On the 3/6/2023 we went to KFC Sydenham and bought a 23 Piece Bucket, for $37.95. Which the pieces would be enough for the Guest we were placing them on a serving platter we saw the wings in the bottom 6 of them, 3 were so dried out we could not put them out and we couldn't go for more as the guests were arriving, These pieces were disgustingly dry and so small the looked like Pidgeon wings. I have tried to call the outlet but no one answerers the phone. So I am making a complaint about some of the chicken pieces that were in our order. I still have the reciept but cannot download it from my Printer.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a replacement for the order amount I had paid $37.95 from the Sydenham Vic.3037, and I'd appreciate a reply to this complaint at my email address.
