BabeCosmetics I have been charged for 2 boxes

I have been charged for 2 boxes. Finally got an email saying first shipped (weeks late, lots of ignored messages). It doesn't update for 2 weeks- ignored again then told that they sent me an invalid tracking number. Asked for my address when finally answering, STILL no new shipment. Second box is now sitting in limbo as well. They blocked me from *** so I couldn't contact them or share my experience, wont answer emails. MANY people have had issues with never receiving boxes as well as they are lying about what's in it. It is cheap, offbrand PRC junk not high quality. Product_Or_Service: Monthly beauty box

The company is misleading and fraudulent. They will not allow me to return my order and stated I had to stay subscribed even though I cancelled. I was charged for subscribing to Babe Box on 4/23. Their web site stated I could get the first box free and just pay shipping. Later, after contacting ***, they stated I could not cancel my subscription. I communicated I was unemployed and couldn't afford it. I stated I wished to return the box because I was not happy with its contents and also unhappy with the terms of the subscription.

The company charged me for a service I didn't agree to and refuses a refund the item hasn't been shipped. I agreed to try one cosmetic box for shipping charge only. The next day my account was charged again for a full priced box that I didn't agree to and wasn't aware of. I immediately reached out for a refund and cancellation and they refuse to give me a refund even though the items have not been shipped. I want a full refund immediately before items ship and a cancellation of any shipping I want nothing from this company but my money back.

I cancelled this box june 1st. This was confirmed by email. I have now been charged for july and august. They quit responding to email. Unprofessional Have been charged for 2 boxes following confirmed cancellation

BabeCosmetics I requested a refund and even though I was told I would receive one, I didn't and they charged me again

I requested a refund and even though I was told I would receive one, I didn't and they charged me again. The problem occurred originally 4/22. I tried to cancel my subscription and was told I couldn't because my order was already processed and shipping. I waiting and never received said order, so I emailed agin trying to cancel and I got the same message. So I emailed an associate directly and was told my claim would be forwarded to billing and if receive a refund. This never happened. I haven't received the first box, nor do I want the second which I have made clear to the company and they refuse to adhere to my requests.

BabeCosmetics Advertised that: Satisfaction guaranteed

Advertised that: Satisfaction guaranteed. World class customer service. Neither are true I purchased a box through their mail service. I received only 4 items, but two of those items should not be considered separate. I contacted customer service immediately that I was dissatisfied and wanted to cancel service. I sent several messages to get it resolved, and explicitly said they were not to charge my credit card for any more fees due to my dissatisfaction. On March 1st, I got email saying thanks for payment. I again sent email to try to get answers. They lied and tried to cover up the additional charges. No one can explain guaranteed satisfaction.

The practically stole my money. I used a third party service that advertised a free makeup box which ended up costing me $51 including shipping. They practically stole my money. I asked for a refund after not receiving my free box in a timely manner- 2 weeks! I was then charged for another box while I await for the second, all along I have asked for a refund for the original purchase but to no avail.

I have requested to have my subscription cancelled three times now, and have yet to have anyone tell me that it has been cancelled.When I email them to cancel (which is the only way they say you can cancel) I get a response saying I have to pay for the 2nd box before they can cancel it. I respond telling them okay (which I'm not happy with, but I'd rather just know the cancellation has been taken care of) and then it's radio silence. My first email to cancel was sent on May 5, and I still have yet to hear back from anyone.

They have false advertising, they don't make it clear that you MUST sign up for two months, with your first month free and no exceptions. I signed up for a free month of Babebox. They didn't make it clear that with the free month, you must purchase a second month before you can cancel. I wasn't happy with the first month, I'm not going to be forced to pay for a second month for a product I didn't like. I offered to return the first box, they didn't accept. They keep trying to charge me.

This company advertised a free box to try them out, and all I have to pay is shipping. Then they forced me to pay for another box. I paid the shipping for the "free" trial box and went to cancel before I would be charged again, and they told me I could not cancel and had to pay for at least one more box. After researching the company more, it appears this has been done to numerous consumers and they will not cancel or issue a refund for the product. This is very false advertising.

BabeCosmetics Babe Cosmetics advertised a price of $29.95, then charged me $51

Babe Cosmetics advertised a price of $29.95, then charged me $51. They also charged me 21 days before they were authorized to debit my account. I placed an order for a free box on the 23rd of February and winged up for a monthly box thereafter. I tried twice to activate the customer account so that I could manage my shipments and was told that their login system was "not working" and would be fixed soon. On March 2nd my account was debited for $51 by Babe Cosmetics, 21 days before my subscription was due to renew. I again tried activating my account online and got the same error message saying "incorrect email or password". I tried calling their telephone number and there was no introduction message, I was sent to hold music right away.

BabeCosmetics I purchased a free box with ***

I purchased a free box with ***. I was charged for a 2nd box without my knowledge. When I complained I was told I obligated for it! I purchased a free Babe Box from the app ***, which I still have not received as yet, on April 18,2020. My card was charged on May 1 for a second Babe Box product. I went to their website to cancel and sent a message through their chat. I received a response that I was obligated to purchase two boxes, even though the organization that I purchased the box from (***) did not specify this obligation. It's not the cost of the box, or even the products, that makes me leery of this business. It's the shady business practices that they employ for their products. Please see copies/screenshots of information and all correspondence from both *** and Babe Box.

Have a promo for 1st month free but had to have 2 months after to qualify was fine with that. But never received the the first box. But they still charged for the 2 months after even tho i tried to cancel because i still have not received the box and have tried to contact them and either get a new box sent or just cancel all together. But they refused to respond til I threatened legal actions. They still telling me my package is coming. And every time I message them its always the next day it will be there. They can track package and they know i haven't received and wont allow me to cancel and if i receive package return it. Seem to just want to keep the money and not resolve the issue period. Rude and mean people.

BabeCosmetics I was emailed on April 6th from BabeCosmetics saying my subscription was canceled

I was emailed on April 6th from BabeCosmetics saying my subscription was canceled.May 1st I was charged again. No one will answer me On April 6th Alexis *** emailed me and informed me my babebox subscription had been canceled and that I would never be charged again. On May 1st my bank account at *** was charged -$35.95 making my account overdraft two separate charges of $38.50 despite outing money in within 12 hours of the charge. I have emailed and *** this company over and over only to be told my subscription is active despite my screenshots of proof of their email suing it wasn't. This money has stolen money and cost me $117 in a day due to dishonest business practices. The company continues to be active on their social media pages yet unable to fox this situation. I'm unemployed due to the coronavirus pandemic and am a single mother that's can't afford for what has occurred.

BabeCosmetics I ordered from them April 19th and a box was ordered also on May 1st

I ordered from them April 19th and a box was ordered also on May 1st. Never received the boxes. First there is false advertising for this product because on *** it was saying that you could try a box for free just pay for shipping what they didn't say is that you had to buy another box for the following month. The guy that emailed me was rude. Then someone else emailed me and was a lot nicer. One of the boxes that was mailed said it was delivered May 16th. I never received the box and asked my neighbors who also didn't get my package. I emailed them And they told me to file a report with the post office, but wouldn't help me out with anything else. My other package all of a sudden said it had issues with shipping and has been "en route" since May 12th. Here is the shipping info for the one that claimed to be delivered: *** Through the post office. And the other one that is "en route" ***. I can't seem to find a phone number to contact them just an email address, which is ***.

BabeCosmetics I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription and now they won't let me cancel this subscription

I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription and now they won't let me cancel this subscription. No response to emails, calls, or chats. I "bought" a "free" box from *** and all I had to pay was shipping. Sweet right? Well ten days later, and still no box, I get an email saying that my monthly subscription was just processed. I didn't mean to sign up so I tried to cancel my subscription. The website says my email is not in their system - the same email they have been contacting me through to "thank" me for my order. I've emailed multiple times, called and sat on hold, and tried their online chat feature and haven't been able to get anyone to respond. I finally got someone to respond to a chat through *** but once I explained my issue they quit responding. I was then served an ad for them on *** and when I was reading the comments I realized this is common practice for them. They offer a "free" box and all you have to pay is shipping, and then within two weeks they charge you for another box and do not give you the option to cancel.

Asked to cancel my subscription box after the first month, they are forcing me to pay for the second box, which includes faulty products like the 1st. This company advertises the first Subscription box free and just pay for shipping. I did that, and then tried to cancel the subscription after getting the first box and doing more research finding out this was a scam by the company. They give you the first box free & just have to pay for shipping... what they don't tell you is that if you cancel before you can buy the second box they WILL charge you for the first box. So ultimately it is NOT a free trial box and you STILL have to pay for the second one even if you don't want it! That's a scam and their products are all fake, cheap products from China. I would have never bought the first box had I known this! I contacted customer support and they threatened me with paying for the first box if I didn't buy the second... that's not what they advertise. They refused to close my account and cancel my subscription and they are still trying to charge my card without my permission. I will be forced to take legal action if this is not resolved with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I would like to get my money back from babe cosmetics 35.95$ Products are from the website called *** and they are scammers On March 17 I had ordered a (free box) from babe cosmetics witch they still charged me 6.95$ for shipping. (1st order #*** ) After I received it I decided to cancel the subscription on March 31,2020. 8:21 a.m. At 10:34 am that same day I received a notification from *** that babe cosmetics took 35.95$ from my bank account. I contacted babe cosmetics via email since they don't have a phone number! They didn't want to refund me. They said the product is already in the shipping process. I kept contacting them they didn't want to refund me. I wrote a review on *** gave them a 1 star review and wrote my experience. They later contacted me saying they'd refund me 21.45 if I updated the review and sent back the unopened box that they charged me 35.95$ for. Thing is the products inside both of these boxes contain Really cheap products from The website called ***. They claim their box is worth up to 100$ and to be honest I wouldn't even pay 10$ for these cheap products. I just want my money back. This company is a scam. (2nd box #***)

Babe cosmetics claimed you could cancel your membership at anytime before I signed up. Hi, Babe Cosmetics AKA Babe Box advertised that they had their monthly subscription box for $1 for your first box and $29.95 after. It also says that you can cancel the membership anytime. I eventually receive the box after and I wasn't impressed. So I write them an email saying that I would like to cancel my account. They told me no I can't cancel until after being charged full price for a box. I respond to them saying that it didn't say that anywhere when I signed up. I said that I could cancel anytime. On their page, they explain how they work before you even commit. There it also says you can cancel anytime. And there it also doesn't say anything about $35. It just says $29.95. They never responded to me again after the first and only time they ever responded. I was just going to let this all go. But then I went to their *** page to see if I could get in contact with someone that way and there is where I read all of the comments from others like me with the same exact issue. At that point I couldn't just ignore it and let this company continue to lie and steal from honest hard working people. Thank you so much for your time.

they charged me for a transaction i didnt authorize or want. i contacted them prior to shipment to cancel. they refuse and keep charging my card. this resulted in 70$ in over charge fees from my bank. i contacted them numerous times and was ignored they finally answered refusing to cancel. and telling me to go read a faq. upon researching i find out this company is a scam and other people had to have their bank cards destroyed to get the company to stop charging them. i dont want anything from this company anymore. they are deceitful and scammed me into something i never knew about and didnt agree to. they refuse to do anything and insist on keep charging my bank card. this is unacceptable. i want nothing to do with this deceitful company. i do not want their products. most of all i dont want to be in contact with such a deceitful horrible company, that relys on tricking people in subscriptions unbeknownst to them. and refuses to help them when they do not wish to be contacted. Babe Cosmetics are refusing to refund me after charging me an additional month weeks after I canceled my subscription. Company: Babe Cosmetics Product: BabeBox Order No: #*** Primary Contact: Laura ***Address: *** I have emailed Babe Cosmetics to cancel my monthly beauty subscription after I received my first box on December 21. They responded immediately on December 22, that the fine print in the terms state that I would have to pay for the second box. Which I obliged due to them tricking thousands of people with that fine print in The terms. So I paid for the second BabeBox. They also stated i would have to email them again after i received the second box to cancel before the third box. I recieved the second Box on January 18th. I contacted them that day asking to cancel once more. They responded by offering me a discount the next day on January 19th. I responded that day stating no thank you, please cancel. Then on February 6th, I was charged for a Third Box. At that point I went through *** to forcefully unsubscribe to BabeBox. I then emailed Babe Cosmetics again that same day and informed the what happened and asked for a full refund and informed them not to send me that box. They responded by stating that they pushed my cancellation through (which was already done by ***). On January 10th, I received another email stating that my next BabeBox has been shipped out to me. I emailed Babe Cosmetics immediately asking them to fully refund me as I stated multiple times I did not want another box. They responded today, January 11th, that they canceled my subscription after i was billed so that they will not refund my money. I have been asking for this subscription to be cancel since December 21st and then again on January 18th. At this point Babe Cosmetics are thieves and Con Artists. They force you to email them to cancel. And then they give you the run around until they bill you again.

Ignore emails, don't follow up and have charged my debit card for something I did not agree to. I reached out to cancel my subscription as I only wanted 1 box. I was told I cannot cancel before the 2nd month, or I would be charged full price for my first box. They offered a discounted rate for the first box of $20.30 or a discounted rate for the second box, $30.15. I asked to be charged $20.30 for the first box and to cancel the subscription (1/22). I received no response and sent 3 more emails showing screenshots that indicate it does not clearly state 2 boxes need to be purchased before signing up (heard no response). I reach back out on 1/29 as a brand new customer service request, letting them know I have not heard back, and they only told me again that I cannot cancel, I have to buy the second box and can receive at a discounted rate. I then responded again with my request to be charged $20.30 for the first box and cancel the subscription as I did not want a second box. I did not hear back from them in regards to this request, and then had to reach out AGAIN to let them know that I have not yet heard back and that I was charged for a second box. Someone reached out to me on 2/10 stating that "they were waiting on an answer from me" however I have all emails and proof of the sign up process that does not indicate anywhere that 2 months are required to sign up. They have at this point charged me full price for a second box that I didn't even want, not even the discounted rate. I am extremely frustrated with their advertisement, customer service and billing. This company should be looked into as I believe they are scamming people out of money. I have asked my bank to place a "stop payment" on any payment attempts this company tries to make. They finally sent me the link to cancel my subscription after charging me full price and have yet to answer any of my questions. I even offered returning the first box for a full refund. They do not want to answer questions, give out their phone number, or be of any assistance to their customers. They also do not have active review sites up right now. So far I have been charged a total of $42.90 for horrible products and even worse customer service.
