They're great for start up businesses
They're great for start up businesses. The approval prices was pretty quick and easy for me, and they allowed you to show your personal and business bank accounts to show income. I've had the card for over s year, and it definitely came in handy when i had to get $800 brakework done on one of my vehicles. They lowered my weekly spend limit after I injured my back and wasn't driving as frequently, but hopefully they'll increase it again, in the event I have another unexpected emergency.

Veterans fire protection llc AtoB is a very good tool. The card is accepted everywhere and you get a discount on the current price at the pump. I use it for all our vehicles and I intend to recommend it to others. They also don't charge crazy fees. I have used other companies but AtoB seems to be the best for my needs. They also allow me to assign cards to drivers and make changes on my timetable. You also have *** real time.*** Veterans Fire Protection
Even though the customer service was not the best at times and the fact that they were on a net 7 when most businesses are on a net 30. I had nothing but good things to say about AtoB fuel card because of what was provided. But now they decided to automatically take it upon themselves to switch me to a prepaid plan, with little to no warning. Just because you call it a unlimited plan and require me to prepay my weekly fuel expenses makes no sense. AtoB didn't even reach out to their customers and give them the option to switch the plan or not. But when you call them they try and sell you on the benefits of the new plan and offer no alternative if you don't want to switch. I'm very disappointed in AtoB and will not be joining the new program, but leaving altogether. Maybe that was their intention from the start ?.

Finally I had to tell them to stop calling me after incessant calling and voicemails scolding my business partner and I AFTER we had already told them to stop calling and we would get back to them if we were interested. I told the sales manager *** that I wasnt interested at all anymore since they couldnt seem to get the hint since I had already told him multiple times that I was busy and would call back if I wanted their fuel cards and the sales manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, down talking to me like I was his child to be reprimanded, even telling me I needed to find a better Daddy! Avoid at all costs! Stick to reputable companies like Fuelman!
Great service A to B helps us keep track of fleet spending
Great Business starter has card. They are very straight forward ***-billing. *** was good when I called and they communicate your bill each week via text as a reminder. Only addition that I would add is to offer your customers a Net 30 or at least Net 14 payment term. This is helpful for slower paying invoices that business receive like Notary and Feild Agent Work. Works great traveling to new client meetings for my other Jealthcare business.

We applied and were approved back in 07. The application was quick and painless. Sent in the requested documents and got approved with 14 days and got the cards soon after. This account is not like a typical credit card account though. We get invoiced each week for the prior weeks charges and 7 days later they will be auto drafted. This is the only Fleet card we use. We get a $0.05/gal discount on all fuel and we can even use it for maintenance like oil changes and repairs. I would definitely recommend this card to anyone because its a *** it is universally accepted almost everywhere!

Poor service to good customers
Poor service to good customers. Had the card for over 1.5 years. Paid on time (auto pay) religiously. I had one late payment due to a banking issue. I made the payment 2 weeks late. Then recieved an email from them telling me to contact them to reactivate my card...only to be told they closed my card and my account. I kept recieving scripted responses from the rep..."after reviewing your account history we are unable to reactivate your card" yet my account history was superior with no late payments! It makes no sense...I wasnt even 30 days past due. HORRIBLE WAY TO HURT MY BUSINESS CREDIT HISTORY! Will never recommend them to anyone. This is detrimental to small business owners who are trying to build and grow their business.

AtoB Fuel has played an intricate role in our transportation business success. Being a small business owner, we had to find options that to serve our fuel demands and needs that would be willing to grow with our company's demand. AtoB has definitely proven this with Moving Mountains Everyday LLC. Our operational costs have doubled in 6 short months, creating increased fuel usage and the need for an expanding line of credit for fuel expenses. They have been extremely easy to work with. There is always someone to talk to one the phone at any hour of the day if we have a question, concern or request for additional services. We would not be able to continue to grow our company without their services. We look forward to long lasting relationship with AtoB.
A nightmare to work with
A nightmare to work with. We were told we were approved for a certain amount PER CARD only to find out they actually only approved us for that amount between four different cards. *** is a joke. No one can actually help solve any problems. You have to figure out ways to solve them yourself. Every time we called to see about when the bank transfers we sent would be made available because we had drivers that needed fuel they responded with "not to worry" or "don't worry, your money will be available soon". Bank transfers take 4+ days to process in their system. There is no way to remove a driver's info unless you replace it with a new driver. Bank transfers take 4+ days to process in their system. If you want a very frustrating experience, then I highly recommend. Other than that, stay far away!

Discriminatory business practice. On 9/24 I received an email from *** A to B rep. I applied for a business fuel card and was asked to submit statements. In the body of the email from her she stated: The underwriting department has informed me that we will need three months of business bank statements from you to support your credit ask. Note that a $2,000 minimum average monthly deposit will be required for you to qualify. Do you have a bank account with that amount of deposit history? If a business account isn't available, we will also take statements from a personal bank account in your name.The requested information was submitted and I was declined for the following reasons:1. Unable to verify banking 2. Not a business I bank with PenFed and my business has been established ever since 2011 with the *** of *** A to B also states Im a sole proprietorship. Incorrect. They did not research my company and profiled me on inaccuracies. If Im not an established business then why have other fuel companies extended me credit?

You give them access when you sign up this company has the worst customer service out there I had an issue with some payment that got returned this was a 2 week set back I called A to B to explain that there will not be enough in my account to cover the *** for about 19 days they didn't care still over drafted my account *** then they kept trying to charge it every day after in the end I was over charged and over drafted 2 times then they kept trying to get 54 $ everyday for *** 30 plus 15 so 45 per day every day till I had to remove them from 3 Rd party access and stop payment to this day they still keep trying so I got charged over 500 in fees from my bank and was over charged in the first place my records show 1 tank of gas *** they charged me *** plus *** so they can have this crappy account this is just a way to get your personal account info and use it to there advantage they don't care if you have any issues your account could have been depleted for any reason they can see your balance before hand still they overdraft your account Horrible business model and in no way would I recommend this company 0 stars

Worst experience of my life with a fuel card! Besides the approval taking too long more than 3 weeks and asking for pictures of the owner and other unheard of things and being approved with a low credit limit when i was promised a different amount and in today's market we are spending double than last year. Sales Rep *** sold me this card saying i would get 25 cents off per gallon at any location because they were doing a promotion so of course i applied and also told my friends about the card since we are all in the same line of business. When i received the cards i noticed that i was only getting 5 cents off instead of 25 cents and i contacted the sales rep and he said that was an easy fix and that i would receive a call from someone in customer service and they would just change the code. So i waited for 2 days and never received a call. I contacted Rep *** and he said he AtoB fired ALL the sales rep in the company. I immediately called customer service and asked if they were going out of business and they denied that and i also asked about my 25 cents off per gallon that i also have it in writing and they said that they only give 5 cents off only and cannot do anything. I am so upset and feel very stupid for believing in this company and the rep. I really don't know what is going on but they need to tell me exactly why *** was fired and who has my info. Now i don't feel safe with this rep and company having my info and feel scammed. Need to have a resolution ASAP since i also referred my friends and now i am concerned about their info as well. This company should not be trusted at all and regret ever attempting to do any business with them.

I am getting ready to work for a company in which, I will spend a large amount of money on gas. I thought, I would apply through the AtoB application process to obtain a gas card. I went to the website and completed the application. The application requires a *** Statements and ***. "Yes, Bank Statements" The *** reads, *** for the company. I provided the *** for the *** as it is on my ***. I got an email back that reads " I need your *** and we do not service customers at this time". I emailed back, that reads "your application does not make a statement as for only companies". The application has you to upload Drivers License and Bank Statements which i really did not think would need. This is a process which could allow scams and theft to take place. They need a disclaimer that reads companies only and the *** must be assigned to "you" not the company although, you work for the company and they generate your *** . Therefore, it would be the companies *** not yours. I am a contractor for the company. I will now get an *** for myself. I am placing folks on notice, the company requires highly secured info. I questioned, the secure info i provided. They sent an email back that said, "Thank you for understanding". My complaint against the company is the application to upload your bank statements in the application. I am filing this with the Complaintsboard.com to let everyone know what the application requires before you apply. I was denied but they have my bank statements. For my protection, i will be changing all my information. It's too bad companies are allowed to create an application that asks for bank statements. Yes, if i were approved, I would still have questioned, why the bank statements. I will know better next time as it is now to the point where you cannot apply on-online unless they know your secured info. When asked to be transferred to a manager to find out more, customer service rep wouldn't transfer me, refused to transfer to me and kept telling me there was nothing she could do. My *** was paid up so there was no reason for my account to be suspended.

I was recently denied a request to extend credit and dropped down from tier 2 access to tier 1. Now I am competent enough to make my requests directly with another competent person of higher status in the company. The only response I get, is that "we'll reach out to your Account Manager for an update", but that has not happened. The only time I speak to someone by phone or chat, is when I make the outreach. Documents submitted include my bank statements, which display my financial information. Follow up from a business should not take this long, no matter the size of organization. My experience as a new business owner has not been great and debating if I should not trust this company and cancel my application.

Hello to whom this may concern, I submitted an application with this company in effort to become a member and hopes of building business credit but ive constantly have been given the run around. When I call and ask to speak to a supervisor Im always told that one needs to be scheduled, no one is readily accessible and someone will give a call back within *** hours which rarely happens. There has been 3 different representatives that has contacted me regarding the same information that was given to a previous representative for the company and was assured my application was sent off to the underwriting department ive sent several documents of information al by request and by the time the 3rd person contacted me via email I requested again to speak to a supervisor because at that point I was not sure of what was happening with my personal and sensitive banking information this entire process has been embarrassing to say the least and would like to speak to someone with the authority to make decisions.

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST when it comes to customer service. The account representative that was working my application NEVER answered emails, never answer calls, after I reached out to her about my submitted documents. I even used her link to schedule a meeting and she did not show up! I called customer service to ask them to switch me to someone else and they sent me back to her and then she denied my app after just begging and apologizing to me last week for her lack of service provided. Then when I called her to ask today about the denial she pretended there was nothing she can do about it to call customer service. I call customer service and they tell me it was HER WHO DID IT and that I can speak back with her. They refused to give any number to speak to higher *** to get actual help and only gave me the option to submit a complaint. Then they said in order to get a new representative apply again in 2 months. Are you kidding me? The account representative name was *** and shes a drunk! She told me on the phone the other night after begging for my forgiveness that she was going to pop a bottle and relax for the night. Im pretty sure thats what she does all day in which is why she never answers. Then plays dumb about your situation when you finally get through to her as if she cant remember whats happening with your application. Provided documents to show emails I sent. No response. As well as invitation after scheduling a call with her through calendly in which she did not attend.

It just makes everything simple, and with being a new business, less to worry about is the key.
Poor service to good customers. Had the card for over 1.5 years. Paid on time (auto pay) religiously. I had one late payment due to a banking issue. I made the payment 2 weeks late. Then recieved an email from them telling me to contact them to reactivate my card...only to be told they closed my card and my account. I kept recieving scripted responses from the rep..."after reviewing your account history we are unable to reactivate your card" yet my account history was superior with no late payments! It makes no sense...I wasnt even 30 days past due. HORRIBLE WAY TO HURT MY BUSINESS CREDIT HISTORY! Will never recommend them to anyone. This is detrimental to small business owners who are trying to build and grow their business.
