I purchased a vehicle from them
I purchased a vehicle from them. I purchased the extended warranty. The transmission went out in my car and the dealership had it towed to mechanic at Akin Auto Salvage. They have had it since last Monday. No one can tell me what is going on with my vehicle. They have not communicated with me.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June . They sold me 2007 Ford Focus. I asked them during the sale if the car had ever been in an accident. They told me no. They told me that the car had already been checked. Several months later I called Ford and they told me that the car had been in an accident. When I called them about it, they didn't have a clue that the car had been in accident. The car has required approximately $3000-$4000. When I have asked for their help with the vehicle the only compensation they have offered is to trade it in for another vehicle. When I called them this morning, they were rude, disrespectful.

Brought a 2010 Ford fusion in Aug 2019 and from the time I brought the car it's been in and out the shop. I brought the extended warranty but nothing is ever covered. Yesterday Nov 4, 2020 took to shop again and was told car is not driveable. Called auto credit to let them know since I still have 2 years on it to pay it off. And was told nothing they could do because I still owe on car. So I asked if I could trade it in because I need a running car to get back and forth to work and to babysitter to get my kids. And was told no and to keep paying on this car until I get close to paying it off. Car price was over 11,000 and I still owe over 9,000

I leased this car in 2019. They said their team looks all their vehicles over. First day i brought it home noticed the back brakes lights was out. A couple of days later the air went out which they fixed it. But now everything is going wrong with this car. This dealership sales lemon car has a high interest rate. And I can't afford nothing so I had no choice but to go to them. I told them this car is a lemon and I can't afford to keep fixing it and making payment and tired to keep up with the insurance. I missed 2 payments and they shut the car off till where I can't drive it. Are take it back to them.and now they want to garnish my wages for the rest of the amount owed on the car which is over 8 thousand dollars

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke from this company on 4/15 which was a Thursday
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke from this company on 4/15 which was a Thursday. I paid $1000 down. I went back the next day to purchase an extended warranty. They gave me 72 hours to decide whether to keep the car or exchange it for something else. The 72 hours would expire on that Monday. I went to my mechanic on that Saturday and he gave me a list of issues with the car. I went that Monday with that information and they told me the manager, Chuck, was not in and they told me they couldn't help me. I am left with a car that I am unsatisfied with and now they will not exchange the vehicle. I have been going back and forth with them about this since April. I have been back there several times. The car was sold with two bald tires and a flat spare tire. The mechanic told me they weren't supposed to sell a car with tires like that.

Purchased a defective automobile 2013 Dodge Charger vin *** from Auto Credit Of Southern Illinois
Purchased a defective automobile 2013 Dodge Charger vin *** from Auto Credit Of Southern Illinois. Car was wrecked and front end is in bad condition and would cost a lot of money to repair. The car failed the Missouri inspection as left in the glove compartment when Auto Credit received the car from Missouri. Cars do not have to be inspected in Illinois. This must be a dumping place for bad cars. I got scared and called the dealer several times and received no help. Is there a law in Illinois to protect this from happening? After 2 months of no help, I returned the car. I did not receive a refund. So far I am out approximately more than $500.00. I would like a refund because the car did not pass inspection and was not repaired by Auto Credit before they sold it to me. I have heard several complaints about this company gouging consumers.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu on December 23
I bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu on December 23. I test drove the car and everything was fine. In January I had to put the car in the shop because of the battery and sensor problem. The dealership ended up covering it but a couple weeks later it started having problems again. It was making a very loud noise so I put it in the shop again. I was told I needed a new strut, alignment, front wheel bearings and new headlights. I called the dealership to see if they were going to cover the repairs and they said no. They finally told me they would refinance the vehicle and include the repair cost in the price. I had to put my car in the shop again a couple weeks ago for a radiator issue. The dealership told me to get a diagnostic report. The repair shop said the radiator has a large crack in it. The dealership says they won't repair it but my radiator is covered under the warranty that I received with the vehicle. Ever since I had this car I have had issues. It is going to cost me $450 to get the car out of the shop. I asked if they could put me in a different car and Laurie told me they can't give me a new car.
