Hi I had the exact same issue as everyone else. I did their $2 free trial and when I tried to cancel within 48 hours I wasn't able to. I contacted the company twice during the 48 hour period trying to get it cancelled and no one had gotten in contact with me. I called the number that was on this website but it was their domain name and they said if I felt they were abusing their services and scamming people to contact [protected]@web.com so they can avoid this from happening again. They also suggested to contact my bank in order to get my money back because the company is not going to do it. I strongly suggest people write to the abuse email and report this website. They are doing this scam and are charging an arm and a leg for it. I hope you all find it helpful and get your money back.

I subscribed for the $20 membership but I had seen you guys charged me $59! I did not want that membership and I canceled my subscription 5 minutes later. I want a full refund because you guys are scammers. Unacceptable. I will take legal action if not given my full refund back. My email is gporanski96@gmail.com

I need to cancel my subcription with your company, the service is very difficult to use and there is no customer services at all. cancel my services now. I ask for help to sign in and I email and the answers was very poor and I was not able to resolve my problem. I am in school and i do not have any time to waiting with this program.

I know your site doesn't accept refunds, but I signed up for a premium membership by mistake. I forgot I already had a standard account I paid for on here. I've already cancelled my premium subscription, so if I could please get my $59.85 back soon, that would be great, thank you!

Stay away from this company. They lead you to believe that you will have a free trial and the next day they charged my credit card $59.95. I emailed them immediately to cancel and they told me there are no refunds. Save yourself. Unethical and horrible customer service.

DO NOT USE! This company is not a legitimate site. They take your money and will not refund it, they have no phone number to call back. Please, I have been teaching for years at a top US private school. Do not use!

I unsubscribed from bartleby months ago and yet they are still charging me $9.99 monthly even though i checked so many times if i'm unsubscribed, turns out I am but they're are still charging me for it. It's getting really tiresome! I would like a refund from what i've been charged! This is ridiculous.

I bought 7 days for 7 dollars and they asked me to buy 30 dollars for a month after 7 days
But this website didn't notice me know the remaining max days I have. So, you automatically charged my money, It is 30 dollars. I Will never buy anything in Bartley again if you don't refund my money.

They kept my account information which I erased so that I would not be charged after trial and they charged my account.. that's stealing! When I saw they had stolen my money I contacted them immediately but they insisted on keeping my $30 as I looked online they membership is only 9.99 why the hell did they take $30!

I've cancelled my subscription with Bartleby since March and they've been systematically charging my card nonstop since then. They also do not reply to any messages sent through their portal.
