I am an OFW who opened a bank account at this branch BPI - DAVAO AYALA ABREEZA 2. I am expecting to receive an ATM card, I followed the given grace period time to wait and came back multiple times but there are still no updates until such time my remaining vacation days have come but no ATM card has been issued to me. I tried to update my mobile banking using the new app but I'm having trouble fixing it, especially the changing/updating phone number. So I asked help with my sister to process everything since she was in the Philippines, but instead of seeking help, we received unsatisfactory responses from them. My sister tried to inquire at another branch and we received the best help that we needed. I personally talked the teller/agent through all over the phone and I received a sarcastic response and it shows it is my fault for not having an ATM card.
Desired outcome: Change a well-trained agent/officer at the information teller or do proper training on how to handle customer service to the valued customers. Provide accurate information and assistance to the customer.
