It's so outdated and difficult to navigate. I've had multiple issues trying to access my account and make payments online. It's just a hassle every time. I would not recommend Barnhall Financial Services Inc to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a different company to work with.

This company ain't much helpin' at all. They ain't offerin' any assistance durin' this whole thing goin' on. They just keep pushin' for payment or takin' back cars. Other car loan companies give extensions, but not this one. Their customer service is real bad. I spoke with a lady named Laken and she's always pushin' things. Honestly, they don't give a darn. They're just a low-end company tryin' real hard to stay open.

Reportin false information on my credit report and then callin me laughin about it. I can't believe the audacity of Barnhall Financial Services Inc. They messed up my credit report and had the nerve to find it funny. It's like they don't even care about the impact it has on people's lives. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I wouldn't trust them with my financial matters ever again.

I tried to pay my car note with my credit card, but they said they don't take credit cards from black low-income folks. I was really offended by their comments and I didn't appreciate it.

They are so rude. I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. I purchased a car in October, paid money down, and was told to wait for them to send me paperwork in the mail regarding my account number and such. I didn't receive anything about how and where to make my payment. My car got repossessed for being 10 days late on my car note, but I was told my car payment wasn't due until 45 days after I got the car. I still haven't received anything. I had to Google their number just to find them. I was told I had to pay off my whole car because I missed my first payment. None of that makes sense in any way. Paying my car note was never an issue. The people who answer the phone are rude as heck. No one tried to help me. I wasted my hard-earned money on a down payment I can't get back based on lies. They stated they have been calling me, but I haven't received one call from them. I've been calling for a week. I called the place where I got the car from, and they stated that a Matthew would give me a call back. I never received it.

On November 20th/21st, my car got towed around 10pm. I waited until the next morning to find out why it was towed, and an employee told me it was because my car payment was 40 days late. But that was not true at all. Then, she started calculating my balance and said she would call me back in an hour after talking to her boss. But instead, she called back in just 5 minutes. She said they added an extra monthly charge to my balance that I didn't know about and wasn't informed of, along with a $150 towing fee. I couldn't pay my balance on their website for some reason, and they told me I had to pay over the phone. I told them it was difficult for me because I only have wifi and my laptop. They didn't give me any other options, which led to my car being towed. My phone is broken, so paying online is easier for me, especially if my car is towed! They told me they didn't have to discuss anything with me and could add whatever they wanted because it's in my contract. I stayed polite and went ahead with scheduling a pickup date for my car. But when I tried to do that, they refused to give me my car for a new reason. Now they're saying that my tracker came out and I can't get my car until it's fixed. How can I do anything without a car that was towed for no reason or at least not the reason they initially gave? So now that I know I can't get my car for a whole new reason, I thought I could at least pay the outstanding balance they gave me. I tried to do it online, but I was still blocked with a new minimum balance! So basically, they gave me one way to pay, took it away, and then took my car while adding extra fees that I didn't know about, including the towing fee. I have missed holidays, doctor's appointments, and my children are missing school. I only wanted fairness, but instead, I was treated rudely and heard racial comments. Nothing but rudeness. I am so sad and tired. This goes way beyond 2000 characters.
