have gone through the experience that I went through, having a dental assistant in a position where bodily harm could happen, be intoxicated to the point of not even being able to speak or hold up instruments to perform her duties, and to not have any type of compensation, and at the very least be assured that I would not need to be working with that assistant again, DID NOT HAPPEN. I need to speak with someone in corporate management at Aspen Dental so that we may resolve this matter. Thank you. I can be reached at [protected], my address is 241 Springfield Rd.in Somers, CT 06071. My name is Amy Drake, I also can be reached by email at a [protected]@iCloud.com

Aspen Dental dentures and no money back

I went into office in Augusta, Maine to get a bottom denture,

First told me had to pay up front, after checking me out,

I was told $500, I was told I couldn't get just bottoms, had to have both to fit right

I went back for 4 fittings, had to have them keep taking off material as they were too large in mouth

I have $ 500 worth of teeth sitting in container in a bag in a cupboard

Now I see they are advertising money back, well where is my money, I can't afford to throw away my money but guess I have to

Aspen Dental horrible dental care leading to declining health.

Aspen Dental
I'm so very happy that this legal pursuit of SHADY Aspen Dental Management is transpiring ; after having went through at least 4 years of treatment and many $ spent out of pocket (despite having excellent insurance) - I have ended up with the worst dental work EVER. I started this nightmarish journey about 4 years ago. After researching and saving my hard earned money I decided to get dental implants to replace my old and ill fitting upper dentures. I had my 4 implants placed and was finally ready to get my upper dental implant fitted. While being fitted for my implants; the dentist who was taking my original dentist's place (my original dentist was on maternity leave) completely destroyed the work that took almost a year of work and healing year to get to this point. This inept "dentist" tried for about an hour to fit my new implants to my very costly abutments then he finally gave up and said I should come back when my dentist (on maternity leave) came back. When I did go back, my original dentist told me that the idiot had left a screw in the abutment post that would prevent the post from being functional - the only option I was given was removal of the abutment. Once again, I went through the pain equivalencey of having 4 teeth pulled at once - then I had no choice but to have my upper implant (made for 4 posts) put back on after changing it to 3 posts. Of course I have had issues with this - this really didn't fit properly despite numerous adjustments. I'm a VA R. N ; one work day while educating my patients - my loose implant actually almost fell out. It actually started to move around in my mouth. Needless to say I was mortified and embarrassed. My patient and his family present asked me, "honey are you ok!". I was totally mortified, asked to leave my position at that time and then had to ask another nurse to continue my patient discharge teaching. I wish I had went elsewhere for my dental implant! Aspen replaced a small % of the cost of the "jacked up" dental implant that was destroyed by the inadequate and nonprofessional "substitute dentist".
I will still need to have another implant abutment placed in the place of the missing 3rd implant on the 4 implant post. I also have had a crown that was done by Aspen. I was fitted for a lower partial with a bottom tooth (root canal prepped first and crown on top) dental work done by Aspen. One day I'm getting ready to go to work and brushing my teeth and the next minute - my crown has fallen out of my mouth and is in the sink. I made Aspen aware of this issue ASAP. At first the office manager denied that the (root canal and crown) was even done at Aspen. However thank God for computer records and imaging - she had no choice but to recant her lie. Even after they realized that the "jacked up" crown work was theirs ; they refused to do much about. At first the office manager told me, "crowns fall out all the time!"Of course I knew better and insisted that they do something. Afterward, they offered to do lower implants - no cost reduction or anything. I didn't want this — so they could do another botched job on my lowers? Then to suffice for their inadequate and shabbily done dental work, they then offered to take my partial and (yes) add a tooth on it to replace the missing crown of my lower tooth. I was looking like a Halloween jack o lantern at this time and had no choice at this time. They put the (thin and ugly) tooth on my partial as they said they would. Needless to say it looked hideous and had to be redone several time just to look 1/2 decent. I have lost at least 20 pounds because I cant eat properly anymore. Whenever I go to the Aspen office for anything (upper implant readjustment) I've heard the office manager laughing with her staff and joking about me an my situation. This has been costly, financially, timely, emotionally and has led to my loss of self esteem. I paid for implants; not for a nightmare. My GI tract is starting to also be effected because I can't chew my foods as I should; I have reoccurring episodes of acid reflux so bad that I'm getting ulcers. I've spent many dollars for this roller coaster ride through hell with Aspen Dental Management — - my whole purpose was to enhance my health not make it worse. Yes I will join this class action... let me know what records you need (more pictures or other wise) and I will get them to you ASAP... Aspen needs to be put out of business... shady, shady money grabbing!? people masquerading as professionals and literally stealing money from insurance companies and from customers pockets. They do not care about their customers - you are no more than a piece of sh — to them. I've been made to feel this way time after time with Aspen Dental Management on 124th and Capital in Milwaukee.

Aspen Dental overcharge, pain, dentist preoccupied not caring

My first visit to Aspen was on March 8, 2018, which was to e for a cleaning. Had my x-rays taken and exam. I was told I had many things going on in my mouth. My first impression of everyone was that they were nice and helpful. (So is a used car salesman). Anyway I agreed to the procedures and had the cleaning, they cut down a tooth that they said needed a crown and filled 2 tiny superficial cavities. That was all fine. Came back on Mar. 13, 2018 for the partial impression for top and bottom. Young girl learning, she didn't but a cloth on me and that stuff got all over my clothes, in my hair and on my face. I told them the tooth they cut down for crown was hurting me. They told it was normal because they did a lot of work on that side of my mouth. I believed them. I went back on Mar. 16, 2018 to get recheck. Mouth still hurting. They said to give it time. I went back on Mar. 29, 2018 to have the temp. crown removed and the perm. one put on. Dental asst was teaching young girl how to remove temp. She grabbed a hold of it and I almost came out of my seat. It hurt so bad. The dental asst. tried to work on me. I was terrible. So Dr. Burgess came in and went to do it and I asked to be numbed. She gave me a couple of shots and let me sit.in the mean time Dr. Burgess was with at least 3 other patients. Came back and I still could fell everything. Gave me more shots. She was more interested in talking about her moving into a new house that she could of cared less about me. This went on for over an hour. Dr. Burgess was so frustrated with me and she SHOWED IT. She ended up giving me like 8 shots, squirting the fluid all around my mouth and ended up just jerking the temp off. I about came out of the chair. So now they can't get the new crown to fit correctly. They have me bite down on it and it cracks in half. Great now I have to go through this all over again. So the dental asst is frustrated also and is showing it. They slapped a temp back on to cover the exposed tooth. The temp had a piece sticking out on the side that was cutting my cheek and it was shoved on there where it was cutting my gum. Dr. Burgess gave me a pain med prescription and walked off. I WAS IN THAT CHAIR FOR 2 HOURS CRYING DURING ALL THIS - I WAS THE ONE APOLOGIZING.
Went back April 11, 2018 to finish up my cleaning. I talked to the office personal about what was going on and their answer was for me to sign another form charging me $2123.00 on top of what they had already charged me the $3184.00. I was so upset and confused. They took advantage of me. The hygienist was nice but she did not clean my teeth very good. Nothing like what they charged me for. Honestly they looked cleaner before I even went. I told her my I mouth was killing me and that I had been taking the pain med when I could but nothing was taking the pain away. She said she would let them know. Went back on April 16, 2018 for the wax fit. Again I told them I still hurt. I scheduled to come back and just pull the tooth out. I explained I cant stay medicated just to get through the day. They tried numbing me again, Dr. Burgess grabbed hold of my tooth and I almost fit her. She jumped back, it was that terrible. She again so annoyance with me. More shots, nothing was working so I was like that's it. She told me I would have to see the oral surgeon. Finally someone that knows what they are doing. Made the appointment Sat in May because he only came once a month. I called to get information on that doctor and the office staff would not tell me, she said she didn't know who was coming. I was like your kidding right. I finally found out who he was and that Dr. didn't have very good credentials. Than a couple days later they tell me I have to reschedule because he couldn't come on that day. I would need to wait another month. I brought all my paperwork, partial and bills in and spoke to the office manager. I told her I was not ever coming back and that they can refund me my money because I have now been in pain and on medication for 3 months. I went to a reputable dentist and I explained all what was going on. They were able to fix my tooth pain, the pain that happened at Aspen dental.

Aspen Dental incompetence

After a dental cleaning in May 2018, at the Ruskin / Sun City, Florida.
I started experiencing discomfort, I called the office to get evaluated ASAP.
They gave an appointment for 6/4/18 @ 4:15, a few days later they called to reschedule my appointment to 6/7/18 @ 9am. 6/5/18 they called to reschedule again, then said it was an error. On 6/6/18 they texted me informing that I had missed my appointment.
Today 6/7/18 my appointment date, I arrived early and was told that they couldn't find my chart. after a while they finally located it. They then took x-rays of the area and told me that I would have to wait until the dentist was free since they were doing surgery. I would have to wait possibly until 11am. I informed them that it would not be possible since I had to work and asked for a refund, then left.
My husband referred me to them and I don't have any intention to return to ASPEN DENTAL again. My husband said that is considering the same in disbelief of my experience.

Aspen Dental partial denture

Hello I am writing in regards to a major issue my husband is having with service and product.. The office is Aspen Dental 2100 Chili avenue 14624... We were talked into purchasing the FlexiLytes partial denture at a high cost we were told it was superior to the Cast partial. Well almost going on way over a year and a half and we are still having to go every 2 weeks for adjustments. We were told by the dentist Dr Sai.. Who is excellent so nice that we were not told the correct info and were pressured into the purchase of the FlexiLyte He said we can Talk with store manager Tatiana and we should be able to get some refund back The store manager that did the original deal was no longer working there. Well... I have never had such POOR, BAD, DISRESPECTFUL customer service in my life! We were talked down upon yelled at and basically told to shut up! Tatiana said they will not honor any guarantee and if we want to order the Cast Partial it would be and additional almost 500$ more... We were so shocked and disappointed that they would treat a customer that way.. Never have we been treated so poorly with any service Tatiana needs to be retrained or REPLACED! I hope you can help us resolve this issue as we have payed in full for the denture and have had to miss so much time off from work he works a high stress level job and I am retired and I am on any hippa policy to have full permission to discuss any medical need. Well he had a missed phone call after his visit so I tried to call and was again very rudely told I could not be given any information. So again he had to take time from his work. Is this not why we have a Hippa policy in place we are extremely disappointed in our service we have had. I have recommended people to that location because of the excellent care of Dr Sai and now to be treated this way. Then to see commercial and advertisements all the time about money back guarantee and peace of mind warranties when we have had anything but.
