I received their product as advertised, customer service was excellent, shipping was fast. I've been building for some time now and at least with my experience with CBC I cannot be happier, the upper was assembled properly using quality parts.

Very bad company to deal with customer care is the worst and no one seems to care about the customer
Very bad company to deal with customer care is the worst and no one seems to care about the customer. After they get your money seems all they do is put you off when they say they will get back to you it never happens. Sad to say management did not seem any better, my problem was a small one that could have been taken care of rather fast but I was told they couldn't get the hand-guard to line up with the upper and that they tried 2 more hand-guards and it was the same. I have 2 other AR's from PSA and they line up perfect. I guess this is common at CBC. Do not waste your time!

I as well as my employees and friends have purchased numerous times from CBC
I as well as my employees and friends have purchased numerous times from CBC. The prices, quality and customer service have been awesome. The veteran aspect of CBC was a huge selling point for our first purchase, and now CBC is our first "go to" web site. I realize that in the current surge of gun purchases as well as ammo and other components, CBC is doing their best to fill orders as quickly as possible, but the shipping times are so long as compared to normal, it can be frustrating to the buyer. But I can tell you, when the package finally does come, it's worth it! CBC can expect future orders from us. I tell everyone to give them a look.

Order was delivered promptly and was as expected
Order was delivered promptly and was as expected. I ordered a build kit that has many parts some of which were pre-assembled. The packing slip included the parts list, production, QC, and shipping sign-off initials and was the original docs. It appears the QC and shipping had double-checks with the QC possibly having three with a highlighter mark on each item and total overall. Everything fit properly though the platform I was dealing with is not mil-spec and as such many manufacturers do not include enough info to determine proper fit. CBC appears to have done that aligning work in the kit properly. Everything was new in appearance and undamaged. Everything functions properly. I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend CBC and have gone back to order a couple more items.
I recently ordered a complete upper from CBC
I recently ordered a complete upper from CBC. Their website clearly indicated the expected wait time for delivery. As the date approached, I noticed the upper I had purchased was "sold out." I sent an email to CBC inquiring whether this would affect my delivery time. I got a response within a reasonable time letting me know that due to the shortage of some components, my order would have to be modified. The change was not significant, so I agreed and asked that the upper be assembled and shipped. CBC's customer service representative, Katrina *** was amazing. Once the email thread was established, her response time was literally minutes. She advised me well about shipping and told me (after several email exchanges) she would have the upper built and shipped the next day. Honestly, I was skeptical after reading most of the ComplaintsBoard.com complaints. I received a confirmation email the next day, and received the upper within two days. The parts are top quality. The build runs wonderfully. I am recommending CBC to everyone I know who is considering a new AR build. Katrina's excellent customer service, and quality parts, has made me a CBC customer for life!

never delivered paid for order
never delivered paid for order. CBC Industries will not answer the phone, tried on multiple occasions. I bought a gun kit from CBC Industries on June 26, and paid for the order on that date. I received a order code, but never received a confirmation code or email. I have since tried to contact CBC on multiple occasions, and left messages and have gotten no response. I would like to know the state of my order and make sure that if it did ship it didn't end up at the wrong address.

I submitted an order on August 6 and still haven't received it (September 15) I have reached out to CBC Industries multiple times by phone and email and have never gotten a response. I have waited 27 business days since the order was submitted and haven't heard anything about the status of my order. I tried calling and emailing again today with no success.

Ordered an AR-15 kit, cancelled my order and have not received a refund I purchased an Ar-15 rifle kit 11/4 for your company and asked for a refund 11/6, and I was sent a confirmation email on a refund later that same day informing me of a wait time of 5-7 business days to cancel and refund me 11/17. I spoke to the same person listed on this email with CBC industries at 11:30 am. She claims she cancelled my order (it apparently was never cancelled 11/6 when I got the confirmation email that they did cancel it) It is 11/27, my order has been cancelled and I HAVE NOT received a refund

Ordered an in stock item and it's been over 50 business days hand hasn't shipped yet
Ordered an in stock item and it's been over 50 business days hand hasn't shipped yet. They don't answer emails or calls. Think I lost my money. When I ordered a in stock complete upper it was supposed to ship in 14-21 business days and it's been over 50. I call to ask and no one will answer ever. The emails I send they don't reply to often and if they do they said oh by the end of the week. I think I'm out all my money because they don't answer at all now. I asked for a little discount or free apparel to make up for it and they say no. I don't get how they can sell an item saying it's in stock when it was never in stock to begin with. I would of never ordered it if I knew I was going to wait half a year for this item that's if I even receive anything.

I placed an order (XXXXXX) on 7/ 26/30 was charged for merchandise which was not received. Order was canceled on 8/31. CBC did not process refund. I contacted CBC again on 9/2 to inquire about my refund. Was told it was not processed. The CBC rep in accounting apologized and sent an email saying my refund was processed. Very fraudulent company. Charged me for merchandise that was not in stock, after several inquiries (seven weeks later) the sales rep said they did not have a 18" .308 barrel in stock. Order was cancelled but a refund was not issued after six days. CBC should not charge customers until the merchandise is shipped out. CBC in essenced received an interset free loan from me. Will never do business with them again and suggest others to research before giving CBC your business.

Ordered and bought a custom 6.5 Creedmoor rifle from this company in 2019
Ordered and bought a custom 6.5 Creedmoor rifle from this company in 2019. It arrived at my FFL and when I picked it up, it was defective from day one I bought a custom ordered 6.5 Creedmoor rifle from this company in 2019. It was defective right out of the box. It would jam and not fire after 3 rounds. It took almost 90 days to get a response from the company. Then I had to send it back and MY expense. I was told the adjustable gas block I ordered and they installed as part of my custom build, which I also paid extra for, was defective and they replaced it with a fixed block. I received the rifle back in January , well I took it out today for the first time due to Covid, and NO CHANGE, fails to fire after 3 to 4 rounds of multiple brands of ammo and different magazine. It is a total paper weight.

I purchased a rifle kit in February and have had serious reliability issues with it ever since
I purchased a rifle kit in February and have had serious reliability issues with it ever since. I purchased a rifle kit on 17 February . It took a few weeks before I could assemble it and test it, but when I did I had serious issues, specifically that the rifle would either jam or fail to feed a new round into the chamber every time it was fired. I contacted the company about it and was told to send it to their customer service department for a repair, though I had to pay $54 for the postage. It was sent back to me after they replaced the gas block, but I continued to have the same issues. I emailed again and was told that they would look into the issue, and I have yet to hear back. The last response I received from the company was on 27 May. I simply want a functional rifle, like I paid for, and I refuse to pay additional money to fix a product that was defective when I received it.

CBC sold firearm component quality as Mill
CBC sold firearm component quality as Mill. Spec.. The component delivered did not meet Mill. Spec. quality standards. Invoice#XXXXXX July 6 AR15 80% Lower Receiver XXXXXX Ordered Mill. Spec. Quality lower receiver. ($59.49) The rear pocket was factory milled 4mm short. I have contacted CBC multiple times about the defective component. I have sent photos showing the defect and I sent the component to their facility for their quality team to inspect on Monday Sept.28, 2020. I contacted them on Wednesday Sept. 30, 2020 and was told that they were reviewing the issue and would contact me with their conclusion within 24 hours. As of Tuesday Oct. 13, 2020 I have received no calls and have received no response to messages I have left. The company sold a firearm component as meeting military specifications when it did not. Repeated attempts to get them to stand behind their product have resulted in stalling tactics and ignored calls. No attempt has been made to replace the defective part or refund the purchase price.

I was lied to by customer service as to why my order was so late to even be completed
I was lied to by customer service as to why my order was so late to even be completed. We had to cancel it, as over two months is so absurd wait time. I ordered two 308 rifle kits with my brother, it was under his name, ***, I dont know the order number, and they said it should be shipped with 20 to 25 business days, which meant by October 25th. I called the 28th about and asked its status, I was told all they were waiting on was the 18 inch barrel, then they could assemble and ship. I said how long, they said it should be by the 9, call back in the middle of the month if you dont hear from us. I called back on the 13th. They then told me all they were waiting on was the rails to arrive. I realized they were lying to me, I have a pathological hatred for being lied to. I cant stand it, I sold insurance for years. I take it very personally. So I called my brother and he agreed we should cancel the order immediately. And do I called back and did just that. This company in inefficient and has lied to me. I have a big problem with that.

After placing an order and waiting over 30 days, zero contact, no calls back, Zero Customer Service at all
After placing an order and waiting over 30 days, zero contact, no calls back, Zero Customer Service at all. Complete Lack of professionalism from CBC. I placed an order on August 7th called and emailed 2 weeks later for a follow up to know what the status is of my order. It is now 32 days since I have placed my order and have had zero contact back from CBC Industries to provide an update. I have called 7 times and left voicemails each time. Emailed 4 times with ZERO responses back from the company. I have left messages with the Customer Service Department, Sales, Quality Control, and Accounting Department and still have not had any contact back from this company. There is no way a company that is a manufacturer of firearms equipment is not able to respond back in a timely matter to their customers. If this company is out of business then this needs to be said and addressed so that customers do not keep placing orders without the order being fulfilled. This is a complete lack of professionalism and customer service from CBC industries and after this I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Wrong item shipped the first time, defective barrel the second time!
Wrong item shipped the first time, defective barrel the second time! I should have not ordered from them again but i figured I would give them a chance, boy was I wrong. 1st order was an AR15 rifle kit chambered in a .223 Wylde. Ordered and shipped fast but when I got the order it was chambered in 5.56. Was told I could send back unless the gun had been fired. I decided to keep it since I had a hunting trip coming up and would not get it back in time. 2nd order was the worst experience. Ordered a 6.5 Creedmoor barrel. After installing the barrel, I chambered store bought ammo of good quality and I was showing signs of way over pressure. I was piercing primers and the bolt was hard to close. Tried some reloads in it with minimum powder charge and the bolt would not close, even after full length resizing, and trimming to correct length. Had a gunsmith friend of mine look at the barrel and the neck was short in the chamber. The barrel was chambered incorrectly and was causing a crimp on the case when I would load a round. This is a serious issue, could have caused serious damage to the rifle or worse, me! When I called to explain the issue to their customer service, the only answer I got was because I fired ammo through the barrel, I could not return the barrel and there was nothing they could do. This was some serious BS! Had my friend re punch the chamber to correct specs, and it worked fine, but I had to spend more money to correct CBC mistake. My advice would to stay far away from this company unless you want to wrong, deficient, or sub par components. Thankfully nobody was injured from their components. I will never do business again with CBC.

Product arrived defective and they are unwilling to accept a return
Product arrived defective and they are unwilling to accept a return. THE GUN IS UNSAFE! I ordered an AR-15 from this company. I did not receive an order confirmation or an order number. This was my first concern considering I could not get a hold of anyone to find out why I had not received my order after a month had passed. Once I was finally able to make contact with someone, they informed me that my order was delayed due to them receiving a "bad batch of uppers". After being told that I needed to wait until they received the new uppers, my gun all of a sudden showed up less than a week later. Seemed suspicious. That led me to believe that they just sent me one of their "bad uppers". I opened up my package and was incredibly disappointed to find out that most of the parts were cheap china made parts. This was confirmed by the two licensed gun smiths I took it to to have assembled. It was then that I decided that I wanted to upgrade the bolt with a nicer mill-spec bolt. The gun smith tried to install the new bolt but to our surprise, the barrel was twisted and would not accept the new MILL-SPEC bolt. I took it to another licensed gun-smith who confirmed the same thing. They also informed me that the buffer was separating which doesn't usually happen until the gun has been used for quite some time. I then contacted customer service to send the gun back and get a refund due to receiving a defective and DANGEROUS gun. They guy (customer service) told me to send pictures so he can take it to his production manager to devise a plan to fix it. I sent pictures to them and never heard anything back so I decided to contact them again. In his reply, he only touched on the separated buffer and said that it is normal for them to come separated. They completely ignored everything about the twisted barrel. I had to ask, yet again, about what they plan to do about the defective gun they sent me and that I wanted a full refund. I finally got a reply back saying to send the gun back so they could "work on it". I wrote a long email saying that I was not satisfied with my purchase and that they sent me a defective gun and that at the very least, they should send me a return label. Out of the entire email I wrote, all they had to say was, "we are unable to send you a return label". To sum up: CBC Industries sent me a defective and DANGEROUS weapon and are refusing to take it back and give me a refund. They want to "work" on the gun but refuse to pay to send it back TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! At this point, I am pursuing legal action due to being sent a dangerous weapon. They should not be in business if they are sending out this kind of product. I HIGHLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It's hard to understand how this company is still in business with this many complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Unresponsive to voicemail and email after initial order placed over the phone
Unresponsive to voicemail and email after initial order placed over the phone. Never received purchase receipt, shipping receipt, & sent wrong item. On June 3rd I tried calling about getting a veteran discount but got a voicemail. So I sent an email listing the item I wanted to purchase and asked if they offered discounts to veterans. About 45 minutes later I received an email from Christina in sales with an image of the item I wanted and a discount of $30. I could not do anything with the image so I emailed back asking if I needed a discount code to get that price. Three minutes later I got an email back stating she sent a draft to fill out and that I needed to fill in your address or call me to confirm. After trying to call her two more times and only getting voicemail I quickly replied that I never received the form, and I provided my number so she could call me. She replied within one minute, noting she was on another line and would call me. She did call me shortly after the email and took my credit card info and mailing/billing address. She told me I would receive an order confirmation email shortly, and that I would also get an email at a later date with shipping confirmation and tracking details. She said they were about 2 weeks out on filling/shipping orders. About an hour later I still had not received the purchase confirmation email so I called and once again got voicemail so I left a message and followed up with an email. Two days later (June 5th) I STILL had not received the purchase confirmation email, or a response to my voicemail and email. I called again and left another voicemail and followed up with another email. I also noted that the other kit I originally wanted but was out of stock on 6/3 was now in stock according to their website and since it was the exact same kit as the one I ordered with only one part being different, and the price was the same I asked if I could change my order since it would not have been pulled yet since they were two weeks behind. I ALSO called and left a voicemail noting I still did not have a purchase confirmation and asked it I could make the swap. I noted that I wanted a call back since I was not getting any emails from them. Then seven days after the initial order (June 10th) BOTH kits (the one I ordered, and the one I wanted to swap to) had a price drop to $399 which was $40 less than the veteran discount I was offered. So I called and left yet another voicemail noting that I had not received any purchase confirmation, or any response to my request for one or my request to swap to the other kit. I AGAIN requested a call back. Then on June 17th a package shows up, and it is the initial item and not the item I requested to change to only two days after the order was made. I NEVER received a purchase confirmation email, or an email that the item was being shipped as Christina told me I would. I also never received any correspondence after the initial order. I check my spam folder daily and nothing in there from her. Seems like she was only interested in communicating with me to take my order and after that she wanted nothing to do with me. Also my credit card was charged $439 on 6/4. No other credits or adjustments so they did not honor the lower price of $399 either. All emails are attached.

I ordered Kit SKU# 205-771 (AR15 Pistol Kit) and Part # 180-609 (SBA3 Brace) was not shipped with the kit
I ordered Kit SKU# 205-771 (AR15 Pistol Kit) and Part # 180-609 (SBA3 Brace) was not shipped with the kit. This has not been remedied. I placed the order online on 8/19 - Order # *** (Received confirmation-of-order email on 8/19). I ordered Kit SKU# 205-771 (AR15 Pistol Kit - 7.5 inch/5.56/M-LOK/SBA3/Shortie) Website stated "All CBC premium quality uppers, kits, and rifles are custom-built and handcrafted to order. The current build-to-delivery time of this product can be up to 28 days." I tried to call several times to check the status of the order with no response after the 28-day build-to-delivery period after my order was placed. I gave CBC Industries another two weeks to fulfill my order due to a potential COVID-19 delay. I emailed Cristina on 10/6 to check the status of my order with no response (I "carbon-copied" my email to validify this statement). I called again on 10/8 and finally talked to *** who helped me with my order. She was confused on why it was stated that my order was "completed" in their "SKU Vault System," but was processing in their "WOO System" (This is also handwritten on the packing slip). *** said she would get it shipped out ASAP. I received a shipping confirmation email on 10/9 with a FEDEX tracking number. I was satisfied with ***'s professionalism and her handling to expedite my order. I tracked my order via FEDEX and saw that a signature was required for delivery. (The FEDEX driver set my package on the porch's steps with no signature given by my wife or myself. Unacceptable but not CBC Industries' fault.) My wife brought the box inside after discovering it on the steps. When I returned home from work, I opened the box with excitement. I emptied the parts from within the box then grabbed the packing slip from the clear sleeve attached to the outside of the box. I was thankful the explanation of the conflicting "order systems" was handwritten along with the phrase "Goes straight to shipping." I flipped through the pages of the packing slip and was impressed at how many checks, highlights, and initials were next to the listed parts of the kit. I decided to verify each part was present but stopped at Part # 180-609 (AR-15 Pistol Brace-SB Tactical SBA3 Brace). It was not there. I checked the box after pulling out the packing material. I looked all over the table, under the table and inside the packing material again. It was not there. It surprised me especially with all the QC checks on the packing slip. Someone at CBC Industries made a mistake and forgot to ship the part to me. Mistakes happen. I called on 10/13 and spoke to *** again. She said she would need to speak to her Production Supervisor and that she would email me later. I received no email so I called again on 10/15 and *** said she spoke to her Production Supervisor who is working from home and that they have not come to a decision yet on how they would remedy the lost part that was listed to come with the kit but didn't. I waited for an emailed response but did not receive one. I called on 10/19 and spoke to Breanna who put me on hold to talk to *** who said they still have not come to a decision. I value integrity and honesty and do my very best to exhibit both of those traits. I am not asking for anything for free. I am merely asking for CBC Industries to remedy a mistake on their part. CBC Industries' failure to provide a simple solution has left me an unhappy customer who feels robbed. I do not want a credit or a refund. I simply want the missing part that I paid for.

Product unusable from the moment of delivery
Product unusable from the moment of delivery. Returned at my expense, refused to correct an issue that could only be caused by manufacture. Attn: Mr. *** Sir, I appreciate the courtesy of you reading this as I share my experience with CBC. The overall issue is that the 6.5 Creedmoor upper that I purchased from CBC Industries has had an issue failing to go in to battery since day one. The following is my original e-mail to Mr. *** Friday X-X-XXXX Dear Sirs, I bought a complete 6.5 Creedmoor upper from you folks on July 11th. It took me a while to afford the lower and optics but I've been running it for about the last month. It continues to have serious issues failing to go in to battery. Regardless of ammo, from Winchester white box to Nosler top shelf. I love the rifle and would like to get this resolved. Thanks, *** OR XXXXX X-X-XXXX XX:XX a.m., Mr. Hooks reply: ***, There could be a few different things going on the best solution would be to send it back in here to me and let me go through it for you. *** X-X-XXXX My response: WOW! Thanks for the speedy and reasonable reply, will do. *** So I boxed it up and shipped it off. That cost me $39, which I accept since it was well past the 30 days. X-XX-XXXX Then I receive this: "***, I received your upper back today and it looks like you've changed the gas block on it. It looks like there's an adjustable gas block. If that's the case you will need to adjust it I can not mess with it since you've made changes to the original purchased upper. I will be returning this upper to you going out tomorrow. *** I read this and was completely blown away as the gas block has absolutely ZERO to do with new, SAMMI spec, factory ammo failing to physically fit in a rifle chamber. And I should add the fact that early on, prior to adding the adjustable gas block, it failed to go into battery with the CBC supplied unit also. So I called him. And he answered, and we had a discussion where upon his reasons for refusing to do anything at all began to shift. I acknowledged right up front that I had read, entirely, your return policy. I pointed out that though I was aware of the "changes/alterations" clause I am also knowledgeable and experienced enough to know that the gas block has ZERO to do with a factory fresh, SAMMI spec cartridge physically refusing to fit in the chamber. I offered that I trusted that he would be aware of that also and that I could have simply swapped the original gas block back onto it before sending it and no one would have been the wiser. But I was operating on the theory that I was dealing with honorable people, Veterans, and that he would act accordingly. He then said he felt it was an ammo issue to which I replied that it happens with everything from Winchester white box to Nosler Trophy Grade, it's not the ammo. At one point he said well you shot it and I agreed yes I have. And out of 35-40 rounds I've tried I have had at least 3-4 failures to go into battery. And it's a pain extracting them 'cuz they're jammed in there. That's a 10% failure rate. Would you accept that? I asked if he could please send a good reamer through it and he said no, because if he even took off .001-.002" he worried about a cartridge exploding. WHAT!? I was incredulous. I said hold on here. I'm assuming you would use a SAMMI spec reamer and we're talking about SAMMI spec ammo, so...what!? The conversion ended with me asking *** to please give it a professional effort. He said, ok tomorrow I'll take a look at it and check the headspace. That was the last I heard from anyone at CBC. My patience finally ran out on Wednesday [protected] days later)and I called his extension, with no answer as a result. I left the message that I had been very patient but would like to know the status of my upper. No e-mail, no return call. The next morning though I did get an e-mail. From FED-EX, a tracking notice saying my upper was on it's way back. Again I chose to be patient and determine first what, if anything had been done or possibly replaced
