My account has been suspended for well over 10 business days. I contacted them because I noticed unusual activity on my account. Canceled my debit card and got a new one couldn’t activate it, called and was on hold for over an hour just to be told my account was in a large negative over $10000 which doesn’t even make sense how could my account be overdrawn by that much when I only had $3 in it. They are giving me the run around saying 15 business days the number is constantly going up my school refund is going into the account & I can’t access nor figure out what’s going on. They aren’t helpful and don’t keep their customers updated. Also it’s a horrible place to hold your money because it’s really not secured then you get on the phone with those foreign agents who barely speak English and who barely let you get a word out they are talking over you and you can explain your issues. My account and several other student accounts have been compromised & we are getting no help.
