Rented a car for August 6- August 10
Rented a car for August 6- August 10. Had my deposit held for one month and still haven't received it. Called TWO numbers XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX. The first number sent me straight to voicemail and finally spoke to someone with the second number on September 11 who name is ***. This business place needs to be investigated because they're spammers!

I had a rental car booked through *** , from Sep 2nd thru Sep 5, upon getting to *** realize that this was not a Airport rental car The on line ad did not state anything about additional supplemental insurance I have pictures of the ad from online, then they hold $30 additional dollars in case you had went through a ez pass *** paying is absurd, also on the Morning of Sep 5th when I was to return my car for a 7:30 flight there was no one even there causing me to have to catch a *** to the *** the have shuttyservice, upon getting to the Airport I called and the lady said she was running late getting to work from

Rented a *** on August 6. On August 11 got a blow out tire on the freeway going 65-70 miles per hour, made it over to the side safely, which looking at he condition of the tire, I could have easily gotten into an accident and killed myself, my nine year old son in the car and who knows who else. I call my insurance company for roadside assistance, they come in 30 min or so, they take the donut tire out of the trunk and say it is flat which they have to fill before putting it back on. I am on vacation, I drive back to my resort which is 5 min away, call the Green Motion Rental Car Company (Green Car International) and the agent takes my phone number and says she will have someone call me back that night or the next morning. No one calls, so I call around 11:30 the next morning, I had plans I Wanted to do that day. No one answers when I call and I leave a message. About 30 min later, someone calls and said they did not listen to my message and start explaining what happened, they said the did not get the message from the day before, I stop and ask for the manager or supervisor, they say there is no one there. I go through the situation of the say before and tell them I need a new tire or another car to use since the donut is not safe to use and still have several days left of things I wanted to so with my son this week. He says to bring the car in and he can get me another car. The car rental place is 20-25 min away, I get there and they refuse to replace the tire without charging me $90 for a new tire. I told him that this is not right. The other three tires are good. THe one that blew was well worn and in need of replacement. Informed of the replacement tire being flat and they did not care. The manager called me back later and told me the same thing! I paid for an unsafe car and that is not right. THey put the safety of myself and child in their hands knowing they had a bum tire on that rental car. I have pictures on my phone I can sent to an email address. Deceiving and unethical business practices. This company books and tents out rental vehicles through *** with amazing package deals on car rentals included and then ultimately finds a way to keep the consumer deposit and/or charges unwarranted fees. If you look at the online reviews you will see the trend. Today I dropped off my rental before opening hours at 530am because I had a 615am flight to catch. This was in *** and unsurprisingly I went to the beach in the convertible *** I dropped the car off on time and secured with a very modest amount beach sand on the floor mats and they claimed there was a smoke smell. I don't smoke and the car is a convertible! I drove with the top down all weekend. They charged me a $252 cleaning fee after charging me over $260 for the weekend after being quoted $180. When I called to dispute the charge I was given the run around for hours and eventually I was told to pound sand. What could I do? I was already half way home to ***, *** After arguing with several people about the situation and waiting on hold I was called a Gringo by the representative on the other end and hung up on. I have contacted my bank to try to stop payment, called the police in *** contacted my lawyer and now writing a letter to you. A trip that I was told would cost $390 has now cost almost $700! This is taking good out of my families mouth and I will not rest until I feel this has been rectified. Just look at the reviews! I need help with this. Why have they been allowed to getaway with this for so long? Please ACT.
