I can't say enough about Hal M and Auto Advantage and the way they conduct business... Integrity, ethics, and self-motivation that goes well beyond what you'll find anywhere else today. Thank you Hal for the great product, great customer service, and genuine care every step of the way. This is the second warranty I have bought and I have absolutely no complaints. Auto Advantage is truly exceptional.

Great service and fair deal. This is my second extended warranty with them. Obviously the first was good or their would not have been a second. Used the second warranty for the first time today and there were no problems.

Well, I had to be one of *** toughest sells, being very careful knowing there's a lot of dishonest companies out there. It took me about 3 years getting quotes on various cars and debating should I or shouldn't I. *** was so patient with me answering all my questions and such a perfect gentleman. Anyway about 6 months ago I decided to get a bumper to bumper warranty on my 2012 *** with 30k miles. *** car developed a brake issue a couple of months later, which was a very costly repair. *** from *** told me he has never had a more pleasant experience dealing with a warranty company. I just want to say to ***, thank you for putting up with me so long. I will refer anyone I know looking for an extended warranty, and be a life long customer.

In 2013 I purchased a pre-owned Chevy vehicle that can with a limited warranty, I knew I wanted to keep a warranty so I searched several sites looking for an extended warranty. I can to ComplaintsBoard.com and found Auto Advantage Inc., so I contacted Hal M. and his pricing was very affordable . My son became a Marine in 2015 so I sold my Chevy and took over my son's Nissan and was able to transfer the remaining warranty from my Chevy to his Nissan. we did have to use the warranty for AC repair we only paid our $100.00 deductible. the repair shop told us this was the easiest company to work with! Now that my son has returned home from his tour, we are keeping the warranty on his Nissan. Thanks for being a reliable company.
I have used Hal at Auto Advantage since December for 4 vehicles and soon on a 2021 Ford F150 that is on order. He makes sure he gets the best Exclusionary warranty for the type of vehicle I have, or will purchase, and the service received when the warranty comes into play is seamless and I never get complaints from the repair facility that works with the warranty company. Hal is very responsive and quick to return calls and emails and to give the quote. I have even been sitting with the Finance manager that is getting ready to pitch his Extended service contract when I not only email Hal with the details but having him email me back the quote in time for me to be able to make a value decision as to which to buy. Hal's warranty is usually better than those offered by the dealer even when they match the price as I read their details and his takes better care of the client when they need service and/or are stranded.

After months of shopping for a warranty for my BMW I finally settled on Auto Advantage. Though I did find a number of companies with similar plans and pricing, none had the professionalism, length of time in business, or were as easily reachable for questions. I also contacted my local dealership verified that they have worked with them before and would accept the coverage. I am hoping that their claims service is good as their customer service was during the sale.

I found auto advantage through an Internet search after I bought a one year old GMC Acadia. First off, the prices were amazing and after having to use the warranty a few times, super easy for my service advisor to submit a claim and get approval. From now on I will only use auto advantage for my warranties on my American made cars.

How many companies can do that? He was great to show me different options and prices to fit my budget. I called another company to ask on their plans and was given 1 option, and the company handling the warranty didn't seem to have many good things to say about them. Auto Advantage will be my first go-to as long as I keep driving.

I brought a two year contract in 2018 and was extremely satisfied with the automotive coverage . They covered almost everything. I just brought a four year contract. They explain if there are items that are not covered. I used the roadside coverage once and was not satisfied because the first company I called, did not respond in a timely manner. I complained and was assured that the new contract will not include that particular company for roadside assistance. Overall, I think the automotive coverage was excellent and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to all my needs.

Going through my records I located an extended warranty that I had purchased previously. When I reached out to Auto Advantage (Mr. M) and explained who I was and why I reached out to him. He still had my information from my previous warranty. That certainly told me how organized and how he cares about the clients. Each and every time I spoke or emailed Mr. M, I did not feel rushed and he answered all my questions numerous times. A couple of years ago we purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty from Auto Advantage for our BMW X5. Our experience with BMWs is after the age of 4, keeping them in top working condition is costly. This one was no different. The couple of times the X5 has needed repairs, they were covered. Recently we needed an extended warranty for another car, a make/model with which we had no previous experience. We contacted Hal for a quote. The second experience was similar to the first. He was responsive, made a recommendation on coverage based on the make/model and absent any sales pressure, explained the difference in extended warranty coverage options. We purchased a policy at what we believe is a good value. Working with Hal, both times, has been a satisfying experience.

I've had a vehicle contract with them for 2 years and just renewed for another 2. I also have another contract on a new car. I haven't made any claims but I am confident of the coverage. I also feel that these contracts are a very good value for money. I basically had a good experience with virtually every call and email.
Everything went ok. I was able to get 1 more year of coverage with no deductible and twice the miles for about the same price.
