I went to Award Mobile Homes on Saturday at 6:30 pm. The owner told us they were closing and asked us to return on Sunday when they would be open from 1-5. So, we made the effort to come back, even though it was an hour drive. However, when we arrived, all the homes except one were locked. The employee didn't have a key, which was really disappointing. It's a terrible way to run a business, and as a result, they won't be getting any of our hard-earned money.

We bought a home from Award Mobile Homes in June and paid the guy cash. Our home still ain't set up right. They put it on our land in October. Brian won't even pick up the phone. My husband called to ask something and when he said who he was, Brian just hung up. I wouldn't suggest this dealer to nobody. I'd suggest you buy from a good dealership instead.

In May 2022, I went to Award Mobile Homes to check out their business and got a credit application for a new home. I made plans to send the application back and return later. I faxed the application to the owner, *** Maloney, but he hasn't been returning our calls. We tried contacting him through the office phone and his cell phone, but he hasn't responded. We even sent text messages and left voicemails, but still no reply. It's concerning because he has both mine and my fiancé's credit information, and I really don't want it to be shared with anyone else. Luckily, we found another dealer and we're now working with them. However, I can't help but worry about the fact that someone as shady as him has access to my personal information. Thank you.

I signed a contract and put down a refundable deposit on a home from Award Mobile Homes. At first, the guy didn't want to give me a receipt, but eventually he hand wrote one. Later, when the bank reached out about the loan agreement, I noticed that the price on the two contracts was significantly different. The bank's amount for the mobile home was way higher than the price stated on the signed agreement. I tried reaching out to the guy multiple times, but he never helped with the issue. I even talked to him about getting my refundable deposit back, but now he's ignoring me.
