UCars Got my car from UCars in May, but it's still not fixed

Got my car from UCars in May, but it's still not fixed. I paid a lot of money for a new transmission, but it's not done yet. They won't tell me when it will be done.

UCars UCars is a good option for getting a car fast

UCars is a good option for getting a car fast. The people in the office sometimes call and text early in the morning, which can be annoying. They also sometimes give you information at the last minute. One time, they turned off my car while I was still in the state working. There was a lady named *** who was not very nice to me and needs to be fired. She doesn't know how to talk to people.

UCars I rented a Prius from UCars last December for a week

I rented a Prius from UCars last December for a week. The car was not ready to rent for many reasons. Firstly, the car was dirty and the seats were black. I rented it on a Friday afternoon, and they told me that this was the only car available, and they didn't have time to clean it. I took it to get detailed and spent over $100 to get it looking and smelling okay. But that wasn't all, I went to fill the gas tank that they also did not have time to fill, renting it almost empty, and the tank did not have a cap but rather a paper shop towel in the gas tank. I went to Auto Zone and bought a gas cap. Then, when I finished Uber driving for the day, I tried to lock the car, and it would not lock. On Monday, I wasted half a morning at UCars while they fixed the check engine light and the remote key FOB to lock the car. I brought receipts for both the gas cap and the detail, and a clerk made copies and told me that UCars would reimburse me for both and also deduct a day from my rental. None of this happened. I have been given the runaround, handed from person to person, and there is no resolution. This company does not seem to want to be honorable. None of my expenses should be put on me. The expenses for not having a car road-worthy should have been paid for by UCars. This business needs to be investigated and should not be taking advantage of their renters. I am seriously disappointed, and I believe that they never planned to make good on their word. It has already been several months, and I have received no email, call, or text.

UCars I was so happy when I got my car from UCars

I was so happy when I got my car from UCars. But then it started having problems and making a loud noise. I called them and they said they would give me a new car. The second car wasn't great, but it was okay for my rideshare and delivery work. Then I got into an accident and called UCars, but no one answered. I left a voicemail and went to their office with the collision exchange slip. They told me to take my stuff out of the car and find my own way home. They said I could get a new car after 48 hours. I turned in the car on Monday and called on Friday, but they hadn't heard anything. I asked for a refund for the days I lost on the lease, but they said I had to wait for insurance. I called the insurance company and they said UCars never filed a claim. UCars called their own insurance company a liar and won't answer my calls now. I hope this review helps others and gets my money back. I won't use UCars again and won't recommend them.

UCars I rented a car from UCars and they said they would fix it for free

I rented a car from UCars and they said they would fix it for free. They gave me a Prius that was making a weird noise, but they said it was okay. I complained, so they took the car back. I drive for Uber and need a safe car. I have a video of the car not being safe. I can't upload the video, so I put it on a different website. I rented from UCars in a different city, but the local office didn't care that the car wasn't safe to drive.

UCars I went to UCars to rent a car for Uber, but I didn't end up renting anything

I went to UCars to rent a car for Uber, but I didn't end up renting anything. I was there for about 40 minutes, but I left because there was a dent in the door and I didn't want to be responsible for it. I didn't sign anything and I didn't take the keys to the car. However, I was still charged $328 for a rental that I never agreed to. I only showed them my driver's license, but I never signed any papers. It's really frustrating to be charged for something that I never even accepted.

UCars I rented a car from UCars on January 27th

I rented a car from UCars on January 27th. The lady at the front desk said the cars were clean and reserved for people. I got a car that smelled like old gym socks and musty clothes. It also smelled like smoke and had ashes in it. The car was parked when a drunk driver hit it and knocked the driver mirror off. I took pictures and sent them to UCars. I asked them to process the second payment, but they never did. They came and got the car during my second week. They billed me for the second week, but I told them I would pay once they cleared the smoking fee they put on my invoice. Today, I woke up to a $55 charge on my card from UCars that I didn't authorize. This company needs to be shut down or put in compliance with the law. Look at all the complaints they have on Google Maps, Yelp, and other platforms.

I rented a car from UCars at their location on ***. I needed a car for driving with Uber. The person I talked to, *** said that all their cars are inspected and meet Uber's guidelines. The car they gave me was a 2012 *** Pirus. It was really dirty, had no gas, the registration was expired, the windshield was cracked, and the door wouldn't lock because the door ajar light was on. It beeped all the time and I couldn't turn it off. I tried to call UCars, but only got a voicemail. I went back to the office, but they just said they could fix the problems. They did give me new tags, but I feel like I got ripped off. They lied about the inspection and no one has called me to fix the problems. I want my money back. UCars is a bad company.

UCars I got a car from UCars on 12/20

I got a car from UCars on 12/20. But on the 22nd, I had to return it because it was wobbling and shaking on the road. I couldn't drive it for two days because it was unsafe. When I got it back, it was still shaking, but worse. They were closed by then, so I had to wait until the 23rd to go back. But then, an error message came up on the car, and it kept giving me problems. I asked for a new car, but they ignored me and threatened to call the police and say I stole the car because I hadn't paid yet. They also refused to credit me for the downtime, even though I couldn't drive it for almost five days that first week. They took my $399.56 for the first week and tried to charge me for a second week. They finally recovered the car after making threats and the owner coming to my house and acting aggressively. I have it all on camera.

UCars This company is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

This company is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The cars are in bad shape, and they don't seem to care about the customer. When I got in the car, it was dirty and the gas tank was empty. The car was shaking and the brakes were grinding. The oil change light came on, and I couldn't even roll down the back window. When it rained, water leaked into the car. When I complained, they wanted me to bring the car in for repairs, but I don't have time for that. I paid a lot of money for this car, and it's not worth it. The cars are old and have a lot of miles on them, and they don't take care of them. The engine sounds like a lawnmower. Don't waste your money on this company.
