Wouldn't recommend
Wouldn't recommend. They did the job, but it's like you might as well hire a contractor, electrician, plumber, and engineer too because you'll need their advice anyway. I thought they'd be my eyes as a first-time home buyer, but that didn't happen.

We had an appoinment with Axium Inspections on the 13th of October and it was super nice. The inspector was really thorough, cooperative, efficient, and overall really friendly throughout the whole thing. He was always really attentive with us, making sure our questions were answered, we knew where everything was, and how it worked. He really took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything and went out of his way to give us personal advice on how things should be managed. He was a great extension of the company and they should be really happy that he represents them in such a great way. I would definitely recommend this place and specifically this guy for anyone looking to get their house checked out. We're going into our new home really excited and comforted knowing that it's safe and up to regulations.

I'm a real estate agent for 14 years and I've used Axium Inspections a couple of times for clients and for my own mountain property purchase a year ago. They provided a more comprehensive inspection and services like water quality test. They also claimed that they were more experienced in mountain properties since most inspectors don't specialize in them. I paid $820 for the inspection and immediately after possession, we started having and continued to have a lot of issues that weren't addressed in the inspection report. For example, the main water shut off valve was corroded, and there was a moisture problem in the crawl space at the property which should have been addressed by the inspector. When I emailed and contacted them, they told me that there was no other mitigation they were willing to do and the report was final. As someone who has dealt with hundreds of inspections and reports for many of my clients, I've never been mistreated and ignored by an inspection company like them! I highly recommend not hiring them as you can find a lot more reputable and responsible companies for the price they charge! Avoid them at any cost!

I bought a course from Axium Inspections and it was great
I bought a course from Axium Inspections and it was great. I could finish it whenever I wanted and they helped me out a lot. But then they sold it to another company without telling me and now that company won't let me finish the course. Axium won't answer my calls or emails either. I feel like I got scammed and I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me out?
I signed up for Axium Inspections on April 28
I signed up for Axium Inspections on April 28. I wanted to attend the May 19th class, but I couldn't make it because of personal problems. I tried to contact J in sales, but he didn't call me back. I also contacted the home office in Denver, but M and J didn't return my calls, emails, or texts. I want my money back because I'm following the Axium Home Inspector return policy. I paid $997.00 and I need a full refund.

Axium Inspections was hired by us in December to do a home check and it was done on December 8th. We got the house and wanted to add a pergola on our deck, but multiple decking companies told us that our deck was not good. We told Axium about the issues in April 2022 and they sent the owner to check it out. He agreed that the deck was not good, and they said they would help us get money back from the seller. But after sending a letter to the seller, Axium has not talked to us for six weeks and we still don't have a solution.

I hired Axium Inspections on April 27th to check out a house I was buying
I hired Axium Inspections on April 27th to check out a house I was buying. At first, I thought they did a good job. But after I moved in, I saw some things they missed. Most of them were small, so it wasn't a big deal. But they totally missed a huge crack in the foundation wall in the basement. It's like 2 feet long! They also didn't notice that the front porch is sloping and falling away from the house. The posts aren't even connected to the porch, it's so bad! I told them about these problems, and they sent someone out on Monday, July 12th. David M said these are big problems and promised to call me by the end of the day. But he didn't call on Monday or Tuesday. I left a message for him on Wednesday, but he still didn't call back. I left another message on Thursday, and I'm still waiting for him to call me back.
I did the online part of the home inspection course on May 23rd
I did the online part of the home inspection course on May 23rd. I thought I'd be doing field training in Atlanta next, but it's been a month and I haven't heard from anyone. I paid $997 for the course, but now I'm stuck. I've been trying to get in touch with the academy, but no one's answering. When I call, I only get the answering service, and they don't call me back. Jordan Berry was my recruiter, but he's not answering either. This is really bad for the company, and it's really disappointing for me. I was excited about starting a new career, but it looks like I got ripped off. If that's not true, I'd really appreciate it if someone from the academy would get in touch with me so I can move forward and get what I paid for. I tried to contact them on ***, but their *** page got deleted soon after.
I hit up Axium Inspections to check out my new crib
I hit up Axium Inspections to check out my new crib. But after moving in, I found out they didn't inspect the crawl space by the sump pump where the plumbing was all jacked up. They only checked one of the two crawl spaces. Plus, they said an outlet was busted, but a certified electrician said it was fine. Turns out the inspector didn't even check if it was connected to the switch. Lazy much? And to top it off, their customer service dude, ***, straight up lied and said they inspected the crawl space when they didn't. He also said he'd talk to his boss, but then said he could handle it himself. Nah, bro, you can't. And don't be telling me to go back to work like it's a good idea. I cussed him out, for real. If you're buying in Littleton/Highlands Ranch, make sure they check both crawl spaces, especially the one by the sump pump. And don't hire these jokers.
