Charges are too expensive but repeat same show again and again even for months the same movies repeated. Hidden charges without notifying customers - change package RM10.00, reconnection RM20.00. Do they give discount as a rebate during service not available due to rain ! Cant do our own selection of what package we want - compulsary package ! If service not good we are not allowed to terminate - TERM AND CONDITION ! Why we need to pay for service that is not good !

I would like to launch report so that all the tamil drama in the 211 channel will be stopped permanently, the drama are not showing any good expressions its causing so many problems in peoples lifes...i hope astro will consider my request...
ASTRO IPTV SERVICES SUCKS
2 weeks ago Astro customer service called me to promote the Astro IPTV package. So I said yes and I told them to come over on Saturday to proceed with the wiring. The technicians came over today and removed my old beyond decoder and replaced with PVR. Which means I am not able to watch Astro until the activation takes place. He told to give Astro a little time to activate the IPVT and left off. After an hour I called Astro requesting on the status update. The customer service guy told me that they are having system issues and can only be resolved on Monday. I was extremely unhappy and told them to expedite the activation. Waited for another 5 hrs and called Astro again. The customer server guy name Lokman told me the same bull ### and said they are doing everything to expedite. I told I want to speak to the manager but he said they only communicate to the system team via email and there is no phone. How stupid can the answer be. An hour later I called Astro again. And finally the tech support girl called Farah told me the truth that the activation team does not work over the weekend and I can only get my activation on Monday. "What the Hell" I am now doomed for 2 days unable to watch any TV programs. How brainless can Astro be. Shutting down my Astro over the weekend and lied about their services.
If this massage is able to be viewed by Astro and they have any dignity of their branding and their services. I hope you take all our complains with a pinch of salt and improve ur services.
The only reason I have subcribe to Astro is out of no choice.

Today Astro disconnect my subscription, Why they disconnect my service where there is no any ourstanding bills I already call the custer service center but they can’t help me to get back my service and it happens twice within two weeks time please find a solution for my problem.

I am not sure what has happened to the ASTRO service nowadays. The ASTRO ON DEMAND keeps on buffering although I have checked my internet line. I am running at 50Mbps.
It is over a month that the ASTRO decoder turn off and I can not restart again. I have contacted to the ASTRO services many times through email, submit a ticket, and phone call, but no action from ASTRO technical services. Please fix the decoder issue ASAP.
YES! Astro service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been an astro customer for 14 years. I only keep it for my helper to watch TV, as she doesn't know how to use the computer. I forgot to pay my bill, which is my fault, but then i pay my bill and try to disconnect it and they tell me we cant do perform any orders on the account UNLESS i CONNECT my account again. so they charge me another RM20 to reconnect and then i have to give them another month's notice! All the above complaints are true! Lousy service when it rains, multiple repeats, (which only suits those of us who fall asleep during the program, so that we can catch it again, in 4 hours!) and service which is sadly lacking. All this because they have a monopoly on the industry! Have finally cancelled my service. Now i have to wait 1 more month for them to get another set of payments from me and then if i don't "RETURN" the decoder and dish in "GOOD" order, they can charge me RM228 as well!

Astro system and very poor professional management make customer suffer badly . Everytime calling astro customer service only we are hearing voice from their system machine not from individual to listen our problem, Sucks lazy staff from bottom to high level staff. Perompak besar, you make my phone bill higher bodoh, , , penyamun ..due to no other competitor for Astro and you set your own rules .. keep continue you worse service sucker soon you will tutup kedai..

Trying to discuss anything from poor service quality to receptive sports channels ie Cricket etc and multi room issues plus the fact that Penang Island no longer has an Astro office is bewildering . Astro, arguably one of the worst TV services in the world. If you are mat salleh, like me, a TEN year customer, it’s even worse.
I have subscribed to Astro IPTV and very disappointed with the Maxis broadband charges. With the current price cut from all the providers such as MAXIS, regret to say that this does not apply to IPTV subscribers. You cannot upgrade or change to the price as offered by the provider. Astro has their own pricing.
Worst scenario is I have changed to Fibre Optic (without the satellite dish) beginning of this year without realizing that I have unknowingly entered a new contract for 2 years. And if I want to terminate this contract, I have to pay a penalty of RM100 per month which amounts to RM1600 for my case. I'm unable to do anything except to change my selection of channels and wait till my contract expires. It's not wise to upgrade the broadband MAXIS at Astro's price. So for those who intends to subscribe to IPTV, think twice.
Yes, Astro service really bad, all of you better check your bill closely, they may simply charge you, or computation may be conveniently wrong.
At first I subscribed Njoi only, after few months the sales department keep calling me to upgrate to Astro Family package, offer me for 6 month free. After I have confirm, they never keep to their promise, astro charge me ever month instead of free.
I want to terminate the service but can not, due to the contract "terms and condition".
3 months ago I can't watch any program. I call customer service to complain, they resetting the system can not work and they tell me need to send technician & charges is RM63.00.
The technician come to my house on 3/6/2019 to change a small parts & go tell me warranty for 3 months. On 4/9/2019 same thing happen, I call customer service to complain, they said need to send technician again & charges RM63.00 because warranty is over, if technician come this time, will the same thing happen again after 3 months ?
So request to terminate the service on the sport. they need to verified name I.C, phone no, full address with post code, payment by cash or online, email address ...worse than bank. Even bank only verified 3 question, to terminate "ASTRO SERVICE" need to verified more than that, if subscribe only require name & IC . They say company policy, "STUPID POLICY"

tempoh untuk bercakap dengan khidmat terlalu lama..perlukan cuti 1 hari untuk selesaikan masalah dengan astro..akhirnya masalah tidak diselesaikan walau menunggu 3jam.. setiap kali telefon perlu mendengar iklan yang tak perlu,akhirnya terputus..
Betul..I punya problem dah 3 hari belum settle lagi. Baru tadi on the phone dengan technical satu jam setengah hold lepas tu kena cut. Problem tak settle, technical tak sampai.
