ATM machine withdrawal
I would like to complain about my recent transaction in one of your BPI ATM machines I lost 9, 600 pesos in one of the BPI ATM machines (TAMIYA, MEZ 2 branch) last night 10/29/2021 at around 8:42 pm. Prior to that i checked my balance and had sufficient amount to withdraw 9, 600 pesos, it took a while before it showed "Cancelled" and did not released any cash.
I am complaining about the poor service of bpi
I submitted the letter of back out for my housing loan due to the pandemic but the bpi they didn't process of application its been 3 months ago na din.But sa oras ng singilan magagaling sila . ang bibilis maningil tapos paulit ulit follow up sila samantala application ko di nila maprocess.
Pera lang talaga ang importante sa bpi hindi ang service para sa mga customer nila.
Housing/personal loan
My wife and I have filed a personal loan to BPI Family Savings Bank since July last year (2020) but until now, we haven't gotten the loan amout yet despite all the documents they told us to submit not to mention all the fees we have paid after they have emailed us last June (2021) that the loan is approved. However, they still give us additional requirements to submit in a staggered basis, every two(2) months or so wherein they could have told us to privide the same beforehand. At the moment, we have given all their requirements and even paid a hefty amount of money to pay for the processing of the loan last July this year (2021) and until now they are telling us that they're still determining what further documents to submit.

I arrived around 10:30 in the morning
at the Bank of Philippine Islands in
Mango Avenue, Cebu City where I
have had an ACCOUNT SINCE 2007.
The guard told me to occupy one of
the seven seats OUTSIDE THE BANK
for those in line for Customer Service,
inasmuch as my purpose was some
verifications with regards to my online
banking. Needless to say, even with
awning the location was quite exposed
to the deleterious effect of intermittent
rain and hot weather during that day.
I was already the first in front when
lunchtime came so I decided to stick it
through. Those behind me either left
or have been supplanted. It was
way past 1:30 in the afternoon
(bank closing at 2:00 pm) when I was
allowed to come inside and carry out my
purpose; 15 MINUTES was all it took.

Credit Card Payment
I have sent numerous emails to BPI to resolve the credit card bill dispute. All i get is an automated response and a finance charge because of that dispute. Their statement of account is poorly organized and prone to confusion.
No agent had contacted me to resolve this issue. I would like my card to be terminated as well.
Unauthorized withdrawal from my account
I am disputing the result of the investigation of the BPI FAMILY Dasma Branch that the unauthorized withdrawal in my account was legitimate. I've never been to the atm where my money was withdrawn and the bank is not helping me at all. The bank even insisted that I did the withdrawal which is very frustrating on my part.
Desired outcome: I want my money to be returned due to the bank's faulty security system

I arrived earlier to the branch 30 mins ahead of time before opening. The guard gave number without even considering who arrived first. Other cx who arrived late was already assisted while I'm still waiting for my number to be called. His initial on his uniform is Sabordo RP. BPI Calamba.

I did not get full refund from cancelled flights by PAL. PAL is saying to contact BPI but BPI doesn't want to refund me in full. I want to get a full refund. I called, emailed and reached out to BPI and PAL but no help at all from them.

Unwanted/unexpected notification and subsequent filing of legal action on my auto loan
I received last May 2021 a notice from BPI Family Savings Bank affiliate consumer company, OTC, notifying me that my auto loan has 7 month arrears but is not the case. Then I was forced to check and coordinate with my branch as I was so alarmed. Said auto loan is about to be finished supposedly last July 2021 after 5 years payment.
The supposed arrears was caused unduly by BPIMS Insurance which was not allowed by me expressedly to deduct/collect using the autoloan account as the insurance deduction/collection was linked to my active credit card. BPIMS and BPI Family Savings Bank failed to notify me about that transaction, while I continue to pay my autoloan up until May 2021. Then the rest for the months was used for the coordination matters duly agreed with BPI OTC and BPI branch (Calamba).
Recently, I have applied for financial facility, Dominion Leasing Company, to take-out the auto loan from BPI Family Savings Bank (refinancing) however, when in the process of counter-checking with BPI Family Savings Bank head office, Dominion was instead referred to BPI Legal, hence, today, Dominion can not act or approve on my loan application with them.
I am exerting all efforts to pay my arrears, as it is the only option left for me. Dominion is the answer to that.. and the amount needed to take that out is estimated at mere Php120, 000.00 (less penalties).

Covid restrictions and lack of preferred customer and senior citizen recognition
On several occasions I have witnessed and been in the situation of having to wait outside of the Bank due to the stupid and unreasonable Covid restrictions.
Yesterday, I went to the Marcos Hwy Branch of BPI and when we arrived several people were in "Q" awaiting to do get in and do their business. On one side of the entrance the Seniors were seated. (Note: Temp was 90 degrees F, no fans, very hot for Seniors to be placed in that environment.)
The Security Guard let the younger customers in, some customers were allowed in after just arriving while he ignored the Seniors. After an hour I confronted the Guard and demanded to see the manager. After a heated exchange of words between the manager, myself and other seniors waiting in line action was taken to get the Seniors inside. This Guard must be removed!
The problem is this Guard! He has done this to me several times! I am telling you now; If this problem is not fixed I will removed all my monies from BPI.
Rizal in under GCQ now and this bank is only allowing 2 customers inside the bank at a time. This is [censored] and I will not stand for it any longer. Fix it or lose a 20 year customer.
Doing business with this bank is not a privilege. Having me as a customer is a Privilege that the bank must recognize or lose me.

Senior Citizen Account
Some BPI Bank Manager Are unwillingness to help a senior citizen which unable to make online banking. Rude and disrespectful, the senior ask help form her daughter to authorized her transaction on her behalf, unfortunately the bank manager refused to give any solution with regards the matter. The senior is not available the reason why she give authority for her daughter. However, the manager respond "dapat wala sayo ang ATM ng mama mo dahil hindi naman sayo yan" then she also said "pauwiin mo mama mo para siya mismo ang magapply ng mga documanets needed" is this how you treat client? especial a senior pensioner who is unable to make "online banking" instead of giving an alternative solution to help the senior. ungrateful and disrespectful. She shouldn't be a "bank manager"
Withdrawal amount not dispense but deducted from my account
I am Ruel Lenguaje having a savings account opened in BPI Tabunok Talisay, Cebu. Last May 14, 2021 at around 9:31 in the evening, I've made a withdrawal transaction from my account using the ATM machine of Metrobank Talibon Bohol branch. The withdrawn amount of Php 5, 200 that I transacted were not dispense but was deducted from my account. On May 17, 2021 I immediately report to Metrobank to file a complaint regarding the incident. This is the reference # 1720302 of my complaints to Metrobank.
Desired outcome: The withdrawn account will be adjusted back to my account

Lack of urgency on unposted fund transfer concerns reported 1 month ago
Dear BPI,
I would like to file a complaint on the lack of urgency of your customer service team in addressing the reported concern I've raised last Apr 9 thru email and customer service hotline on my unposted fund transfer worth 100K peso.

I have called and sent an email on this topic again with them and even called the recipient bank To validate the transfer (which unfortunately they confirm may not happen due to incomplete bank acct used) thus circling back to BPI to address the concern via instapay.
Due to very slow response which meant a lack of inability to resolve the issue as it happen thus reaching out to you for support.

Why am I deducted for 05sb as I know its for failing the maintaining balance of the account, but as I remember I dont need to have that, first my account is our payroll and the extension I applied dont need to remain or required balance, but now starting marching 31 I ws deducted 300 and another 300 on april 30 sum of 600, pls enlighten me.
My account lacks 1,000php. Where is it?

I called the hotline on March 4, 2021 06:31AM for 16mins using my mobile and my call was handled by a BPI agent named Hillary Conche. I need you to review this call because this agent is accusing me that I have not properly verified my own account and has refused to assist me after being in the call within 16mins. I just want to redeem my rewards. I requested for her supervisor but she kept insisting that I did not provide correct details of the account and that her "supervisor" is engaged which I highly doubt she even checked. I want to know what action you will take on this.
I have sent an email, facebook message, tried to call so many times but this was never handled or resolved.
For anyone planning to get BPI Credit card and any BPI account or services, choose another bank. They dont care about their consumers.

Stolen money from my account
Someone called me from BPI just today at 12:44 PM (January 28, 2021). I wasn't able to get his name but this is the number that he used +[protected]. He is telling me that BPI savings bank and BPI Family savings bank will unite and will have to update each account that they have. I told him that I am under a company and if they want to do an update on our account they should call our admin office first. He told me that they have arranged it already and will be calling each account holder for the update and then for account verification we just have to visit the nearest BPI for our signature and fingerprint. He told me correctly every detail on my account; name, company, and account number. He manages to send me messages with the name BPI in processing the needed codes for updates. So my trust has been created. It was very fast. It was like 5minutes of call. I told him the things that the message tells me coming from BPI including some numbers. Because I feel pressured by what he is saying and that he is encoding the codes in their system I wasn't able to think that it was a fraud or scam. After getting the numbers that I mentioned he hangs up the phone and I check immediately my account through BPI online, my money was all gone. Please help me to trace this person and help me get back my money. It was 48, 000 pesos and it is intended for my life insurance payment. Please help me!
