HAY RECOMMEN: BANCROFT AND ASSOCIATES Proprety Owner Peerspective: I did bisness with this compny for nearly 5 years. I had a great experience with them! I am not saying this cuz of nething, but cuz I had excellent experience. I used them as a Proerty Managment Compny from June until February . I am certain if ppl r just rexonalble, raxional and they try to work hand-in-hand with this company the company will work with them well. They always did by me, cuz I communicated well with them and got the best results. This compny is a family-run company. They were always attentive to my needs, responsive to any issues with the proerty or tenants (e.g. HOA Notices, Maitainence, Repairs, Etc.) They took great care of my proerty. I culdn't believe how well my proerty looked on the outside as well as inside when I saw pictures (I live in Phoenix and they are located in Tucson)! I am certain if ppl r just rexonalble, raxional and they try to work hand-in-hand with this company the company will work with them well. They always did by me, cuz I communicated well with them and got the best results. I can say that my experiences with this compny were mostly positive. What the person reading these posts should see when reading the good and bad ones is that there are two sides to every story...If ppl are posting negative reviews..Why? Were these tenants being rude and demanding to the employees of this compny? Were the employees maybe having an off day? Were the tenants not maintaining the proerty properly? Were the employees or contractors of the company maybe taking a little too long to get things done for the proerty? Who knos...At the end of the day ppl will say and do what they want and usually when ppl r having a bad experiences its cuz either they had legitimate complaints that weren't addressed or validated properly or they were doing or saying something that was wrong or erroneous and they tend to externalize blame on who they feel wronged, but may or may not be justified.I am certain if ppl r just rexonalble, raxional and they try to work hand-in-hand with this company the company will work with them well. They always did by me, cuz I communicated well with them and got the best results. All I kno is that I always treated fairly and justly by this compny. They are a compny. They are running a business which aims to make a profit. They do have good hearts and I always felt that they had my best interest in mind, but also they would let me know (and charge me) when I had a duty to my tenants to repair or maintain things. These ppl are really great ppl! They never refused to rectify anything issue while they had my proerty under their management. I am certain if ppl r just rexonalble, raxional and they try to work hand-in-hand with this company the company will work with them well. They always did by me, cuz I communicated well with them and got the best results. Pls don't listen to haters or naysayers. Find out for yourself. Don't take my word for it, but don't also be influenced by ppl. This compny has to serve three masters. They must try to take care of their tenants, they must also properly manage for the owners and lastly they must make a profit. It is a very precarious situation. I am certain if ppl r just rexonalble, raxional and they try to work hand-in-hand with this company the company will work with them well. They always did by me, cuz I communicated well with them and got the best results. All I have to say is yes, my situation was very positive as a homeowner. There were times I had to pay in order keep things fixed and up to par, but I also understood that this is a people business. Remember the saying: Believe only half of what you see and a quarter of what you hear. If you see a bad review...what is really the truth? You have to remember just like a job...ppl who may have had problems maybe brought it on their own like eviction. Just like a firing at a job...ppl may be bitter..no matter whose fault. If they get their deposit deducted..what is justified? Maybe they damaged the proerty (maybe not) and just didn't want to admit fault. Who knows. I am certain if ppl r just rexonalble, raxional and they try to work hand-in-hand with this company the company will work with them well. They always did by me, cuz I communicated well with them and got the best results. That is my truth. I had a great experience and that is that! They did well by me at every turn and angle. They had no "agenda". I knew my responsibilities, the tenants knew theirs and the company knew theirs and sometimes when someone is not communicating properly or effectively. Bancroft & Associates They charging me almost $1600 to repaint the entire condo

They charging me almost $1600 to repaint the entire condo. I cleaned everything with Clorox wipe, it was a good job, I have pics, but they still trying to keep my $600 security deposit too. The old paint in the department was already too run down when I move in.

Bancroft & Associates This cheap company is doin a rent scam

This cheap company is doin a rent scam. They always got the same house for rent since 2017. They post it and then get fees from people interested in renting it. With this illegal business, they should pay for their wrong doings.

Bancroft & Associates Bancroft & Assosiates took my app on July 27th for 2bd 2 bath duplex priced at 1200 back then

Bancroft & Assosiates took my app on July 27th for 2bd 2 bath duplex priced at 1200 back then. I kept calling to get update on my app but no answer. It's been 3 months and the property is up for rent along with places I applied. Investigate so they aren't profiting from app fees. If rent is 1200, the mortgage is prolly way less. If they charged $50/day for a month, that's 1500 and they'd make more in fees. I believe this is how most rental places are.

Bancroft & Associates I moved from VA to Tucson in Dec

I moved from VA to Tucson in Dec. I signed a rental deal with Bancroft and Associates for the *** property. I gotta have utilities turned on prior to getting keys. The office didn't have open or weren't available till 10am, realtor never said I had to be there when the gas company came. Keys were not provided until 10am, gas service dude appeared at 930am. Hot water n heat wasn't switched on that Fri. No heat/hot water at all during 25-30 degree weather. On Mon, hot water turned on, furnace was busted n won't be repaired until Weds. This must've been fixed before renting the house to me. Had to stay at a hotel cuz of the cold. Carpets were super dirty and they charged me for a cleaned one, but it wasn't done. Bancroft didn't provide basic living necessities, and they haven't refunded me for the expenses that I paid myself. I'm gonna talk about this to the Real Estate Association too.

Bancroft & Associates On March 14, 2022, I applied to Bancroft & Associates for a rental property

On March 14, 2022, I applied to Bancroft & Associates for a rental property. I received a receipt on March 15th confirming my application was received and paid the $50 application fee on Tuesday. They sent me an email saying they received my application and would be contacting me soon. However, I never received the second email they mentioned, and I had to leave several messages. I submitted all the information they requested, including my pay stubs, identification, and pet profile. It is now April 11th, and I still haven't received any updates on whether my application was approved or denied. I finally managed to speak to someone at their office, but they placed me on hold and then sent me to voicemail to check on something. On March 28th, I went to their office, but it was locked. Some lady answered the door and told me to submit my pay stubs and identification, which I did, but I never received a confirmation that they were received. I still haven't heard anything from Bancroft & Associates, and I had to find a rental property on my own without their help or any updates from them.

Bancroft & Associates We left the spot and turned in the keys January 31

We left the spot and turned in the keys January 31. Problem started when I called the office a month ago and said I needed to leave, the person on the phone said it was alright (Jan 5 2021). She didn't say anything 'bout 30 days and we didn't know we were leaving before Jan 1. We didn't get any confirmation notice saying it was official. We cleaned everything, then the lady in the office said we need to pay February 'cause we didn't give 30 days. We barely found out just that day. She said the deposit could cover it if it didn't rent by Feb 28th.On Feb 19th we got a letter saying we had to pay this month and water/trash ($65.16) even though no one's living there, $24.40 in repairs which makes sense but then $70 in cleaning supplies and interior cleaning? We cleaned it ourselves. Now they say we owe $29.56 and I'm done with them. Their customer service ain't good and their reasons don't make sense. I want it fixed.

Bancroft & Associates Me and my man were looking for a new place to rent and we saw Bancroft and Associates had one available

Me and my man were looking for a new place to rent and we saw Bancroft and Associates had one available. I called every day from Tuesday (Oct. 20, 2020) to Friday [protected]) trying to reach the agent to see the place. I left voicemails, sent emails and talked to the receptionist a few times. The receptionist said that no one had applied for the rental yet, so we just applied because pictures online looked good and it's hard to find a place. They knew we didn't see it in person cuz I hadn't talked to the leasing agent yet. They called me back on Friday, and we went to the rental. When we saw the place, it was clear that the pictures online were old. The floors were peeling, and there was a crack in the foundation of the house that went through rooms and up the wall. The agent was surprised by the bad condition and didn't want us to rent it. I showed her the pictures we saw online, and she said sorry. I asked about another place, but it was rented. They said they wouldn't give us a refund because we could have seen it first, but we missed it because the agent didn't answer us. We feel tricked because they didn't show what was real. It's not okay, and we want a refund.
