Outstanding Customer Service and Quality: My Review of Barrington Bags
My experience with Barrington was top notch! I purchased a Barrington Belmont Cabin bag and St Charles Yacht Tote about 5 years back, and I wanted to add another bag to my collection which would match the previous pieces. I looked online, but the pattern was no longer available. So, I contacted your customer service team and they were fabulous! I sent them a picture of my beloved pattern and they recreated it perfectly. They were able to design a gorgeous new St Anne Zipper tote to complete my set.
The new bag is incredible and exhibits the same quality, brightness, and cleanliness as my well-loved 5-year-old luggage set. You can't even recognize that I purchased these bags separately.

Barrington Gifts Website: A Frustrating Experience with Ups and Downs
I gotta tell ya, I had some issues with Barrington Gifts' website, not gonna lie. It ain't the easiest to use, boss. I tried to log in a few times as a client and it kept telling me my email address wasn't recognized, even though it was supposed to think I had an account already. I mean, come on, right?
Also, lemme tell ya, when I wanted to customize my order with different leathers, I couldn't see 'em until the very end of the process. That's not cool. I think they should show the different leathers from the get-go, 'cause you can get a whole different vibe, ya know?

Believe me now when I say, I've tried whippin' a few stern words at FedEx about this little hiccup, but it ain't just you guys - it's every retailer usin' FedEx. At the end of the day, I just wish there was some way I could choose my delivery option, whether that darn packager's comin' by UPS or good old USPS. See, I'm what they call a convenience retailer - orderin' stuff online is quick, easy, and a heck of a lot more convenient than having to zip on over to pick up my package myself. It's not that I don't love your products - I do love 'em, I really do - it's just that when it comes down to it, I gotta take time out of my day to go pick 'em up, and that's just not happenin' as much as I'd like it to. All in all though, I'll still be a loyal customer, 'cause I just can't resist those Barrington Gifts goodies - they're that good!

Hey there, so I gotta tell ya about my experience at Barrington. I was really psyched to get my mom a dope gift for Mother's Day, so I ordered from their site ahead of time and crossed my fingers it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, it didn't come until the Monday after Mother's Day, which was a real bummer. I mean, I get it that things are crazy with shipping and all, but I was still kind of pissed.

And I was like, "Okay, that's kind of chill of them to make up for it." I mean, it doesn't totally make up for missing Mother's Day, but I appreciate the gesture.
Now, here's where things get kind of wack. I found out that Barrington's products are made in China, which is like, not really cool with me. I mean, I get that they gotta keep costs low and all, but with all the craziness going down with the pandemic, I just feel kinda weird about relying on China for our stuff. Like, what if something goes wrong? What if there's another outbreak? I just think it's safer and smarter to make stuff in the USA.
