I was extremely impressed with the professional approach from the beginning of the project to the end. Mark and his crew did an excellent job repairing our siding. It looks beautiful. Very well done. Mark and his guys did a great and professional job on our wind damaged roof. He showed up the day after we talked to him on the phone and placed a tarp over the damaged area. He suggested that we notify our insurance company, and in about 3 weeks we would have a new roof. We were able to use upgraded shingles and install gutter screens at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend Atlas Exteriors.

Best customer service experience I've ever had with a business. Mark came to our house and explained in detail the services his company could provide us and why it would be beneficial to us and our home. We have a large roof and I was concerned about the price. After speaking with Mark Anderson from Atlas Exteriors we found the best price/product combo. Mark listed all the work that needed to be done and I was sure the price would go way up. We were pleasantly surprised that it was all included. He was easy to work with and pleasant. The workers did a great job and were receptive to all our questions. Overall this experience was much better than we expected.

Mark and his guys from Atlas Exteriors did a great five star job not only replacing the entire roof on the house, garage, and shed, but also making numerous repairs to sheathing due to water intrusion. And all this work was done in one day. All his guys were hard workers and highly skilled. The whole process flowed very smoothly. The roof looks great! Atlas Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof! Mark Anderson was able to schedule a time for an appointment that worked well for me. After doing an inspection he was helpful and clear in explaining the concerns with the damaged roof and the quality work that would be done to replace it. He was very friendly and professional. I just had my roof replaced by Atlas and it looks fantastic! The first day they worked from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.(in cold weather) and the next day they finished up in a few hours (again in cold weather) and stayed to clean up the debris from the old roof. I had an old shed that was falling apart and the owner of Atlas (who is also a worker) not only removed my shed for me, but also disposed of the junk that was in it. I would highly recommend this company. Great job - well done!

Mark Anthony from Atlas Exteriors provided excellent service. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for our roof repair. Mark was able to identify the problem and make the necessary repairs during the initial visit (despite it being a rainy day). He even shared before and after photos to show the quality work done. The total cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable, and Mark was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use Atlas Exteriors for future projects!

From day one, the communication from Mark was excellent. He called me almost immediately after submitting an inquiry, came by the next day to see the damages on my roof and get together a quote, and immediately initiated the insurance process, making the whole process stress-free for me. Most importantly the roof looks excellent and Mark was able to get it fully covered by insurance. Mark and his crew got the home roof and garage roof done in one day. Going with another roofing company would have likely been a several thousand dollar mistake!

Outstanding local roofing company! There's a reason for the great reviews!
After researching several roofers in the area, we went with Atlas Exteriors and we are thankful that we did! The owner, Mark Anderson's thorough knowledge of the roofing business, allowed us to have our roof, gutters and window screens covered 100% by insurance due to hail damage. He met with the insurance adjuster and did all of the paper work for us. Mark explained in detail about the process and was on time for appointments.
Mark and his crew are professional and courteous and completed our roof in one day.
We received several compliments on how great our house looks with the new roof (color recommended by Mark), and new gutters. We highly recommended him to friends and neighbors.

On August 4 (Yes 1 year ago) Mark Anderson of Atlas Exteriors came to my home in Towson, MD to inspect and repair a roof leak. I purposely waited a year to submit a review because I wanted to see if the repair would hold through all weather conditions and temperatures. I'm very happy to share that it has! My reason for the 5 Star review is due to the entire experience in addition to the actual repair. Mark was extremely professional and personable. He communicated the process from scheduling to completion and educated me along the way. He even handled some smaller wear issues that could have blossomed into additional challenges. His pricing was upfront and fair as I had two other proposals unbeknownst to him. I can HONESTLY say that it was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE having his company provide QUALITY SERVICE and WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
