I got 2 cars from this place on the same day. I got 2 warranties that were supposed to cover everything mechanical on both cars. But the dealer didn't buy the warranties I paid for. Both cars had big mechanical problems right away and it cost me $5,000 to fix each one. The dealer wouldn't give me new cars, didn't buy the right warranties, and wouldn't give me back the $1,500 I paid for each warranty. Now I don't have a car because both of them don't work after less than 60 days. I spent almost $20,000 there and I won't go back. Everything was messed up from the start and nobody will fix it. I want my $1,500 back for each warranty, the dealer should pay for the repairs, and they should give me a new car until mine are fixed.

Me and my fianc bought a 2009 *** Accord from Autos Bravos on March 1st, 2022 for around $10,000. *** told us that the down payment was either $1,000 with a $500 deferral or just $1,500. My mother paid the $1,500 that day. We test drove the car and told them it needed an alignment. They claimed they fixed it, but it was still pulling to the right. They tried to fix it again, but it was still not right, so my uncle paid to get it fixed elsewhere. Although it is still pulling, the frame is most likely the issue since this car has been in 4 different wrecks which I was not told about. I found out myself with papers hidden in my car. I tried to speak with *** and their boss, Klaus, on what they can do for me since I'm overpaying for a vehicle that is messed up. Klaus claims they cannot do anything and that they do not fix alignments. He was very disrespectful while my uncle and I were trying to explain our part and get a simple resolution. I recently sent a letter by mail to them stating the $200 I have already paid for should be going to my monthly payments and not a deferral that I was never told about. No response. The only paper that my fianc and I signed that shows a $500 payment does not say what it is for and is not signed by the dealership. During that conversation, I asked if I can get my money($1,500) back since they will not fix the car yet have already tried twice. I had the car for 2 days, no other money put into it, and they claimed they couldn't do that, couldn't fix the car nor sell me a different vehicle since the only 2 vehicles they had in the same price range have also been wrecked multiple times. At this point, I am unsure what to do as we do not need a repo and am unsure how to deal with a very bad dealership who is very disrespectful and unhelpful. There should not be a deferral as well as lower total pay which is now approximately $14,000.
