This is third contact. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. We purchased a hose (Stated above) in July 2021 from CollectionsETC. It was advertised as having a lifetime warranty and burst free. I have emailed no response and called no answers. I have done everything possible to resolve this and now it is in the hands of authorities for fraud with my banks.

Flex Mirrors
I placed an order for two flex mirrors on 02/08/2021. $44.99 was promptly deducted from my bank account. After 3 weeks with no word from AsSeenOnTV I started sending emails to no avail. No one responded.
Finally yesterday 04/07 the mirrors arrived. This items are totally unacceptable. They are not glass mirrors, they mylar adhered to cardboard. The reflection is horrible and useless.
I am unable to open a ticket because I signed in as a guest.
Today I repackaged the so called "mirrors" in the same package I received them in. I addressed it to the address on the original package. When my wife took this package to the post office the address is "UNKNOWN"?
I sent it anyway at a cost of 11.75.
I will never order anything from this company again, nor would I even hint to someone to check this company out.

I ordered a basketball inflatable swimming pool to this seller just last week but before I place my order I chatted them in a nice manner hoping they will ship out the right item I ordered cause I dont like anything but the basketball only... Ive waited for almost a week for them to ship out cause last week was holy week... Just today (april 22) they chatted me that the item I ordered is no longer available and that they will ship out another option which is the volley ball swimming pool... So I insisted to cancel my order because I dont like the one they offered and in the first place I did not order the volleyball... So I press on the cancel order button but they rejected it... Lousiest experience
I was so wrong not reading all the reviews about this terrible company before ordering. All the people complain about same problems. They don't confirm orders which are extremely important to do, and they are impossible to reach via any means of communication. When you call them you don't even listen to a normal human voice, you talk to records that transfer you from one number to another. Promise you to call back, but never do. This is a very shady company.

I ordered shampoo and conditioner from the company www.aseenontv.com. I received the automated reply from the company. It even has the tracking number and order number, but when I checked the tracking number it showed that the delivery was in process. After one week I checked the tracking number again, but it showed the same. I asked the seller, why the status didn’t change, but he didn’t reply. I’m worried about it and don’t know what to do.
never received music cd's
After watching a TV info commercial, I went to their on-line site and place a $128 order for the complete set of music CDs (Golden Age of Country). This was near the end of November 2011. After Christmas I went to my account and sent an email asking for confirmation of when my CD's would be mailed out. (They had been on back-order, but ship-date was in just a couple of days.) Well, I never got an email back from them. When I went to get into my account tonite, their web-site is gone. I tried the "new" web address, but they do not recognise MY email address! How 'bout THAT! I'm ripped off for $128 !
I will call my credit card tomorrow, but doubt anything will be resolved so many weeks later. NEVER AGAIN!

Status or Fraud problem?
I believe I'll no longer order anything from the TV. I ordered the SideSleeper Pro. I checked the status almost every day after 3 weeks and the status never changed. After the 6th week, I was allowed to cancel my order. At the same time, I had another order in from a TV ad and sure enough, it was also handled through customerstatus.com and the status is stuck as "Pending" for 2-3 weeks. The order was a totally different company than SideSleeper Pro, so if this is the new "norm", I'm done! I don't even have the option to cancel and the phone number is a joke.

Don't order from them
I have ordered Kangaroo Keeper from as seen on tv on 01/14/2011. I have not received my order from them for almost 14 days. I have called their customer service about my order on 01/24/2011 and 01/28/2011. On first call, they told me because the product was back order, it has just shipped out to me. It would take 5 days. At that time, I forgot to ask the tracking# from them, so I made another two phone calls to them on 01/28/2011. On this two phone calls, they told me the product just shipped out yesterday, which is 01/27/2011 and there is no tracking# because its been shipped by USPS. It was not as same as they told me on 01/24/2011 that the product has been shipped out already. And, according the Terms and Conditions (1) in the order confirmation I got, it shows:
1.) PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY: Items IN STOCK purchased by credit card and at the time of order will be automatically processed for your convenience and charged to your credit card account immediately. Your order will process and ship within 24-72 hours from our warehouse and cannot be canceled due to automatic processing. Express Shipping is 3Day UPS. Express shipping is calculated from the next business day, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and will be shipped 3Day UPS. UPS Ground time in transit delivery is normally 6-10 business days. Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse. It indicates the products will be shipped by UPS, not USPS. Also, as they told me on first call, the product was back order. According to Terms and Conditions (3) in the Order Confirmation
(3.) BACK-ORDERS: If your order cannot be shipped you will be notified automatically via e-mail about your status.
I should have gotten an automatically notification via email about the back order, but I NEVER gotten any email except order confirmation from as seen on tv. This was really a terrible online purchasing I have ever had. They are even not honest. Please DO NOT order from this site. If I knew a lot of people have complained about this site, I would not order anything from them.
Outrageous service
I ordered a Back Max 3 piece body support system on 9/25/10 and paid with my AX card, $129.99 plus shipping, total $169.90. I tried to track my order online as I could not ever get through on the phone. In the online order tracking screen under status, my order said "being packaged", for several days. I sent an email to inquire how long it took to package my purchase. No reply. One time I managed to get through on the phone and was told to ignore that notice, my order had been shipped and would arrive today. It did arrive, but was the wrong product. I emailed to advise of the incorrect product, and I got 1 email apologizing for the mistake and saying that the correct product would be shipped. I received nothing. I made 12-15 attempts to contact the company by phone, but was never successful. I also sent 4 email messages and never received a reply. Only after I requested a cancellation of the order, did I hear from them. A fellow named Robb called and began to argue with me about who's fault the mixup really was. I did receive a return UPS label for the incorrect product and returned it. I have never experienced such poor service. These people don't even know what common courtesy is. There telephone system is a sham. They obviously don't have anyone to answer the phone and the recording just keeps running the caller around. Do not buy from this company!
False advertisement
Thank goodness I never buy anything from the TV. I went to the As Seen on TV Store and bought the Yoshi Blade. The commercial shows the women just excited about the knife as they are Chopping up the vegetables etc. Well, when you read the book on the knife the first thing they say is Do Not use for chopping, cutfrozen vegetables, smash garlic, slice poultry or any meat that has a bone in it and Do not put in dishwasher! Seems this company is making it's money on the non-refundable shipping charges, because the product isn't what it advertised.

I emailed 3 times and got no response. I tried calling twice during normal business hours but got an answering machine saying their hours are "9-5" with no time zone. Not able to leave a message.

Scam
I bought the Awsome Auger and the electric drill and extentions. The first time I tried to use it, the extention was so off ballance that it shook the drill out of my hand and in the first 30 seconds the drill started to smoke and the motor in it burned up. What Pissed me off the most, is the fact I had to pay for shipping to return it $22 to get my $59 back. So it cost me shipping both directions to find out that it was a piece of garbage. Better off with a hand spade lol.

I ordered a product from this company for christmas. When i ordered it said in stock and ready to ship. They even sent me a ups tracking number after 2 weeks and still no proress on the tracking, i called ups they informed me that they received a call and issued a number but never got the package. After several attempts to call customer service and no answer i finally went to the web site and requested a live chat with customer service the first girl told me there was nothing she could do and ended my chat. I tried again and got gina who was very rude and accused me off cutting off the other operator before i even told her who i was. After lots of run around and attitude she finally admitted they did not even have the product and said i was sent an email about this ( no email was ever sent!.) i finally told her i wanted to speak to a manager and she told me they were busy with other "important" issues, when i asked her if she was saying i a paying customer was not important she said she could not help me anymore just to keep checking to see when it is shipped. I demanded to speak to a manager 3 times and she finally told she would have tracy call me. I called the customer service line and let it ring for al least 5 minutes then guess who answered, gina! I asked to speak to tracy and she said who is this (not may i ask who's calling like a normal business) i then said excuse me but i asked to speak to tracy, she wouldn't put me through till i gave my name them of course gave me voice mail. My call was never returned. I reported them to the bbb. The business reply came from gina not a manager and she told them i was "very volgure and disrepectful and i called her a liar." the bbb said i could go to small claims court, but without more complaints from other customers they couldn't do anything at this time. My complaint will last for 3 years in file, but that is it. I hope people read these and quit buying from this company they are the type of company that need to be forced to change or close!

Received a call from APO regarding the Star Shower lights, the woman spoke very fast and when I told her that Id not was (what she called a gift) she disconnected me! I call AS SEEN ON TV today and the recording said all operators were busy and I left y phone #, it has been 2 hours since I calld and still no call. Not happy at all regarding the phone called I received yesterday evening!
I had exactly the same experience - backordered item when ordered May 20, 2011. That was fine with me because I wasn't in too much of a hurry. HOWEVER... I have worked in mail order executive management for over 20 years. A vendor cannot actually CHARGE your card until the item ships. This unethical organization charged my card on May 26, 2011. I received an email on that date stating that delivery should be expected anywhere from June 3 to June 13, so everything appeared to be on the up and up. June 22 I decided that a "Where's My Order?" inquiry was called for (mind you, this is now almost a full month since they charged my card). The shipment tracking link led me to an error page, telling me no information about my shipment was available. The email resply to my inquiry (one day later) had an attached .pdf of a screen print showing me that the item was in transit. It showed an entry on May 26 that stated "Shipment Information Sent to FedEx". The next entry was dated JUNE 15, stating the shipment arrived at a FedEx location in Ellenwood GA (near this crooked company's GA facility). How convenient. Blame it on FedEx never getting around to picking up the shipment, I guess. Except we all know better. FedEx is a reputable company. I maintain that "As Seen on TV" wanted to get this sale booked in time for their May financial statements, so they fabricated this whole slimy ruse so they could charge my card before they actually had product to ship. I was out the use of those funds for almost a full month. Today, June 24, I did finally receive the product. Had there been anymore delay or flat out deceit, my next stop would have been the State of Georgia's State's Attorney's office to file a complaint about this company's business practices. I might still do so, but frankly, I think we can send them a stronger message by getting the word out that no one should order from these bums. I'm also writing directly to the manufacturer of this product (which is good) suggesting they do themselves a favor and try to find another channel of distribution.

Their website insists on getting your personal info, including your credit card info, before showing any totals, shipping fees or taxes. Once you input the info, they run you through several pages of "special offers" with pop-ups and deceptive "discount plan" that is really another purchase - you purchase the "plan" itself. When you try to leave a page it opens a window that says "press OK to buy" or "cancel to stay on the page". You have to X out of the page.
By the time you find the page that has your inflated totals, it has no option to remove a product or cancel the order. It is a done deal by the time you even know what the cost is! I immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order and got a reply from Tracy that says they have no order from me and to contact my credit card company.
I bought As Seen On TV products in stores and was happy with those, expected the same from the site. I ordered the lighted magnifier since I can't find one locally. Ironic how this was such an eye-opener.

I recently made a purchase at an "as seen on tv store" and it broke the first time I used it. (rolling insta bag). When I emailed customer service to complain they said there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the manufacturer. However, the name of the manufacturer is not on the box, nor is it on the website. I emailed them back, (someone by the name of Tracy) and asked for the name of the manufacturer. Her reply was that they don't know the name of the manufacturer. I just emailed her back and told her that I found it hard to believe that they carry a product and don't know who makes it. I told her that I would never buy again from their store and would make sure to tell everyone about the lousy products and even lousier customer service.
i ordered a barkbuster from them, said it would take 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later, i called them and asked them were it was, i got the rudest person, he said it was in high demand and that it would take a while for more shipments to come in. about 4 days later, i called 2 see if they had received any more, once again, i got a very rude woman that told me no it would be about a month longer, i then told her i wanted 2 cancel my order and get a refund, she finally said that an email was sent out 2 me and that i would be getting my refund. several days later, no email, no refund, i called back. i got the rudest "lady" telling me that i was never charged anything, that an email was sent, that i need 2 learn how 2 read my email and the order was canceled. she then hung up on me.

I paid this website by credit card to order a x - mas gift for my daughter. I ordered using google shopping online. Shoppershalt charged my credit card but never shipped the product. I have tried contacting them since dec. 23rd, but they have not responded via email or online chat. The phone number listed is out of service. I contacted the bbb and they tell me that the aompany is out of business. They are now using the name asseenontv.com, which is registered to the same address. Google is working to get me a refund but the bbb advises to seek legal advice. The item was not expensive enough for that. Don't order from shoppershalt.com or asseenontv.com.

I placed an order on December 1, 2008. I received a confirmation of my order. Today, two weeks later, I have heard nothing from AsSeenOnTv.Com's customer service department and have not received my order. I've written three times, called numerous times - never getting an actual human on the line just a 'low budget' phone system. My credit card was charged for the total of my order a day or so after placing my order. I was given a UPS tracking number, but when I went to UPS to check the status of my shipment, UPS told me they only had the billing information and tracking number but not my product/order. So, I thought I would wait.
After writing the ASOTV.COM customer service department three times on three different days and getting no response, and after not being able to speak with a human customer service rep. I figured it was time to call my credit card company; which I did do just a few moments before posting here.
The customer service rep for my credit card company understood the problem and filed the dispute accordingly. Apparently, there are a lot of 'junk' web sites out there these days. :( I checked with the BBB online and this site/ company has had quite a few complaints over the past 36 months; I should have looked into this before considering placing an order.
As for the 'surge' of positive feedback on this board regarding AsSeenOnTv.com, I have to agree with the previous poster (Not Buyinit), in that it does seem this company has placed 'trolls' on this board to 'plug' the site. It's quite obvious, I will agree.
It is suspicious that so many people were all of a sudden supporters of the company on ONE day all in a row! Gee, I wonder if the company put in testimonials themselves. How stupid do these ### think we are? There were all complaints before, then a statistically outrageous number of people all of a sudden love the business? Company is horrible to work with. I will never order from them and will tell all that I know that this company collects money for items and then never ships. I have waited over two months for a shipment and cannot get anyone to return my phone calls and the emails tell me that Item will be shipped, has been shipped or that there is a delay in shipping. I ended up calling my credit Card company and disputing the charge since I never received the product. My credit card company was very good about canceling my payment. I am still upset about being scammed by this company. Next time I buy online I will research the Company!
