This company ain't fixed the cabinet problem for my new crib
This company ain't fixed the cabinet problem for my new crib. The dude from the company straight up said he ain't gonna deal with it and now it's still messed up. Atlantic Construction is building my new place and they hit me with a surprise fee for the cabinets that wasn't mentioned before. Now they're saying I gotta pay up or settle for some other cabinets that I didn't even want in the first place.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago about the drainage and flooding problem at my new home from Atlantic Construction. They did a half-done job and haven't finished it yet. I tried to contact someone, but they keep telling me to talk to someone else. I won't say any names, but if they don't finish my backyard drainage system soon, we're going to have problems.
Me and my partner bought a new crib from Atlantic Construction Inc last August for $265,000 with a 1 year home warranty
Me and my partner bought a new crib from Atlantic Construction Inc last August for $265,000 with a 1 year home warranty. We've been trying to fix a busted septic system since December . The septic was overflowing across the driveway and walkway every night due to a broken distribution box and that was replaced and then the leach fields began leaking into the roadway culvert. I've sent them a bunch of emails, sometimes with no response for weeks asking for a simple update. They told me on June 30th it would be around 2 weeks until install and that the septic repair was approved by the county. I hit them up 5 days ago and still no response. I just want a fixed septic system with a 5-year warranty on it due to the nature of the situation.

This company ain't fulfilling their warranty repair obligations, like they promised
This company ain't fulfilling their warranty repair obligations, like they promised. I've been reaching out to them a bunch of times about the mistakes their contractors made, but they don't wanna fix it. They just keep sending me the same old message. 1) I got painter's tape on my walls since September '21 to help find wall pops, but they still ain't fixed it. They sent someone to fix it without telling me, and then when I made an appointment and took off work, they forgot about it. Ain't nobody come to fix the nail pops since then. So not cool. 2) The laminate flooring in a few rooms is still messed up even after they sent someone to "fix" it. They tried, but it's still messed up. This is part of my warranty and I told them about it before it expired, but they still ain't sent anyone to fix it. 3) The backyard got puddles of water every time it rains, but they don't wanna grade it to let the water drain properly. They told me they gotta fix it if there's standing water for more than 24 hours, but they ain't done nothing. They said it ain't covered since the water ain't near the house. They got no customer service skills at all. They say they wanna help their clients, but they can't even do the basics. They need to stop with the lame excuses and just fix the problems already.
We bought a new house from Atlantic Construction, Inc
We bought a new house from Atlantic Construction, Inc. and we had some drainage problems with the property before we closed. Me and my husband talked about this issue on September 6th via email, face-to-face with *** on September 7th, during our walk through with *** on September 27th and again on October 3rd and 4th. We told them that the drainage was a big problem and *** said that he would take care of it if the water stayed in the area for more than 48 hours. On December 6, after a lot of back and forth with the company, they came to "fix" the drainage ditch. They put SOD over the existing problem which are severe tires tract from the tractors of the contractors. The water is pooling in the tractor marks keeping the water from draining. It rained a few times during last week and this week. I sent ***, with the warranty department, photos of the standing water. He told me that if the water was standing for more than 48 hours, it would be fixed. *** went to the property and sent *** a photo saying there was no water in the ditch. I responded with ***'s photo, circling the water in the photo. He tried to take an angled photo showing no water. I sent a follow up email today documenting the standing water after 48 hours, the last rain was on Dec 12th @ 5:56 am. I got home today at 4:00 pm to see that there was mud placed over the water and an extra piece of SOD trying to hide the standing water. This is not an acceptable fix and it shouldn't be this difficult to have the company come fix issues that were documented prior to close. We just want the drainage to be fixed as promised on multiple occasions along with the remaining outstanding items that were noted in writing. This was a big problem for almost 60 days before closing and we were repeatedly assured and promised it would be fixed.
This company is a joke!
This company is a joke! They can't even get the closing date right, and it's been 7 months since we signed the contract! They don't care about their customers and just tell us to shut up. They're supposed to be making our American dream a reality, but they're just giving us a nightmare. The customer service is terrible and they don't care about meeting deadlines. We were supposed to get weekly updates, but we hardly ever do. There are so many things wrong with our house, like the siding, the light fixtures, the paint job, and the tile. We upgraded a door and ceiling fans, but they still haven't installed them. They won't even fix simple things like putting a fan in the dining room. We're missing three windows and the bay window is off center. They won't even tell us what's going on with the septic. We've had to move twice because of their poor project management. They don't value their customers at all. The realtor won't push the builders for answers and we can't even talk to the site super. They just tell us to suck it up and deal with it. The house is 3 months late and it's a load of crap. The paint job looks like a child did it and the light switches have holes punched in them. The project manager contacted me, but he didn't even know my name or the building address. He won't even talk to us now. We still don't have a closing date. Don't waste your time with this company.
