On the 1 of August me and my friends went to montrose KFC and our was was mistaken we made the order double. We ordered 21 pieces of chicken and 10 mini loafs so they ended up giving us 1 21 piece bucket and 12 mini loafs they didn't give us our slip. We spoke to Hlengiwe and she said she will call but since she never called. When I call the landline it's not working I'm really disappointed at least if they called and gave me feedback but it seems like they don't take their costumers serious I'm very unhappy about how they handled the case.
Sounds like your experience at KFC turned into quite the chicken chase! Dealing with missing chicken and non-existent follow-ups is like ordering a meal and only getting the napkin.
It’s disappointing when you can’t get a straight answer or even a call back. Let’s hope they find their missing chickens soon and start treating their customers with a bit more care. At least now you have a story to tell about the day you almost started a poultry protest!
