Couriers Please - Rude delivery driver

I live in an apartment complex and the delivery driver rang the intercom asking me to come outside. At that point, he didn't state his purpose for me to go meet him, I didn't know he was delivering, who he was delivering to, and the company he was working for.

He called the second time and I asked "who are you?" He then said I have a parcel. I was so confused and was genuinely concerned for my safety as I wasn't expecting anything.

When I went down and met him outside, he started yelling at me about how I was late and I should've went down the first time he called.

This experience was very uncalled for and I hope this feedback is taken well, and myself and other customers won't have to weepers this in the future.

Couriers Please - Delivery

I was not home to receive my parcel, they left a card for redelivery which was fine. I did the online for leaving it in the letter box however then released that it was not the parcel I thought and it wouldn't fit in the letter box. I've called them straight away to cancel the redelivery and to arrange another way. Guy seemed nice said yep we will take it to the local pick up point you will get a message and will be able to get your parcel. A week passed, no message, no parcel. I ring again to be told it's out for redelivery and I said well no it shouldn't be it can't be redelivered due to restrictions on accessing the property unless they are leaving it on the footpath. I explain I had sorted out a pick up point, now I have been told there is no note of that and no I cannot have it taken to the pick up point because I've requested redelivery. I said well I was told that's what was arranged so that's what should be happening, the guy just keeps repeating, sorry can't be guaranteed so we will redeliver, I kept telling him it can't be redelivered as there's no access.
So now I have to go out of my way to there depot to get my parcel, what was the point in delivery if I've been screwed around and have to go out of my way.
Just to add all my candles are probably melted by now, not happy at all, if any product is damaged in anyway I will be making further contact.
Worst service I've received from anywhere!
