Non payment for completed rides.
We are a small sedan service here in the Washington DC metro, DCETA SEDAN SERVICE LLC. We have completed rides on behalf of Limos.com in January, February and December of 2020 for which I am yet to receive any payment, totaling over $1400. I am reached out every possible way to request payment to no avail.
I am determined to receive compensation for my labor and that of my team. I am ready for legal action.
Desired outcome: I need to get paid for those rides, knowing that customers prepay all service fees to Limo.com, they are keeping both their commission and my compensation for themselves.

Limos.com is a company that calls affiliate (limo cie) to effectuate work all over the u.S. They collect the customer and don't pay us the the money that is owe to us. Several people in the limousine industry is complaining about there methods it is scandalous and it needs to stop I tried to reach them several times and each times the accounting department is never available they ask you to send an email and you always receive the generic bs answer that they will pay you in the next schedule pay. I even reach I out to the owner directly mr. Gary bauer [protected] and you get a voice mail that tells you to text it will be easier to get an answer. First time I called I didn't do nothing the second time I called I received a text back that he was in a meeting and to text him instead when I did and told him the reason for my call he never answered back of course certain cie. Out there are apparently known for running such a scam they need to be punish hard so others don't feel that they could do the same
airport pick-up service
On 9/9/2018 a pick-up from my home to lax was booked and confirmed. A text message was sent to me with driver and customer service numbers. The driver never arrived. Customer service would leave me on hold and at 9 minutes the call disconnected. It took 4 attempts to get a person who finally tells us "at this time you should make alternate plans for other transportation." the worst experience I have ever had with any transportation company. And we use this type of service alot. Usually paramount limo, with no problems. I had received a discount coupon. I guess it's true you get what you pay for. Never again. I tell everyone I can-do not book with this company

Hired limos.com for sons prom. I had 7 seniors at my house. When driver called the house to verify address the first thing that he asked was who was going to pay his tip. When we booked limos.com gratuity was included I told him. His response was well they don't pay me so I need to know who is going to pay. My response to him was I am calling the co right now. I did they assured me that tip was included not to pay him that they would contact him. When driver got to my house he was extremely mad. Said he does not get a tip from them they don't pay. My answer to him was then why do you continue to take work from them. He then informed me that we had the limo till 11-not true was booked till2-told him prom did not get out till 11! Then he informed me could not take kids to picture place-another seniors house-asked him why. He did not give an answer. Payed him$50 to take kids to picture place this was all done in front of the kids who then were a bit upset. When we got to picture place he complained to any parent who would listen. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Kids could not eat in limo because he did not want to clean the mess. They tried to turn the air up was told not to touch it. Tried to change music channels was told pick one and leave it. Most disturbing was when prom got out he had another person in drivers seat who drove them to denny's to eat. Which by the way was 25 miles opposite from dropoff point.. We have a denny's right around the corner! Kids said they felt extremely uncomfortable. Told them they should have called one of us. I am very unhappy with company and more upset because we paid for this so we did not need to worry about the kids-boy that was a mistake! Will not recommend this co.

over charging
Limos.com not enough roon here to start with the complaints we have about them, now they have taken us off the business end of their leads and reservations because one client complained about a car we sent so they shut us down, and basically taken money out of our pocket, keep in mind one complaint, they just do what they want over there without caring about the operators. Prices have gone thru the roof, its like I have a third partner, and their customer service is a joke. Please email me with any questions or concerns regarding this company, class action lawsuit sound about right to me.

I booked a limo through limos.com. 24 hours later, I get an email and voicemail telling me that I have to pay an additional $95 fuel surcharge. We will be travelling all of 60 total miles. The "competitive" prices quoted are now MORE than everyone else individually quoted me. What a scam!
outrageous service charges
This company makes money booking limos for other limo companies. Their service charges are extremely high. You are better off making a reservation with a local limo buisness near you. Most limo companies are fair with the rates and will at most times waive service charges to make it affordable. Why waste your money on a company that does not own a single limousne!!!
