Stopped at the KFC / Taco Bell in Norwich NY today, store no# K273009. It was one of the dirtiest fast-food places my wife and myself have ever been to. She went to find a place to sit (which the place was empty), the tables were dirty though out the place. the booth we sat at was terrible, the seat was covered in scraps of food. The table itself was so dirt you could feel the dirt and stickiness to it. My wife covered her area with napkins because it was so bad. I went in the men's room to wash my hands, and as soon as walked in was thinking this was a mistake all away around. The faucet was terrible I could see the dirt and grime on it, just wrong. The windows in the whole facility were filthy, there were some that you could not see through. The one at our booth there were fingerprints, smudges and whatever else on it.
If the front of the facility looks this bad, I can't image (and don't want to) what the preparations and cooking area looks like. My suggestion to you is close it down for a day or two and do a deep clean, and while it is down you could find a new manager! Because I would have to let the current one go. I would also be looking at pulling the franchise from the person who owns it, because they apparently don't care either!
Recommendation: Drive on by. McDonalds and Burger King are just down the road.

I recently had the misfortune to have a meal whilst on holiday with my wife in skegness. I ordered two of the bucket meals at a cost of £19.98.whenit came we got ten French fries each and chicken wings. Not one drum stick. Your advert on the t.v clearly shows drum, sticks in the bucket not one but several. When l was a police officer in Burslem Stoke-on-Trent. I used your shop on a regular.basis.ltbused to excellent. Not anymore. Never again

Wrong orders, foul mouth worker
Stopped into kentucky fried on saturday [protected]@8 pm, on may 11, girl at counter could not figure out how to take my order. I ordered the 2 pc deal for 4.99 and the 4 pc deal for $10, asked me what sides I would like so I asked for cole slaw, mashed, my total came to $23.00, told her that was wrong. Should only be $17, she called a male co worker and with an attitude, he said it was because I ordered extra slaw, did not order but the bill came to $20. I paid because my wife was home waiting for dinner. As I was waiting, someone asked the male worker what he got for his mother for mothers day, his reply was fuk her, she is nothing but a piece of sh! T. I recently lost my mother and would love to have her back and this guy disrespected his living mom. I left and drove the 9 miles home to find in the 2 pc, a breast and a wing, no potatoes, and the 4 pc, I got 2 thighs and 2 wings, wanted to go back but my wife said no. Bad customer for over 2 years I been dealing with the same people that work their bad attitudes but what makes it worse is that no one makes an attempt to help the customer as soon as you pull up someone at the speaker yells and says go to first window no how you doing no hey welcome straight go to window and when you proceed with to the window. This is about the Breman KFC restaurant. The 3:00 pm 01/02/2024 crew showed a parochial attitude when they saw me entering the facility. their laughter and exposure of bad dental structure put me off the place.
I hope they can be trained like Chick -fillet or QT workers.

No Customer Service in Ruskin FL KFC
I went to my regular KFC in Ruskin FL to tell them about a problem the week prior when they gave me 2 thighs instead of the two breasts and sides I ordered. The manager told the assistant manager I was talking to that I needed to bring back the thighs. I had not even said I wanted a credit! A "We are sorry" would have been enough. After 11 years going to this store their customer service now sends me to Popeyes!

No one is right, I am and they are wrong they made me so angry that I punched my granny in the face. She had me arrested and is pressing charges.
Now I can't eat KFC anymore.
I have not been able to eat Popeyes or Hartz for a while now so I tried KFC which I always loved-until the wedge fries were discontinued. I will never be able to eat it again as I had a bad reaction to PEG or polyethylene glycol which is in the oil, flour or marinate. The most UP and coming new allergy since AMERICA puts it in EVERYTHING! Vape has brought it to the notice of allergists etc everywhere. Europe tries to keep it OUT of their country. I am sad and that leaves me with Chick fil A. Hope they stay CLEAN.

The biscuits were hard and I didn’t receive two of every piece. At Popeyes, when they don’t have your specific pieces they let you know. They didn’t here and I will never waste my money again. The food was downright disgusting

the Chicken I cooked was awesome. Had a Crisp not too greasy and you could tell what piece of the chicken you were eating. Ther was no soft fat under the batter! The chickens were from Maple Lodge. Now all the pieces look the same, just sort of round with batter and the only distinguisable piece was the leg.
it was 12:20 pm (lunch) no customers but me and the had no chicken nuggets ready and rested and the had no white meat other than dark meat of the original chicken pieces, I bought 10 nuggets that were 13 bucks plus tax and the nuggets were half the size of Macdonald nuggets. my wife thought I bought her popcorn chicken! My 4 pieces that I ordered were ok because I was really hungry. The little paper pouch of fries you get with the 4 piece and chips is a joke! (C'mon!) I loved Kentucky and always bragged about the chicken before and ate it all the time. I doubt I will ever go there again and will tell people about this experience. My love for the K.F.C. is, sad to say, pretty well over. I have never went anywhere else for chicken but will be going to Mary Browns next week to try thier chicken. Way to ruin a long love I have had for K.F.C. ( i will still always crave it though)

Very slow service
I was at the KFC at rangeline rd. In Carmel, IN. @ around 1pm. I stood in line to place an order for 10mins. and no one even came to the front line. Finally realized that there wasn’t anyone watching for walk-in business, so left to go somewhere else.
I’ve been a business owner for 40yrs. and it’s, good quality customer service that continues to keep me in business. Its hard to find quality customer service these day, no matter where you go. I can only imagine the business they must be losing and like everywhere else, they raise prices and yet they cant deliver customer service. It really has become a shame in the lack of interest people have that are in the service industry, I just want to know one thing, where is the manager or GM when service is this bad at their own store?

Bought KFC from KFC Sunward Park yesterday. Sub SUB standard - looked like chicken was fried 3x over in old oil - colour was dark brown - did not even taste like KFC - after I had ONE bite, I was sick of runny tummy whole night! I had to throw my food in the dustbin. Uneatable. There was only 2 cars infront of me - time was about 15:50 - between the pay point and collection point we waited 20 min! At collection I ask the lady if she is working alone, and she replied yes, the other staff is on lunch! Lunch at that time...poor management. Never do I waste good money on bad KFC again - ever!

I haven't been to KFC in over 6 months Due to angry manger who threw my 2 sandwiches away in the front of me. That was when KFC cared... through the survey. They rung up by 2 sandwiches and I gave them the survey discount that was filed out. The lady told me they already wrong it up my sale and didnt honor the survey discount. So the manager threw the 2 sandwiches away in the trash in front of me. I haven't been back. So now I go to Carls Jr which is near the kfc. Actually there used to be a long line to order. Each time I go to Carls there isn't a line at KFC at all. Apparently they upset many customers and they like me and quit going. Good luck with your business.
Not satisfied in shields michigan
Wife ordered a pot pie and the top was half off. I ordered chicken could not get any white meat and that was far from fresh. It had been setting for a long time and didn't even look like the chicken I used to get and was grease from setting so long. Also the door handles coming into the eye were filthy had to make sure your hands were washed good before you ate.

I visited the KFC branch on 2July on during the evening. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. KFC vs Popeye's: A Comparison of Chicken and Sides
KFC has been my go-to for takeout chicken for many years, but recently I was introduced to Popeye's and their mashed potatoes. KFC's potatoes are instant, while Popeye's are real, which makes a big difference in taste. Popeye's chicken is also much more flavorful and delicious. As a result, I don't go to KFC as much anymore, but it's still not a bad option.
One issue I have with KFC is that when I go through the drive-thru, I often don't receive napkins, a fork, or butter/honey for my roll. I've filled out surveys on the receipt to address this problem, but nothing has changed. It seems like they either don't care or haven't been informed of the issue. I've filled out surveys more than once, so it's disappointing that nothing has been done to improve the situation.
Overall, KFC is just okay in my book. It's not bad, but I've found a place that I feel is better. Despite this, I still occasionally visit KFC for their chicken and sides. If they could improve their drive-thru service, it would make the experience much better.
Disappointing Experience at KFC Lindsay: Slow Service and Incorrect Orders
I've been a fan of KFC for a long time, like over 50 years long. I've visited many locations across the country, but the one on Kent St. in Lindsay, Ontario has left me feeling unsatisfied. I used to visit this location twice a week, but now I only go when I'm out of town. The new manager took over in the fall of 2020, and things have gone downhill since then.
Even if you're the only customer in line, it takes forever to get your food. I'm talking 20 to 30 minutes after you've ordered. And if there are other cars in line, forget about it. One or two will always give up and leave. It's frustrating to wait so long for your food, especially when you're hungry.
To make matters worse, the last three times I've visited this location, my order has been wrong. Either I received the wrong items or some of my food was missing. And if you order a meal with dark meat, be sure to specify "NO WHITE MEAT." Otherwise, you'll end up with old, dried out white meat that's too tough even for my pets to eat.
I tried reaching out to KFClistens.ca to voice my concerns, but no one listened. No one got back to me about the problems I experienced at this location. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality and customer service at a place I used to love. I hope they can turn things around soon.
Disappointing Experience at KFC's Hurghada Branch: Poor Quality Food and Customer Service
I recently visited KFC's website and I must say, my experience at their branch in Hurghada, Egypt was not up to par. I was disappointed with the quality of my meal and politely asked the supervisor, Rabee, to change it. At first, he refused but after some discussion, he agreed to prepare a new meal for me. However, when the second meal was brought to me, I was shocked to find blood in my food! This is unacceptable for an international company like KFC.
I asked to speak with the branch manager but was made to wait for over 20 minutes. When I inquired about him again, the employee had a very bad attitude and behavior towards me. Finally, I had to go to the manager myself to complain about my meal. However, he was not willing to listen and said he was not free to solve my problem.
I paid for a service and I expect to receive quality food and customer service. It is disappointing to see such a renowned company like KFC not meeting these basic expectations. I hope to hear back from them soon and receive a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

6.30pm on 22.10.2024, we visited Levin KFC my daughter ordered via the self service machine and we patiently waited for our number 45 order to be called, nothing was called, I thought this is taking a long time, saw on the counter a few orders, so I went to investigate. I asked the lady (whom I didn’t get the name of) what is this order - she replied what did you order? I said I’m not sure, but what number is it and she moaned and was highly unprofessional stated they had been called out loads, she seemed highly stressed, even speaking rudely to the other staff member. I came there to collect and found nuggets they put only 12 and I asked him to put it the correct quantity. Then there wasn’t any gravy he gave me that also. After reaching home I found dinner rolls only 7 off. I ordered all 13 spicy chicken and he put all original. One seems to be pulled out from it. And he is serving it without any gloves.
Please take care of this. Last time also some issue was there. I didn’t complain about it. When ask they simply say misplaced it.
