I have had 3 failed attempted deliveries to my address. my Consignment number is CPCTA7Z0248056. The parcel has not been delivered even though there is an apartment block secure post box on the outside of the building I live in that is especially for parcels so there is no excuse for the lack of delivery.
1st attempted delivery was Wednesday 24th April 2024 at 5.43pm. I was home and I received no notification or email - I only realised this the day after when I checked the app.
2nd attempt was Friday 26th April and again I received no notification until I saw this on the tracking app.
This morning, I messaged Couriers Please to try to arrange for the delivery driver to call me - I left my number and guaranteed that I would be here for the delivery.
I received no phone call and only realized when checking the app 10 mins after the attempted delivery that someone had been _ NO phone call.
I have since spent 1 hour of my time trying to arrange a delivery to my business address 4/180 Northgate Road. Northgate. 4013. I fly to the UK for a family emergency in the morning so no-one will be at this address for the foreseeable future. unfortunately, you can't do that
