I paid £79.99 for Lifetime Badoo Premium on the 12th of November 2019.

If I try to use the Premium service the App demands that I repeat the payment.
I have complained many times via the recommended channel in the App badoo.com/feedback.
The only response I got was an Email asking me to rate the quality of their solution.
Even though no solution was ever offered.
This looks like either incompetence, some misunderstanding or blatant fraud.
I require the service I have paid for or a full refund.
