National Auto Loan Network I applied for auto refinancing and was contacted by my loan officer two days later

I applied for auto refinancing on 6/5 and was contacted by my loan officer on 6/7. I was approved for a loan at 8% apr and my payment would be $409 per month. That same evening, the loan officer said I would get paperwork the next morning. However, I did not receive it until the end of business the following day. Upon reading the contract, I informed the loan officer that I decline any upsells or upgrades charged to the loan. I requested an updated contract and was told I'd get one soon. After declining all upsells, it seems my business was disregarded. I've emailed, texted, and called my loan officer, leaving numerous messages. I have also called and left messages with customer service and have not received any reply to date. The entire loan process seemed to halt after I declined to purchase any upsell. To this day, I still have received no response. How can NALN be allowed to ignore customers after they've been approved?

In the May, I refinanced my car with this company. I was told that I would receive something in the mail regarding my account with them, details on my first payment, etc. I was told as well by phone that my first payment would pull on 06-21-2022, nothing came in the mail, no phone call, and no payment processed. I have called numerous times and have received no answers and no information. I do not agree that they should be able to pull a payment at any day they choose and give me no details on my account, how to access online, how to make manual payments on my own or extra payment or even be able to check the balance of my loan.I am tired of constantly calling. I am starting to feel like this is maybe a scam.

My wife and I spoke with ***, who wanted to quote us on refinancing a car. He gave us quotes and we wanted to proceed. He stopped calling, returning calls, etc. He was very unpredictable in his communication from the beginning and VERY pushy about purchasing an extended warranty. I was adamently against this and said no.Our credit was pulled TWICE by this company and we had no further communication from ***. I guess his commission wasn't high enough for him to pursue us further. THE WORST EXPERIENCE! This company has unprofessional employees. I am livid my time was wasted and my credit was pulled for no reason.

I applied for a loan to refinance my car. I received their info in the mail at home. So... I applied. I was approved. I sent paperwork out of my time and dealing with an unprofessional person. I was told I am approved. When I started questioning the fees. I was told you need to keep the death benefit policy on the loan. This is $12 dollars more. I refused the extra $12 dollars a month. I was told we cant close your loan. So now I have a hard credit check on my credit history and I am not getting the refinance service these people quoted me.

I *** had my car refinanced twice and the last time it was refinanced was in March 2022. I was supposed to get two GAP refunds from the National Autoloan Network. I received one but I was supposed to get two. I spoke with several representatives from the company about the issue and was told that the required documents were sent to the National Autoloan Network and that it should take two to three months. It is now July and I have called the National Autoloan Network several times and have gotten the run around. The last representative I spoke with was *** on phone number *** who promised me that everything will be resolved however to no avail. Please assist me with this issue. I only want to get what is due to me.

National Auto Loan Network I was told the Worry Free Assistance program was required

I was told the Worry Free Assistance program was required. Well, I work for a large automobile group. We offer this product to our customers when visiting with the finance director. This is optional. Nothing is required except to sign the documents to purchase the vehicle. The Worry Free Assistance is for "full-time" employees. I am retired and receiving Social Security benefits. I work part-time (20 hours per week). This would not benefit me so why would I opt in to this program. Less than 3 weeks into my purchase I submitted the proper documentation for a refund. Well, good luck trying to reach a live person. You have to leave a message for a return call which is a waste of time. I left countless messages for ***. NEVER did I receive a return call. I have sent many, many e-mails requesting my refund. *** assured me I would receive the refund within 30 days. It's more than 30 days and no refund.

Received a call on June 8th, after responding to a letter. The representative took my info, ran my credit and said he would call back within 3 hours. After a week still no call back or response to my emails. Very unprofessional.

National Auto Loan Network I want to refinance my auto loan

I want to refinance my auto loan. I found Auto Loan Network on the Website. *** called to me, and he asked me if I want to refinance auto loan more low rate % better, and he did helped me any bank approved and AXOS Bank auto loan approved 8.9% little better, so he did not tell me $*** dollars. I found out I checked AXOS bank on website and username and password and checked how much payment per monthly and how much owe. I was shocked that *** dollars add plus my SUV loan owe left $33,000.00. I was unhappy and upset. Why *** did not tell me $5k dollars. I lose the money because of payment so fast ahead 2 months. Only *** dollars refund so small. *** told me they paid $29,060.00 to *** paid off but only *** dollars paid to *** owe *** dollars. I was confused. If *** tells me $5k dollars then I would decline it. My Dad was unhappy with *** that's why *** did not tell us.

National Auto Loan Network NALN approved my auto loan refinance application on March 9 and stated in an email that it was funded to payoff my current lender on March

NALN approved my auto loan refinance application on March 9 and stated in an email that it was funded to payoff my current lender on March 13. On March 18th they confirmed in another email that a check was sent and providing a check number. Since the end of March, I have not been able to reach any of the individuals I had previously spoken to: No one has responded to any of my multiple phone messages or emails. On March 16 I was called by the new lender and I was told I would receive a welcome/info packet from them. I have received nothing. As of today, April 22, no payment has been received or posted by my current lender. The new lender has called twice with prompts and reminders that my first payment to them is due on April 23rd. I also received this week a billing statement from the new lender with that due date. I have continued my payments to my current lender, and I will not make additional payments for my auto.

Company added two insurance cost on my loan when it was refinanced. This is Anti-theft and GAP insurances coverage. I was told by NALN rep that I could cancel it. Well, Iam going through hoops tryng to cancel it. Only to find out the insurance coverage never existed. NALN was reluctant to give me phone# of DMS that handles insurance. When I called DMS, I found out NALN never took out a policy for me. This was a bogus charge that *** from NALN claimed is how the company makes its money. NALN refuses to call me back. NALN refuses to reduce my balance by the amount charged for insurance that is non-existance.

I refinanced my vehicle with NALN in March from Volkswagen Credit. NALN claims to have mailed a payout check to Volkswagen Credit. Volkswagen received a check that was short of $240.92 to date. I have spoken to NALN and Volkswagen several times since March about this and it has not been resolved. Every time I call NALN they never answer the phone. All of the times I have spoken to Volkswagen and NALN, Volkswagen states they cannot find the check while NALN states it was sent. I want the payoff money to be issued to Volkswagen so this can be taken off my credit and I can continue to pay on the vehicle to the credit union I refinanced with.

National Auto Loan Network I refinanced my auto loan with NALN and while doing the loan the loan officer told me the worry free loan assistance was required and would cost

I refinanced my auto loan with NALN and while doing the loan the loan officer told me the worry free loan assistance was required and would cost me $500. When I got my loan docs I saw that it was 100% optional and that I could cancel and get my money back. I have emailed the loan officer about getting this canceled and no response what so ever. After reading the fine print it states I have to cancel within 30 days to get 100% refund which I attempted to do but my emails were ignored. After calling and emailing multiple times, I spoke to *** who was very rude and she tried to make me keep the worry free assistance and told me that is the only was the loan officer and company makes money, which I know is not true. After asking for confirmation for over 3 weeks, I have still not received confirmation it was canceled and my emails are being ignored. I just want to cancel and have it back dated to when I first attempted to cancel for a full refund.

National Auto Loan Network I refinanced my vehicle through the NALN back in March 2022

I refinanced my vehicle through the NALN back in March 2022. The loan was originated at the very end of March. I signed all paperwork and have started my loan with the new company in which I have already made a payment on my car 2 weeks ago. Which tells you this has been done for 2 months as I had 45 days from the start of my new loan to make the payment. I have been CALLING, and CALLING, and CALLING for someone to call me back about my title with ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN CALLS. I am always told they will reach out to me and NEVER get a call. I have been at this for over a month. My DMV will not let me renew my tags because the lien-holder is incorrect in their system. It does not show my current loan company. This title should have ALREADY been sent to me so that I can renew my tags and have the tag office send my title to the new lien-holder. I dont know what is going on but I want this resolved now. This should have already been done and sent to me and I am sick of being told I will get a call back with ABSOLUTELY NO CORRESPONDENCE back from NALN. At this point, I regret not reading reviews and going with a different company.

National Auto Loan Network I refinanced my vehicle through National Auto Loan Network, and they got the payoff check via Kitsap Credit Union

I refinanced my vehicle through National Auto Loan Network, and they got the payoff check via Kitsap Credit Union. Kitsap has documentation where they have sent the payoff check to National Auto Loan Network on November 12. It is now December 1 and I am receiving at least 2 calls a day from my previous lender demanding payment. I called Kitsap Credit Union claims they will have their vice president of the company contact National Auto Loan Network and demand that they pay off my previous lender immediately. National Auto Loan Network's customer service representatives claim they do not have the knowledge or ability to resolve the issue, and every time I asked to transferred to a manager it just goes to a voicemail in which I have left several voicemails in which I have yet to receive a return call from someone with the ability to resolve my issue from National Auto Loan Network. It seems as though they use people to get a contract signed and then don't follow through with their part of the deal. This is going to affect my credit as though I haven't made a payment in time and there's nothing I can do about it unless I decide to just lose my car payment money to keep my previous lender from reporting nonpayment on my credit due to National Auto Loan Network's negligence.

National Auto Loan Network I refinanced my pickup truck load with NALN dec 26th

I refinanced my pickup truck load with NALN dec 26th. on the 28th i received an email stating that my payoff amount was sent previous lender Flagship Credit Acceptance i thought everything was done and over with. Last week I got a call from flagship stating they had not received any payment and i was coming up on being late with payment. I called every number i have for NALN and got no answer then emailed all 6 email addresses i have for them and got no response. Thursday the 21st *** called me back i explained my issue and she told me she would find out what the problem was and get back to me. She said they may have to cancel that check and overnight a new one to clear this up. She never called me back and i am still getting calls from flagship about not having a payment yet and coming up on 30 days late now. So monday the 25th *** finally calls back from the email i sent last Thursday and again says he will figure it out and get it taken care of. Again this morning flagship called stating they still have not received any payment. So I call *** yet again this morning and he says he hasn't figured anything out as of yet, I stated to him someone needs to let me know what the heck is going on or my next call would be to the Complaintsboard.com because I can't get any answers from them as to what is going on. it is almost time to make my first payment with my new lender and my old lender still has not been paid and I'm afraid my credit will suffer a late payment due to them not doing what they said they would do.

National Auto Loan Network I was contacted by by a member of Nationalauto loan network, (NALN) namely one *** who used this number

I was contacted by by a member of Nationalauto loan network, (NALN) namely one *** who used this number. ***. The nature of the call was to refinance my car a 2014 lexus is250. I agreed to *** believing that NALN was the company doing the refinancing and not a third party. I was later made aware of this after i received a letter from a financer saying that my application was declined. Subsequently i was told by my *** that NALN uses third party for financing. I told him i could do that for myself. Je told me that the loan is already approved by Kitsapp credit union. I said ok. He sent me some papers to sign digitally and i signed them, i later found out that *** dollars was added to my account with kitsap. I asked for an explanation and was told that NALN billed me for insurance for 345 replacement of key fob replacement, 345 for tire protection and 345 for anti theft protection. I emailed l tried messaging all the numbers that was used to contact me prior to the business deal going through no one contacted me. I drafted an email and sent it to them and they attempted to call me however i missed the call. I later that said day tried to contact them leaving several voice messages yet no one returned my call. I have not seen a contract for any agreement with NALN and i did not ask for this insurance. In my email i asked why it has to be done surreptitiously. I am without any answers. I tried contacting kitsapp credit union who is saying to speak with NALN. My loan paymentwith kits app is due to begin January 18

National Auto Loan Network Horrible NALN Refinancing Experience Led to Unwanted Charges

I had a terrible experience with NALN during my car refinancing. I explicitly stated that I did not want any additional protections for my vehicle. However, upon completion, I discovered my debt had increased by nearly $3,000. Attempts to contact them were futile; they ignored my calls and emails. Even after messaging the advisor and supervisor, there was no response. It wasn't until I lodged a complaint here that the advisor reached out, claiming I had requested the protections, which was untrue. I have email proof of my refusal. I questioned whether the advisor profited from these unwanted charges. Eventually, the supervisor intervened, promising a refund within 2-3 weeks, which I'm still awaiting. They refuse to reimburse the four unauthorized protection charges. I've consulted a lawyer and am prepared to sue if there's no resolution this week. Under Arizona law, they are obligated to cancel services I neither requested nor approved, including key replacement, tire replacement, and other protection services.

National Auto Loan Network Around March 10, I signed and accepted a Refinancing Auto Loan thru NALN

Around March 10, I signed and accepted a Refinancing Auto Loan thru NALN. On March 18 I was notified that the loan was Funded by ***, and immediately received account set-up information from ***. Based on the loan being Approved and Funded in Mid-March, there was no need to continue making payments to *** Loan account. On April 2, I was notified by *** that my loan was in default for non-payment, and my Credit Scores with all 3 Credit Bureaus received a 30-Late Payment Flag to my credit score. I immediately contacted ***. They informed me that the final payoff funding is handled by NALN. Upon contacting NALN, they informed me that they "MAILED" a check for $25,511 to Capital One, and it could take 20 days from funding date. On April 16 *** finally received and posted payment for $25,511; however, due to the 10-day pay off qoute expiring on March 25, the payment was inaccurate and my *** account is still active. *** has now reported a 60-Late payment to All Credit Bureaus. I emailed my concerns to the CEO of NALN Marco R on April 11. I was contacted by an assistant named Teresa. As of today, April 20 my account with *** is still active; my new account with *** is active; I also purchased a maintenance warranty policy through NALN, and have not received any policy from National Auto Group. My Credit Score has dropped 72 points due to a 30-Day and a 60-Day Late Payment flag on my ***, ***, *** account. This is not the way Auto Financing and funding is designed to be handled; even in our current Covid-19 World.

National Auto Loan Network I called in after receiving a letter from this establishment about seeing if I could get my loan refinanced

I called in after receiving a letter from this establishment about seeing if I could get my loan refinanced. The man on the line with the last name of *** was *** through everything, and not explaining anything, but what to expect as far as getting things signed and turned in. He wanted to gather more personal information from him, when I stated I don't give out that information he said I need to do more research and can then call them back. I asked so you can not help me then, he stated yet, but that he would need more information about myself before proceeding. I let him know I was just calling in to see if I could get a lower amount on my car payment, and he had not provided me with any information about that he was strictly just gathering all my personal information to draw up documents for me to sign. I stated I want to know how much if anything would they be able to take off my current amount, he was very rude and frustrated with my questions by this point and said they he didn't know that he can probably take off $100. Which mind you the letter that is in my hands from the company is extremely misleading, making me try to believe that I could have potentially refinanced my vehicle at a way lower month amount rate which in fact was a lie. After he told me just $100 I was like wait what no that wont help me at all, this *** said something and then just hung up on me. He did not explain anything to me, and instead of taking the time to explain things he just hung the phone up. That is extremely rude, and nobody deserves to be treated this way ever. I was trying to call and see what I was looking at not to be disrespected by an employee. I called back asked for a Supervisor, shift leader, manager or someone who is higher up, and was of course sent to a random voicemail. I can not believe this company thinks it is okay to treat people this way that just want some help and information.

National Auto Loan Network In March 2022 I applied to have my Car refinanced with this Company

In March 2022 I applied to have my Car refinanced with this Company. I was connected to a loan specialist ***.I was asked the usual questions name, address, income, phone number, and place of employment, as well as the type of vehicle. I was told he would give me a answer about my possible approval or denial of a refinance loan for my car, within *** hours.I received a call within the time promised as well as a text message on 3/30/2022 stating congratulations you have been approved.I was a bit confused about how I could have been immediately approved, even before I released any financial, employment, or credit information to *** or the company. How could I be approved when I hadnt sent any financial documents, identification, place of employment or even my social security number to use to check my credit.I had never heard of being approved for over *** refinance loan with absolutely no personal, or financial documentation.I even asked *** how this was possible, and the the response was that is how auto refinance works.Being obviously *** about the process I proceeded with the documentation proof, bank statements etc. I was even presented with loan documents to electronically sign as I was told sealing the loan process.I contacted *** on the morning of 4/2/2022 to find out if I was to make my April car payment to my current finance company as it was due on 4/2 He then proceed to explain that I was NOT to make the payment to my current finance company, because they had me refinanced with a new company innovate, and that they had sent a pay off check to my current finance company and to definitely not pay them. My first payment to the new company would be in 60 days from 3/30/2022 approximately 5/30/2022 I asked him three times if he was absolutely positive about this information, because I had never missed a payment or been late. I received a call on 4/14/22 saying I had been denied 12 days after my payment date.
