My Klarna account shows that the refund was "resolved". However, it not only still shows the total due $292.25 but Klarna attempted to withdrawal the total owed funds today, Nov, 6, 2023! I noticed on my bank account Klarna took three payments out of my account on the same day. I called customer service and complained I was told to screenshot my account and they would get back with me. Well, they didn't I have done all I can do. But I want my money back it's not fair that when you don't order anything, and they take your money. Also, they do a credit check my is frozen. I do not have a card on file either. All I want is my money back.
Lowered my purchase power for no reason
I purchase some items with my klarna card. My purchase power (limit) was $257.00 that I could spend. So, I charged some items which brought me to my spending limit. Then I realized that I needed to cancel all the orders so I could get the spending limit back onto my Klarna cause I needed some medical supplies that were more important. Some of the refunds from the canceled orders came through already which is the amount I owe down so I could get the medical supplies I need. Klarna did not give me back my original spending limit. Instead, they lowered it to $158.00 so, I could not purchase my medical equipment. For no reason, they lowered my spending limit. I am not past due on payments and have been a loyal customer for years. I was told by customer service there was nothing she could do about it and there is no real reason or explanation for this decrease. I would like to file a complaint against Klarna's actions. This is not good business practice to do this to good customers.
Desired outcome: My spending limit be increased back to $257.00. I

I bought a pair of trainers for my wife who chose them and I paid for them from my email address, apparently using the Klarna 3 month service. My wife received an email advising the payment had not been made. We had received the trainers so thought this was progressing in the normal manner. Why did she receive the email and not me ? I agreed the order. A phone call to your Customer Service was a waste of time, and it was agreed we would contact Go Outdoors for the second time after they referred us to you. Mohammed from Go Outdoors advised there was nothing to pay you because it had been paid already. I tried to explain this in an email but have not received a satisfactory explanation. My wife received today another email with a late payment fee, which we had not agreed to in our contract with you or Go Outdoors, advising payment should be made. I tried to phone your Customer Service tonight to pay the original but was advised the phones were closed. I them tried your chat service which asks incessantly for sign in details and is as over engineered as I have come across in my professional dealings. I could not get through because you insist on regulated subjects, so it is not a chat service at all, merely a messaging service which cannot be accessed.
I don't think I have ever come across such a long winded method of payment for a simple transaction. Because of communication mistakes between you and Go Outdoors this purchase has been faulty. I do not see why I should pay a late fee because your system is snail like with Go Outdoors. We should not have received the goods until payment had been made. You are not an option I will consider again.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response URGENTLY, and to be able to pay Go Outdoors the original bill. The Customer Service access system is the worst I have ever come across.

I ordered some ceiling lamps back in January. We are in March and I have not received them. I have gotten in touched with both Klarna and the seller and still 4 months after I’m making payments without receiving the product.
As per Klarna the company shipped them and they are still on their way so the order can’t be cancel.

Klarna has my account approved of $400.00 USD and I have $370 remaining left to use. For days in a row, I have been unable to utilize this purchase power remaining. I do not understand why Klarna is saying that my credit history is preventing the order, as I had literally completed all payments on prior orders, and made another small purchase of $30.00 or less.

Purchase never received, lying about sending a refund
This scam company Klarna has failed for ELEVEN WEEKS and counting to send me a $206 refund that they owe me for a purchase NOT received. First in October they claimed a check was sent to my address, which I never received. Then in November they again claimed a check was sent, which of course I NEVER received either! This scam has been going on for nearly three MONTHS. They can provide no proof that anything was ever sent to me. They have a current card of mine on file, why can they not just refund it there?
Desired outcome: SCAM COMPANY NEEDS TO SEND ME MY REFUND.

So I use Klarna for purchases so I can pay in 4 payments. There is one purchase for 140 that I made in early August (over 3 mos ago) and they never filled the order. Klarna STILL has not refunded that. Then I tried to place an Petco order but it never went through according to PEtco due to items out of stock. Klaran STILL charged my checking account 75.00 (first payment on non-existent order).
I know, since the one order is still pending since August, that they don't automatically refund EVER. The person I spoke to over the weekend at Klara said the orders just sit indefinitely until the vendor tells Klarna the order is cancelled.
In the case of Petco there is no order, so Petco won't tell them anything ever. I explained that and Klara still says they cannot help me with my refund and Klara emailed me this am saying the only option is to continue to WAIT. That is UNACCEPTABLE.
Desired outcome: REFUNDS for both the 3 mon old order and refund on petco order that does not exist but Klarna charged anyway

I made a purchase with Klarna, I initially was set on autopay for my transactions with them. Somehow they ended up with my wife's email and began to send her emails and text messages, even though it was me who made the purchase. They could never find my name and was telling me that I had no account with them. They had my account with my wife's name on it. My card ended up expiring and my wife was receiving emails & texts saying that a payment was due. We contacted a representative to help us navigate thru the website to update my card. So after going round and round, we removed the old card information, and entered my banking information. The next month again, they emailed & text my wife stating that the payment was due, now I have a two month payment for $216.00. We called Klarna again, now they tell us that my bank info is not reflecting in their system. My wife is requesting them to remove her email and phone number, they tell her that they are not able to remove the information. Fast forward to month three now I am owing $324.00 still the same thing, contacting them week after week, talking to several different representatives with no results. I was told that the situation was escalated to correct the account, that was not done. So I contact them again, spoke to another representative who stated that my old card information was not updated and my banking info does not reflect in their system, even though I could see the updated information on my end. Needless to say, my wife access their website removed the bank info and we updated the new card info. I called two days later and again, they said that the new card was not updated. After being frustrated, my wife tried again, and low and behold she was able to get in, and thought she would be able to make a payment for $108.16 and they ended up taking $1098.00, then the representative said that my payment was successful. I was literally furious and demanded that payment be canceled, it was a mistake and I wanted to make a payment for $108.16. The representative said they could not cancel the payment and would not be refunding my money, but I could do a chargeback with my credit card company. All this time they couldn't find my name or account, did not have my new banking or updated card information, but all of a sudden told me that my payment was successful. This company KLARNA is nothing but a scam. They're attempting extra payments and hoping you don't notice. They get caught and play games with your account. This was my 1st purchase with them and disappointed how this company operates. They won't send you to anyone that can help you and you get disconnected.
Refund never received
I made a purchase at Macy's with a gift card and what the gift card did not cover I used Klarna for the rest. One of the items was returned and Macy's issued a credit to Klarna and another gift card. When the gift card was not received, Macy's canceled the gift card and sent the balance of that gift card directly to Klarna on July 24th with a reference to credit it to an account at Klarna ending in 3020. (None of my numbers from Klarna or Macy's match that ending number.) The amount paid to Klarna was refunded but the gift card amount ($27.91) was never posted to that Klarna purchase. Macy's insists it is Klarna that must make the adjustment as they have sent the money to them. Klarna says contact Macy's - Macy's says nope, it is Klarna that has to refund as they now have the money. It has been over 21 days and I have made a call and sent chats to Klarna. The call resulted in someone simply saying "Klarna will watch for the refund" and the chats are never answered. So I am out the money apparently.

But then I change my mind. L canceled the order & I called klarna to cancel the alibonnie order and I message alibonnie to cancel however I still received the item, I was forced to purchased. When I tried to return it to china would cost a couple of hundred $! Klarna is aware & they still charge me!

I purchased an item through Klarna on an installment plan. The item was from Farfetch and it was a dress.
The first time I wore the item it became faulty. I returned the dress to Farfetch. The item was delivered and signed for by Farfetch.
The company have refused to process the refund even though the item “was not fit for purpose”. I have spoken to Klarna and they have also refused to process the refund. I have logged complaints via there online system, I have also called them over 6 times with no response.

Billing issues never resolved
I made a $359 purchase with Klarna, I do not use autopay for any of my transactions with them. First bill came, $58 and I paid $100 towards that month. 2nd month came,$56.. and I paid $80. Next month bill came, there was a late fee of $25 and a returned debit for $56 that I did not make. After going rounds with the "chat bot", they said I made a late payment then said I had a returned debit...then they saw that I didn't have "autopay" active on my account and reversed the $25. They did not correct the update on my account for the next bill cycle and included the $25 fee and the $56 to the next month's bill...meaning I now had to pay $147. Another person said that the fee was reversed but I have to make a payment of $112. After another hour with the "chat bot" I was told that he was going to put a hold on my account, not to make a payment until they got a chance to look into the biiling and correct my account. Well the next email I got said they didn't see any issue and that my account is updated and to make a payment for April..to which I paid $80 and april statement showed no minimum payment due..but made the payment anyway. May rolls around and look at that... a Minimum payment due of $90 and that my payment is late... I can just pay the difference and be done with it...but they're trying to get more money from you when they shouldn't be. They're attempting extra payments and hoping you don't notice. They get caught and play games with your account. This was my 2nd purchase with them and I'm not happy with this outcome. the last person.."chat bot" I dealt with, can't read statements and can't help and won't send you to anyone that can help you. You get disconnected. They're not even trying to fix the issue.
Desired outcome: I want my account fixed, an apology for attempting to taking extra payments without my permission and getting caught and trying to blame me for their actions. I want my interest charges taken off for the hassle.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Ten months after returning the merchandise I purchased, I was sent to collections for more than the amount of the item. This was after waiting 4 to 5 months, with a lot of runaround, for the item I purchased. It was horrible. I returned it. They still want their money. CRIMINALS! Don't go there.
Klarna uses bait and switch
Klarna said I have $798 in buying power. I tried to make a $350 purchase on Ticketmaster using klarna and the transaction didn’t go through. I made payments early, paid off purchases early and tried lower amounts with the transactions not going through. The incidents happened on 3-11-22 and 3-10-22.
Desired outcome: Klarna approved the purchases and no more deceitful automated estimated buying power bait and switch ads and probably violations is us truth in lending act.
They did the same thing to me and I had the exact same amount in my purchase power then they dropped my purchase power to 14.00 like how is a 56.00 item declined if I have 786.00 to spend supposedly?! Then nobody could seem to fix my account…. Then they tried to make me pay a big amount for the first payment then 3 small ones not like it was any other time all 4 payments are exactly the same Nope not mines I was told to pay 52.00 for a 100$ product then pay small 3 payments after isnt this SUPPOSED TO BE 4 EASY PAYMENTS OF …. Refund not applied to my account
So I placed an order with Sax Fifth Avenue - I purchased two sandals. The entire order was $308.16 placed on December 17th, 2021. A few days later, Saxs sent me an email stating that one of sandals were not available and therefore was canceled for $75.00 while the other sandal was being shipped for $198 not including tax. I noticed that Klarna still had the full amount due of $308.16. I called Klarna, spoke to several different representatives, they all said Saxs has to refund the account. After speaking with Saxs rep, they said " we did not charge your account until the item is shipped. I have exerted all of my energy playing ping pong with both, Saxs & Klarna and I'm not making any progress by myself nor is any representative actually resolving this issue. I'm not sure what to do. I have proof of emails from both companies, see attached. This has been ongoing for about 1 month now without any resolution. If it means anything, I will be contacting the BBB or consumer affairs, I do not have all this time to go back and forth, this has been too time consuming. One would think this type of issues, should not happen given the fact they are both reputable companies.

Never got my refund
I purchased concert ticket from Ticket Master via Klarna. The concert was cancelled due to COVID19. The $191 was refunded back to Klarna. They said they refunded me on 9/3/21. Its now 12/14/21 and still no funds have been received back into my checking account. I have chatted with them 3x over the last couple weeks. Suppose to have my issue escalated to stay on the chat board for several hours and no response.

The Klarna US division is trying to con us out of over $1, 300 when Etsy even says that the accounts are "paid and processed." We have even filed a BBB Complaint and a Klarna Representative is refusing to respond to them. Etsy keeps telling us that Klarna should close out these accounts, however Klarna is even refusing to listen to Etsy! I don't know what else to do, but go on every social platform and share my experience with Klarna and discourage others of using Klarna in order to protect themselves.
Desired outcome: Close out the accounts as stated by Etsy. They have been paid and processed!
Technical issue/customer service
I've changed my home address around mid-June and updated all my accounts for different services and online shopping. I also informed Klarna, just to make sure i won't face any difficulties in case addresses don't match. I contacted customer service and via the agent my details were updated, since you cannot do that by yourself or from your account. And from that point on, issues started.
On almost every single purchase i wanted to do using Klarna invoice, i kept getting "We cannot verify your address" error. Only maybe once or twice it worked with some providers and then on a second attempt even with them it stopped.
I went back to customer service and informed them and they basically said they can't do anything about it and insisting with the classical so-called "solution" "check if details are correct, make sure if you have paid any outstanding bills or use another payment method". After some time, i got an email from them saying they have fixed it and it 24 hours to try. I tried, indeed one seller accepted my order, others didn't (mind you all the details were correct and there were no outstanding invoices on my account). I recall placing an order on 16th July with Flaconi and 2 weeks later wanting to place another one and again - We could not verify your address. So basically, same seller, lower amount, same buyer, same address, two weeks earlier the system could verify my address, two weeks later it couldn't any more. Story repeated - wrote back to them, they said they fixed it and to try again in 24 hours. Unluckly and unsurprisingly, this time it didn't work at all.
Again, back to the customer service and since then no solution. A back and forth of useless emails with no solutions whatsoever and the last communication on 16 August (so a month later) saying " Sadly theres nothing much I can do right now, since everything is wrote down correctly in Klarna. I forwarded this problem now to another team from Klarna who can look deeper into the issue, these will contact you via e-mail if they figured this out. However I dont know how long this will take, it depends how much work volume they have."
Today, 4th of September, still no answer and still no solving. So 3 months of not being able to use the service and not receiving a sustained follow up nor even an attempt to see what's happening. All i got is time wasted and the impossibility of using the service as before, considering that i have not been provided any concrete answer on 1)why is it happening, 2)what is (might be) it triggering, 3)what has their support/tech service tried to do to fix it.
Moreover, i have repeatedly provided my old and new address, information that they would ask for almost on every contact via the emails exchange, again, with no outcome.
Lastly, my payment history is clean. They have even acknowledged that (and that it is not a reason for rejection).
I'm hopeless and infuriated by such a service! And when you think i want to pay them, not viceversa!
