Axiom "service contract"
There's a reason this company has a 2 star rating so don't believe their responses. Stay as far away from this company as possible. There are all kinds of clauses they present to you in a contract after the sale that were never even touched upon by the dealership. Not once did the dealership mention a limits of liability clause that says they only have to...

I purchased an extended warranty from Axiom through ***. I have on two occasions been told by an authorized Audi service center that my 2018 Q5 has an oil leak that should be covered by this extended warranty. They are refusing to honor their contract.

We have repeatedly sent the documents that axiom requested, to process our gap insurance claim. We also were told by our bank that they had also sent the documents directly to Axiom on January 6th. The company is still requesting the same documents and not processing our claim which is affecting our credit.

Our 2014 Subaru WRX suffered a seized engine due to a failed piston ring as stated by the Subaru service manager and the mechanic who took apart our engine. Piston rings are specifically listed as being covered in our Axiom warranty contract however Axiom has claimed that the engine failure is due to poor lubrication despite the fact that our dealer has complete records of appropriate oil changes and maintenance showing that the engine has in fact had proper lubrication.

My insurance declared my stolen vehicle a total loss on February 11. I soon after filed a claim with this Gap insurance company. First, their staff is very unprofessional. They asked me for a declaration page showing the date of loss even though my insurance company had already mailed a copy of the check showing that they had already paid for the vehicle. In addition, my insurance company even provided a letter showing that my vehicle was insured on February 11. According to them, "it was not sufficient." My insurance had to retroactively provide an insurance declaration so it would reflect the February 11 (date of loss). When they finally reviewed the documents and approved the claim (by the end of May ), they sent a check. The check was issued to the wrong place even though the finance company has the address clearly noted on their website. Now, this, barely one-star rated company, told me that I have to wait another 30 days to either issue a new check or wait for the check to be return. All of this happened due to their incompetence. It is June 17 and I have yet not closed this claim. Do not mind that we are in the middle of a pandemic and I have to continue to make my car payments as part of their policy procedures.

when I bought the car, they were trying to push me to buy an insurance of bundle protection from Axiom-product administration to cover this "car" with vin#, not mention anything to cover driver. I had a car repair with $500 deductible. The Axiom made all the excuse not to pay my $500 deductible which I paid near $3,700 for the bundle protection although I sent it in all the documents from Auto body shop, State Farm ins, payment copy to support that this car is under me and my wife's name covered by SF insurance. Axiom record form only has a space for one person. So Axiom do not pay the $500 deductible for the same car (same vin#). I bought 2 car and spent over $7,400 for the bundle protection from Axiom. Waste of money?
I cancelled a car key fob replacement contract with this company June
I cancelled a car key fob replacement contract with this company June . They advised me that I would get a refund of over $300., but they would send it to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I do not know why they would involve another party in my contract with them. This is not disclosed anywhere in my paperwork. As of today I still have not received my refund, I have requested help and proof from Axiom to get my money and they have not complied. I want to also cancel my service contract with them , ( over $1000.) however if they send monies to this dealership I will not get that money either. The dealership refuses to give me my refund, again my contract is with Axiom not the shady dealership. I want my refund..
This is a power train warranty company that should cover the transmission on my vehicle
This is a power train warranty company that should cover the transmission on my vehicle. According to the contract, the current repair should be covered. However, my car has been in the shop since 9/27 and the issue has not been resolved. The transmission repair shop has submitted the requested forms in a timely manner and axiom has not signed off on completing the repair per their contract. Also, every time that I (or the repair shop) calls, I spend more that 20 (sometimes 45mins) on hold before the phones are even answered during business hours. often I am forced to hang up after a lengthy hold when no one answers. Also, each time we are given a different person to speak to. They will not give their names and we ask to speak to someone by name and are told that they are not available.
I have a issues with the GAP that was purchase when I brought the car
I have a issues with the GAP that was purchase when I brought the car. My car was a total loss and GAP would not pay the remaining of the car off. My insurance company paid its part but GAP is refusing to pay because my insurance company did not use NADA to get the value of the car. I contact Axiom multiple times to tried to come to a solution so that they will paid the remainder of the car off but, instead they keep pointing a finger at the other company. Axiom have the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. My understanding when I purchased GAP from the dealer is to provide cover such as in a total loss situation. This can have a negative report on my credit and I do not feel that its right for customers to tell insurance companies how to do their job in placing value or what method to use.

I Canceled this service agreement since what they sold me over the phone was not the service I thought I was buying, due to the fact my vehicle broke down and they refused to pay any repairs on it, So I ask for my money back and now they keep giving me the run around saying they want my mileages after thirty driving days. After I canceled with a written letter and to use that on how much money they will send me back, and since I had my vehicle fix at a cost over two thousand out of my pocket , they want to reduce or even not pay me my refund of over three hundred dollars they received thru a credit card transaction over the phone so this company owes me three hundred and ninety eight dollars, which I paid them minus 10% for them to process my money back to me, after several phone calls and a written letter for cancellation and my money back I had not received this

When I purchased my car in march I also purchased Axiom theft protection guarantee. On 12/18 my vehicle was stolen and on 01/14 my insurance declared my vehicle a total loss. I filed a claim with Axiom. In the section (how to file a claim) they asked for 1. Copy of check issue to the warranty Holder by the insurance. Sent the settlement report since my car was financed. 2.Copy of the proof of loss document. Which I provided. 3. Copy of the product protection Guarantee. Which I provided 4.A copy of the police report. Which I provided. 5.A lease or Loan Product Protection Guarantee for the replacement vehicle, where applicable. I provided my lease paperwork for the new vehicle my dealer doesn't offer Axiom. They are telling me that because I did not purchase a new Product protection guarantee. They are not going to honor my current contract. I've attached a copy of my contract for the theft protection

I purchased this extended warranty with my car purchase last year
I purchased this extended warranty with my car purchase last year. They have declined a claim due to the vehicle being "modified". In the warranty contract, it states that "damaged caused by modifications" are not covered. The claim is for mechanical failure of parts not associated with any modification. The agreement does not state that "no modifications can be done" It states that if the "repair" is the "result of modification" the repair would not be covered. Axiom is unfairly denying my claim because my vehicle is modified even though the agreement does not state that "any" modifications will result in claims being denied. After speaking to Jeff and Dennis I was very unhappy with the customer service provided. I asked Dennis how I go about the arbitration process and he could not answer that question. He also could not answer how I receive a refund for the remainder of the agreement and to be a supervisor was extremely unaware of basic answers to a claim dispute.

Over the course of my business relation I paid a total $1,080 dollar related to a wear & tear policy covering my tires through the end of my lease. At lease termination which occurred on March 311, I was provided two inspection reports detailing the fact that these tires were below minimum requirement and needed to be replaced. Upon providing pictures and the final inspection report Axiom claimed that only two of the tires should be replaced based on their personal judgement but not based on the facts presented in both inspection reports provided directly from the dealership. Moreover, the individual by the name of Jeff who was speaking to me told me explicitly "this is not a battle you are going to win, and you are wasting our time" and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer who was inquiring about the issue. It's been weeks since my initial claim and no responses via email or call backs when asked. They clearly did not hold up the arrangement.

Purchased the car not even a year ago with 20k miles on it
Purchased the car not even a year ago with 20k miles on it. No one, including the dealership wants to work with the company and finally got another repair shop to fix the issue. During multiple calls, including 3 way call with the shop representative acknowledged the diagnostic charge would be covered. The company today made payment for the repairs but not diagnostic charge. Upon calling them, rudely was told because diagnostic was for noise. The noise and vibration was caused by bad bearings which are covered but because there was a noise due to the defect the diagnostic is not? How does that make any sense? My contract clearly states:DIAGNOSTICS COVERAGE: We will pay for reasonable, necessary and customary diagnostic charges incurred in conjunction with a covered repair, not to exceed the labor time listed in a nationally recognized parts and labor guide. DIAGNOSTIC TIME WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THOSE CONDITIONS WHERE THE PROPER REPAIR IS READILY APPARENT TO THE NORMAL SENSES OF SIGHT, T
