AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley This place sold me a car that still had a loan on it, and now they're taking it back and giving me a car that's not so good

This place sold me a car that still had a loan on it, and now they're taking it back and giving me a car that's not so good. They sold my old car, so now I can't use it while they pay off my loan. They were supposed to give me my old car back, but they couldn't. Also, they took in the car they sold me with a fake title, but they didn't know until after they sold it to me. Now I can't buy a car until they pay off my loan to BECU, which could take two weeks. I still have to go to work, but I can't use a loaner car because I'm not 25 yet.

AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley I took my 2022 CRV to Autonation for oil change at about **** miles on November 9, 2022

I took my 2022 CRV to Autonation for oil change at about *** miles on November 9, 2022. When the service was done, I left and drove for about 10 minutes when all the emergency sensor lights on my dash went off. I pulled over and called the service center. They said to bring the vehicle back, which I did. After waiting for about an hour, I asked the service rep what was happening. He checked with the tech and was told there was a problem with the oil filter and that caused all the sensors to turn on. I was very upset. Wasn't told until after the fact that a different oil filter, not a Honda filter was used. They redid the oil change and everything seems okay. The service manager said they would refund my $90. charge because of the inconvenience. I have called twice, since to date, I have not been refunded the promised amount. It has been 2 weeks. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect the refund in that amount of time.

AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley This place took forever to give us our money back for a warranty we didn't even want

This place took forever to give us our money back for a warranty we didn't even want. They lied about something we bought and won't let us cancel it. They say we signed something but we don't remember. They hid the price in the car price. We had to threaten to sue to get our money back. They gave us some of it but not all. We still haven't gotten our tax refund. They won't give us back the money for the windshield thing. We've been paying interest since January. The boss said the tax refund is coming but who knows. It's crazy that they can still do this stuff and stay open. Other people have had the same problem.

AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley I traded my car at Autonation Honda Spokane Valley on 01/16/2022

I traded my car at Autonation Honda Spokane Valley on 01/16/2022. The agent told me not to remove the plates or transfer the vehicle out of my name. They said they would take care of it. I asked if they were sure, and they said yes. We finished the transaction. But on 11/08/2022, I started getting citations for the sold vehicle. *** and *** said my traded vehicle was parked illegally, and I owed $90. I appealed with the information the dealership gave me. But on 12/28/22, I got a reply saying I was responsible for the cost. I'm very angry because I talked to their agent about removing the plates and transferring the vehicle out of my name. They reassured me that it was taken care of. They even said they wouldn't sell a vehicle with the previous plates. But now I'm getting a parking ticket for a vehicle with my plates that I don't own anymore. It's terrible professionalism. If it was my responsibility, they shouldn't have lied and said it wasn't. I've transferred the vehicle out of my name, but they're still saying I'm responsible for the citation. I won't be held responsible for their lack of professionalism and misguidance.

AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley I bawt a 2013 *** Sonic sedan from Honda Auto nation

I bawt a 2013 *** Sonic sedan from Honda Auto nation. The car was fine for a month or so then I started having issues mechanically, so I took it in(first time). They told me I had a oil/coolant leak that needed to be fixed, so I scheduled a time to get it fixed(second time). But when I went in to get the issue resolved after several hours they came back and told me that there were NO leaks. Annoyed, I was like ok and left. Then the car really started to struggle. I lost power while driving and I noticed white smoke coming from under the hood and out of the tail pipe. So I took it back (third time). That's when they told me that the car did have the oil and coolant leak but it's bad and leaking into the engine where it shouldn't be and a long list of other issues. Pretty much told me the cars repairs where more than the car is worth. I 100% believe that Honda Auto nation sold me a lemon. I have tired several times to talk to them on them replacing the car with something else. I have already acured *** in rental fees because I still don't have my car and it doesn't look like I'll be getting it back anytime soon. That's not including the money they want me to pay out of pocket. They took advantage of my desperate situation and the fact I needed a car ASAP. I have never had to buy a car before so I didn't know anything and took their word as honest and truthful. I was so wrong and now I'm suffering the consequences. I just want to know if there is anything that can be done to make them resolve the issue and give me another car of the same value or more. I don't have document on me but I can get them if needed.

AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley I took my van to AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley for a tuneup

I took my van to AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley for a tuneup. The service manager told me that I needed a timing belt replacement and I agreed to it based on the preliminary price I heard. I must have misheard him as he spoke too quickly and didn't show me anything to confirm the price. I also agreed to have the spark plugs replaced, thinking it would cost me around $700-800. However, I didn't have anything in writing to refer to. They wrote down my new address on the paperwork.

When I returned to pick up my van, I received a call without any confirmation of the price of parts and labor. They told me it would cost around $2000. There were some notes scribbled on the papers that I couldn't read. If they were done when I was there, they didn't show me in a way that I could confirm the price.

I was concerned that they didn't give me an exact or approximate cost of the work being done. I left the dealership without anything physical to refer to. Later, a salesperson contacted me to sell the vehicle, which felt like they were trying to force me into a sale based on the high service price.

When I voiced my concern to the service manager, he was helpful and reduced the price somewhat. However, it was still $1000 more than I expected. I take some responsibility for my misunderstanding, but they need to improve their process to create a positive customer experience. They seem content to put consumers in a chokehold.

An email with the quoted price would be a good start to improve their process. You can contact me anytime.
