What the F is wrong with you people. Charging as you wish?! RM 600 per month? Like for real? Agreed for RM 170 monthly bill but charging extra RM 160+ for adjustments? What the hell adjustments?! Issuing invoice even before billing date and terminating services saying have outstanding! Money sucking company! Cant even contact customer care. Seriously f*king pissed off! Contact me if you see this! Can't wait to terminate your [censor] service but tied up with the stupid contract!

poor service, decoder not functioning
Since for the past few months my decoder always suddenly self 'boot'in the middle of programme every few minutes & sometimes not functioning whole day.. unable to talk direct to 'human' customer service except some programmer robotic talk which unable to help with the problem.. i've been using astro more than 15 years & this is the bad srrvice ever

Hi Astro. Saya ingin penjelasan mengapa potongan bil ASTRO terkini saya dipotong sebanyak rm104.50 berbanding dengan amaun yang saya persetujui sebelum ini iaitu rm79++?
Sila call saya dengan kadar segera kerana saya telahpun mengisi borang FEEDBACK ASTRO sebelum ini pada tarikh 10hb Feb 2018 tetapi sehingga hari ini 14hb, tiada sebatang panggilan telefon yang saya terima sedangkan bila ada promosi, boleh pula pihak anda berkali-kali menelefon saya tak tentu masa.
Saya juga kesal kerana ASTRO tidak menyediakan saluran untuk pelanggan berkomunikasi secara terus melalui talian telefon seperti mana yang disediakan oleh syarikat-syarikat telekomunikasi gergasi yang lain. Kenapa ini berlaku? Kenapa pelanggan perlu bersusah-payah mengisi borang seperti ini sedangkan semua ini boleh dipermudahkan sekiranya pihak anda benar-benar telus dalam perkhidmatan?

astro card stop working
Hi, I would like to know how can I get my new Astro Card because mine just stop working for 2 weeks now. I did go to the nearest Astro shop, they told me that my Go Beyond Astro card that isn't working and they say i have to call this number [protected] but the line always busy. Hari ni saya call org astro pada pukul 9.35 pagi... Untuk tnya pembayaran saya.. Sebab diorang call ckp ada promosi rm 10... Dah la call saya dlm meeting lps tu call lagi.. Paksa2 suruh bayar stafff ni masa minta tu mcm2 asyik call asyik calll asyik calll da bayar mcm babi layanan... Korang call aq... Cakp 3 jam da pasang... Aq call balik mcm babi 7 hari plak... Perbualan di rakam tp mcm babi layan stafff...

new decoder installation fail
Astro had sent a card for new decoder installation for free. I had made the call to your upsale team and arrange for installation apointment on monday morning 29/1. Since the installation is for my parents house in shah alam i had gave your team to contact my parents house number for your guys to contact them. However as monday came none from your tech guy called or come to install the new decoder. I called the upsale team and their only solution is ask me to call customer service to assist me. Why your upsale team cant help to assist at all or check when the tech team can come to install the new decoder? All they do is to ask the customer to check with customer service which your cs team line never ever can get through despite how many time i call to check on my case. If u cant cater for this promotion dont do it in the first place. Making my parents to wait for your guy to come but didnt come at all. Very bad service on your team overall. Reputable company with bad service.
waiting for pvr installation
Im very disappointed with your Sales Team who call me last week 19/1/2018, and informed that I get new PVR installation for free. And olso receive message saying #403249058A is my Order ID and also installation date on 23th Jan 2018 (yesterday). Till today I still did't receive any call from astro for the verification.

Saya nak complaint, siaran saya blank tanpa sebab.., tanpa ralat diberikan. So, tak tau apa punca..bila dah call kali ke-52, jawapan masih sama dr operator.. ' Terima kasih kerana sabar menunggu'. Kalau 100x jawpan yang sama, orang pun hilang sabar..
Harap Ms. Rohana Binti Tan Sri Datuk Haji Rozhan selaku CEO ASTROK dpaat upgrade service layanan astrok yang sangat mengecewakan. Masih mundur kerana perlu menunggu lama untuk menjawap respond pelanggan, tapi sangat BANGGA call meminta BAYARAN! Harap anak Tan Sri ni dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang tiada kesudahan untuk semua pelanggan astro.
Siaran tiada tanpa RALAT dipaparkan! So, tak tau apa yang salah.
Masuk ni kali ke-52, masih terima jawapan operator ' Terima kasih kerana masih bersabar' . OMG, sabar ada had ASTROK... 100x cakap benda yang sama & tiada jawapan call dr saya...orang pun hilang sabar. Plz upgrade ur service, nak duit cepat..service LEMBAP tahap cipan.
astro installation appointment failure
I was delighted that Astro team managed to fix an appointment on Sunday(14 Jan 2018). I took a day off from work since the appointments has been fixed. On Sunday, I checked with astro sales and got the contact number of the installer. When I called the installer, the only response from him was astro haven't send him the set yet. I got furious at this moment and I called the telemarketing team again, and they routed me to customer service. Salimah from customer service handled my case and her response was unsatisfying and poor. I expected astro cust service team to follow up on this and atleast inform me on the progress but I was let down again. I called again and this time Abu answered my call and surely the response was we are following up on this and will get the installer to fix by today(Sunday) but nobody showed up and there was no follow up on this. I called again to customer service for the third time and still the same response yet nobody showed up. This is the worst experience and service I have ever encountered. I took my day off for this and didn't go anywhere for the whole day expecting astro installer to my house. This was a complete waste of my time and I didn't expect such service from an esteemed company such as Astro. I am now thinking twice whether I should really install astro for my house since I know the service will be terrible. Monday I called astro customer service again but it's always the same response(We are checking)
Happen to me as well. They had made appointment for me on monday for morning session but nobody called or informed anything.

saya melanggan astro + HD kerana ingin lihat rancangan kegemaran saya, contohnya runningman. Tapi masa tayangan terlalu lambat . 11.05pm - tengah malam. Saya berharap pihak astro akan percepatkan sikit waktu tayangan runningman astro 393 seperti jam 8.30pm . Sekiranya waktu tayangan masih sama lewat malam, saya terpaksa membatalkan langganan. kerana saya tak sempat tengok rancangan kegemaran saya. terima kasih !
installation of njio astro
The local agent have attended to our premise and we were told they are unable to install due to "the premise is too big and high (because its a bungalow) and too many wiring involved".
We have made attempts to seek another agent but apparently there are no other agent available in this area. The agent detail is:-
a) Rakyat Elektrik Sales & Service with contact number at [protected] (Order ID: 396679143A)
We are quite upset as the agent sent their representative, attended to our premise and refused to install for us as they complaint that the installation is too complicated. They left without resolving the issue.
We tried to contact Astro to find us another agent but unable to speak to any of their operator as we do not yet to have a Serial Number.
We sent email to [protected]@astro.com.my on 11.12.2017 but yet to receive any response.
We need Astro to find us an agent and also an action taken against the agent who had no responsibility and unreasonably refused to install.
pvr decoder installation
Hi,
In regards of the title of my email, I'd like to lodge a complaint of the messy system that you have for installing or changing new PVR decoder at my parents' place for account number: [protected].
Initially I called in to change my PVR due to promotion to change it for free. That was 3 months ago. I was informed that an agent called my parents place, promised to come at certain time but to no avail.
Later on i made few calls to complaint but still there were no active action was taken by ASTRO.
Now, when I saw that i can use my ASTRO point to change the decoder to PVR, they promise to do the change in 2 weeks time. It has been 3 weeks and there are still no sign of new PVR decoder.
This is a bad, bad, bad service. I guess mine will only be change if I am willing to paid for the whole set, huh? Is the problem with the installer agent, the location of my parents' home or is it just the inefficiency of ASTRO down below?
FYI, I have two ASTRO accounts and have been a very loyal customer for about 10 years.

Saya dah bayar bil pada 23/11/17 melalui pejabat pos dan baki tertunggak RM3.85 pada 24/11/17 perkhidmatan kena potongan. Saya telah pergi ke Pejabat Astro Kuching untuk buat aduan pada 10 pagi dan mereka akan membuat penyambungan kembali dalam tempoh 3 jam namun apa yang mengecewakan tiada penyambungan dibuat oleh pihak astro, cakap tak serupa bikin

I am a loyal Astro subscriber for the past 5 years. However, recently I received a call from Astro centre that I’m entitled for a PVR decorder as I paid for the package superpack 3 since 5 years ago. However, I needed to pay for rm100 if I wanted to install the new decorder now as I needed a new adapter. I was very unhappy why I was not being offered this PVR in the first place during installation 5 years ago? And the installer who came to my house charged me rm150 instead of rm100 as claimed by the Astro centre. I’m going to lodge a complaint at the consumer service centre for their proper action.

Hai. Selamat sejahtera. Saya merupakan pengguna astro yang TERTIPU. Sekitar dua minggu lepas, suami saya iaitu pemilik akaun mendapat panggilan dari pihak astro berkenaan rebat yang ditawarkan jika saya upgrade pakej yang sedia ada. Setelah meneliti pakej yang disediakan, saya telah membuat penukaran daripada pakej family ke pakej Value Pack 4 melalui website astro.com.my tanpa sebarang rasa ragu-ragu. Setelah saya membuat penukaran, saya terlihat pada bahagian servis telah tertera saya telah mendapat HD-PVR servis secara percuma kerana melanggan Value Pack 4. Saya melihat pada dekoder dan alat kawalan jauh saya tidak dapat mengakses servis PVR. Jadi saya membuat keputusan untuk menghubungi pihak Astro untuk bertanya tentang perkara ini. Saya memberi penjelasan tentang perkara tersebut dan saya terkejut bila dinyatakan bahawa saya perlu menambah 150 Ringgit Malaysia untuk menggunakan servis PVR itu. Saya sangat tidak berpuas hati kerana perkara tersebut tidak diberitahu secara awal dan tidak dinyatakan semasa saya upgrade pakej di dalam website. Saya mahu pihak Astro menyelesaikan perkara ini bukan dengan cara meminta bayaran tersembunyi dari pihak pelanggan atau saya mahu pihak Astro batalkan langganan saya tanpa sebarang caj pelanggaran kontrak kerana pihak Astro juga telah melanggar hak asasi pengguna kerana meminta bayaran tersembunyi dan menipu pelanggan.
installer not come for new installation
Astro call me to set a new installation on 1st october. On that date i wait for 12 hours from 8am to 7pm, the installer contractor not come. Contact back astro to let they now. Not help much because they only can inform me the report have been send for but i still need to wait confirmation from installer. When i ask how long do i have to wait, is it 1 day, 1 week 1 month or 1 year, Astro cannot confirm. What kind of service is this.

At approximately 9.06pm, 1st Oct 2017 we bought a movie titled Alien Covenant. Prepaid RM10.60 has been deducted. Unfortunately we still cant view the movie. Two calls to Njoi have been made. Its ridiculous! We have been told to monitor the channel 467 in 48hours. If it is still doesnt work, we have been asked to call Njoi again. What a crap! So inconsiderate and stupid!
frustrated
I have called on 18 sep, regarding my Astro view keep pop up the issue (S1) (S2) and the customer service feedback is the Astro card problem, and will send the new Astro card to my home address, it will take 3 working days. However, I call on 21 sep ask for the status, other operator said that system has not updated my request for sending new Astro card .. it has to wait another 3 working days .. very frustrated as my family nothing to watch more than a weeks! It’s make me disappointed! And we paid the pretty fees and get this kind of service.
