I put in $600 in my account but then changed my mind about using the website to find a car
I put in $600 in my account but then changed my mind about using the website to find a car. I tried to get a refund but couldn't find any options to do so. I've called multiple times but nobody answered. I really want my money back.
3/16/2023 Bought car at *** place
3/16/2023 Bought car at *** place. Regular folks can't check cars. Car info said "runs and drives", no engine lights in sale pics. No problems seen. Got it, engine's busted. Keeps making knocking noise, water pours out when filled. Water in oil too... And guess what, engine light's on now. Won't even connect to diagnostic thingy. Lots of fuses gone. But the one for engine light magically came back before delivery.
In May , I signed up for autoauctionmall.com to get myself a used car
In May , I signed up for autoauctionmall.com to get myself a used car. I put down $600 to join the auction, thinking I'd have $6,000 to spend. But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't win a bid or find a decent used car to buy. So on July 9th, I asked for my deposit back. It's been ages, and I still haven't seen a penny. They've completely ignored me and won't respond to any of my messages. I even tried reaching out to Square, the company that charged my card, but it was a total waste of time. I went ahead and filed a complaint with my bank, but I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.

On September 8, I bought the services of autoauctionmall.com to help me buy a used car
On September 8, I bought the services of autoauctionmall.com to help me buy a used car. I gave them $1,500 as part of the deal. I tried to use the service to get a car on September 9, but *** my "Customer Success liaison" didn't reply. I tried to reach out to the Company many times, but I gave up on using the service to buy a car and asked for my money back. The Company's online system said they got my requests, but all they said was they would contact me within 24 hours, which they never did.
I bought a car (2004 Tahoe, VIN #1GNEK13Z04JXXXXXX, Lot #XXXXXXXX) from Auto Auction Mall on 08/31
I bought a car (2004 Tahoe, VIN #1GNEK13Z04JXXXXXX, Lot #XXXXXXXX) from Auto Auction Mall on 08/31. I paid for the vehicle on the same day through a Wire Transfer, from my bank to theirs. Normally, the title is either in the car or given to the driver by the transport company when they pick up the vehicle. However, in my case, the title was not in the car or given to the driver. Auto Auction Mall informed me that Copart (yard #342, Baltimore, MD, where the vehicle was stored) had kept the title to "fix an error" on it. They assured me that Copart would send the title to them as soon as possible, and then they would send it to me. However, as of today's date, 09/26, I still haven't received the title. I have sent emails and made phone calls (and left messages) to *** and ***, but they haven't gotten back to me. I just want the title for the car that I paid for. MTG, buyer #XXXXXX.
On 10/22, I bought a car from an online auction on AutoAuctionMall.com
On 10/22, I bought a car from an online auction on AutoAuctionMall.com. They sent me the car title, but it wasn't signed by the seller. After a few emails, they finally sent me what was supposed to be the latest car title. I applied for a new Texas car title on 11/20, but it got delayed and rejected in July because AutoAuctionMall didn't provide all the necessary papers and the car title I received was outdated. Frustrated, I contacted AutoAuctionMall on 07/26 at ***@AutoAuctionMall.com. They said they would reach out to another company called "***" to obtain the title. I waited for a couple of weeks, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received the newest car title. This has been an ongoing issue with AutoAuctionMall for almost 10 months.
I bought a car from Auto Auction Mall, LLC and the lady told me I had to send in $1600 for their fees
I bought a car from Auto Auction Mall, LLC and the lady told me I had to send in $1600 for their fees. I didn't know about this beforehand and I spoke to her before buying the car to unlock my money. After I made the purchase, I got an email from sales saying they hadn't received my money. The same lady then told me I owe almost XXXXX. She said she only mentioned the $1600 and nothing else. She guided me on how to find the fees. I asked her to play the recording of our conversation. I also tried to explain that I wouldn't have known about the $1600 if she hadn't told me how to find it, and it was difficult for me. They won't refund my money and I didn't get the car. If I had known, I would have gone to a local dealership and paid cash to build my credit. I'm a single mom trying to survive after losing everyone except my children. My mom was crushed to death the day before Thanksgiving. I used the stimulus money to get the car. We lost everything in a fire, so our first money went towards a new home.
I bought a 2013 Sonata from Auto Auction Mall in 02
I bought a 2013 Sonata from Auto Auction Mall in 02. I got a good deal on a good car, but I still can't get the title and license plates after a year and a half! I did everything I needed to do, but I need one document from the insurance company to Auto Auction Mall explaining why the car has a salvage title (it was stolen and recovered). Auto Auction Mall hasn't sent it to me, even though I've emailed them at least 10 times and called them 5 times asking for it. The Colorado DMV also wants a document from Auto Auction Mall explaining why the car has a salvage title, and the one they gave me says it was due to collision or hail damage, which is not true because the car doesn't have a single dent and it was a theft recovery. So actually, I need two documents from them. I'm currently forced to drive the car with expired temporary tags for over a year because I need to bring my tools to work. I've been pulled over multiple times, and I've had to pay hundreds of dollars in tickets because Auto Auction Mall won't make one phone call to the insurance company and email me the correct documents.
*** and his team at Auto Auction Mall, LLC sell cars that are not accurately described
and his team at Auto Auction Mall, LLC sell cars that are not accurately described. They claim a car "runs and drives" despite having "dents and scratches." Seriously? The fuel line is missing two feet, and when you try to start the engine, fuel gushes out from the tank pump. How can it "run and drive" if the engine doesn't even start? This not only puts my family, myself, and the environment in danger, but our body expert in Northern Minnesota said it has the worst frame he's ever seen on a 17-year-old vehicle. The rear cross member of the frame is completely gone, and a strong gust of wind could potentially blow the body off. Other cars on their website clearly mention undercarriage issues, so why doesn't a completely rotten frame qualify? To make matters worse, you can see that it was labeled as a "Parts Only" vehicle on the windshield, but they scraped it off before taking the website photos. This is intentionally deceiving customers.
I did my research on the risks and rewards of buying a car through an online auction without seeing it in person. The descriptions on Auto Auction Mall's website seemed detailed, reliable, and honest. If a vehicle had extensive damage, rust, or issues, it appeared to be accurately described. In my research, I found that the majority of auto auction transactions (around 98%, if I remember correctly) go smoothly. Based on this information, I trusted that the descriptions on their website were true and trustworthy. But if the descriptions don't really matter to them, why do they allow sellers to describe their vehicles at all? Why not just let them all be described as "like new"? We all know the answer to that. Without accurate and trustworthy descriptions, no one would buy from them, and their website would be useless. I can't sell someone 24k gold and then give them 10k gold. I expect the same level of honesty from a company that profits and charges fees for their services.
I bought a vintage Malibu Classic from Auto Auction Mall LLC (AAM)
I purchased a vintage Malibu Classic from Auto Auction Mall LLC (AAM). The car's description indicated it could 'Run and Drive.' It had front end damage, but all other parts were shown in the images. I anticipated the car would operate upon collection. I utilized the Buy Now feature on November 30, 2022, at 9:00 pm, and paid a $600 deposit. The following day, I wired $697.00 to AAM. I arrived at Copart in a specified city at 8:00 am on December 2, 2022. Despite assurances of the car's presence, I was redirected to another site to retrieve it. The area resembled a salvage yard, yet the vehicles were not entirely demolished. They presented my car on a lift. It failed to start, so I replaced the battery, to no avail. My mechanic attempted repairs, only to find the engine was seized. I returned to Copart and spoke with the Manager, who was accommodating. She confirmed the car had been operational upon arrival and had video evidence of it driving, despite it being stationary for a year – a detail omitted from the sale description. She agreed to a refund via AAM. She contacted AAM on my behalf, and I also reached out to them. The manager at extension 101 was abrasive, yelling, and denied my refund request. A witness was present during this call. The Manager should be able to verify the car's state at the time of pickup. I am seeking a complete reimbursement, fees included.
They don't wanna refund me my money
