Wednesday 20th November between 3:15-3:30pm. Drove through the drive through lane on the left and parked my car with the engine running. Waited to be served whilst I had my baby in the car. The lady made eye contact with me then continued on working, thereby ignoring me. I got out of the car and approached her after a couple minutes of waiting and asked her if there was a drive through service here? She never answered yes or no just said what do you want? I asked for my order and she put my case of beer on the other side of the counter inside the shop all whilst my baby was still inside the car. I wouldn't have used this liquor land if it wasn't a drive through, I would have gone down to Trinity Beach. I gave her my card to PayPass whilst checking on my baby again. I guess I was expecting some form of customer service or even communication as to whether it was a drive through so I could safely buy beer with an infant in the car. She was rather rude and I left feeling like an inconvenience. I wouldn't put myself through this experience again and definitely won't be shopping here in case I have to be served by her again. Am questioning whether I get my beer from BWS from now on.
