Restore was super easy to work with
Restore was super easy to work with. The staff was really thorough and on top of things. They came out real quick, and the price was awesome. I totally recommend using this company for any deep cleaning, disinfecting, or sanitizing you need during the COVID-19 pandemic. A+++++
Restore Construction, Inc
Restore Construction, Inc. is a great company to reach out to in times of emergencies. They were there for us during a difficult period in our lives when we needed our house boarded up after a devastating fire. We contacted several companies, but only Restore Construction, Inc. responded promptly. They were quick, polite, and showed genuine concern. Choosing them was the best decision we made.
We had a complete rebuild with this company, Restore Construction, Inc
We had a complete rebuild with this company, Restore Construction, Inc., 7 years ago. The house is falling apart. We've tried calling them multiple times, but they never respond. They made several promises that they didn't keep, and as a result, we still have a leak in the roof that they claimed to have fixed under warranty. However, their repair was not done properly. Now they're asking us to pay for an appraisal and the work that needs to be done.

In a really stressful time with water damage in my house, Restore was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we had water damage in our kitchen. They were really attentive and always answered our calls. When we had the water damage, many other homes were ruined with water damage from the huge winter storm, and still, they were really prepared to help us. A big thank you to Mike and William for making this stressful time easy.
My house had a fire about 3 years ago, and 80% of it was rebuilt
My house had a fire about 3 years ago, and 80% of it was rebuilt. Since moving back, I've noticed many issues with the house. It's falling apart. I called, faxed, and emailed Restore Construction to report all the problems I was experiencing. They promised to fix everything, but they haven't followed through. The work is still unfinished. Sadly, this company has let me down and failed to keep their promises. I really wish I hadn't hired Restore Construction to rebuild my house.
After some serius flooding on the NW side, Patrick and the team at Restore saved the day
After some serius flooding on the NW side, Patrick and the team at Restore saved the day. We called Restore when our basement got a foot of water. Patrick came out and checked out the danage and walked us through the insurance process. A little while later an entire team was on scene, sucking up water cutting out carpet and drywall packing up everything that could be saved and usung the biggest dehumidifiers i have ever seen. And they handled dealing with our insurance with work starting 3 days later. They really made a terrible day bearable. Tremendous experience with Restore.
Restore Construction rebuilt our home following a fire in June
Restore Construction rebuilt our home following a fire in June . The folks at Restore, like ***, ***, and ***, were always quick to respond to me. The rebuild was done by *** and his crew. We were able to make some changes to improve functionality, and we were quite happy with the results. When I was feeling overwhelmed with choices, they even gave me some recommendations. Even after we moved back in, Restore was always there to address any small issues that needed attention. I was happy to hear from the inspector from my mortgage company that they liked the work done by Restore. Our insurance company, Allstate, also has a good opinion of Restore. I hope I never have to go through a home rebuild again, but if I do, I would definitely choose Restore Construction. Thanks!
Restore recently finished a water damage repair job at my house
Restore recently finished a water damage repair job at my house. Sadly, we had a pipe burst while we were away on vacation, causing damage to our 1st floor and basement. It was a real shock when we got back and saw the mess. We called our insurance agent right away, and he suggested Restore. I'm so glad he did. Restore's workers showed up at my place within an hour of my call to do emergency mitigation work. They tore out all the wet materials, cleaned, sanitized, and set up drying equipment. They were really professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then I dealt with a different crew for the repairs. The construction team was amazing. They quickly answered all my many questions and put my mind at ease. Their workmanship was top-notch. The house looks even better now than it did before the pipe burst. Restore also worked with my insurance company, which was a big help since I'd never made a claim before. I'm really happy with the results and would recommend Restore to anyone dealing with water damage like I did.

Where do I even start?
Where do I even start? Ever since they finished building my house in September , they haven't bothered to address any of the warranty issues. I've called, emailed, and practically begged Restore to give me the warranties for the cabinets, hardwood floors, doors, and windows they replaced. But guess what? Doors keep falling off their hinges, hardwood floors are separating, windows won't close, doors won't lock properly, and my kitchen counter top is chipped. The list just goes on and on. I've called them countless times, and all they did was email me some response from their lawyer, making up some nonsense about there being no warranty. But here's the thing, I still haven't received any proof of this so-called warranty sign-off. And to top it all off, when they packed up our belongings after the fire, anything valuable that was taken out of the house has mysteriously disappeared.
On 03/27 our house got burned down
On 03/27 our house got burned down. We decided to go with Restore to take care and rebuild our home. It's been 1 year and 8 months, and our house still hasn't been returned. During this time, they have stopped and started the job for long periods of time twice. They make us choose cheap and limited options and blame COVID, limited supply, or even the inspector. The house is not built properly or even close to how it was. They only work on it when they feel like it, and they cut corners for everything. We were living in a temporary home, but we were moved out because even they were lied to about the date. Now we are living in a hotel where they constantly don't pay, and we have to call and renew our stay. They give us false dates and rush us to call places, giving us false hope of returning home, even for electricity, water, and gas. We call to confirm the connections, and then they call us back saying it's not connected and won't work for a few days. Out of this week, they have only worked maybe 2 out of the 7 days. I have driven by, and the contractor in charge always blames the company. The project manager has no clue what they're doing, and nobody ever knows what's going on. Even the mortgage and insurance company are frustrated with them.
I had a fire in my home in June , and I hired Restore Construction to do the work
I had a fire in my home in June , and I hired Restore Construction to do the work. From the start, they have been unprofessional. Restore subcontracted the job, and the workers on site were high on drugs and didn't respect my property. I talked to the owner *** and his son ***, and they came to apologize and change the contractors. I have pictures where the contractors didn't replace the burnt wood in the floors and walls. They probably didn't treat the wood because I smelled smoke in my property soon after they finished. This year, in 2021, my roof started leaking because Restore didn't do the work properly. They put the wrong vents on the outside, causing water to enter. I talked to the supervisors and *** the project manager, who came and said the tenant poured water on the upstairs floor. After getting frustrated and talking to a lawyer, I paid another company to fix Restore's work. They found that the roof wasn't done right and the ventilation vents were in the wrong place. The company fixed everything. Just today, on 12/29, my tenant called about water damage to the bathroom ceiling. I removed the drywall and water poured down. I saw water coming from a pipe from the upstairs tub. I called Restore, and they said my warranty expired on 12/9 and to file a claim with my insurance. Yes, my warranty might have expired, but this leak has been going on for who knows how long. Sometimes water takes a long time to show itself. Once again, the supervisor at Restore blamed the leak on maybe a frozen pipe. The weather hasn't even been freezing. State Farm paid this company over $300K just over 3 years ago, and now I have to file another claim for work that wouldn't be a problem if they had licensed professionals from the start.
