Bata India review: naturalizer shoe

Around 8/9 months back I bought a pair of Naturalizer Shoes from your South City, Kolkata Bata store . But a month back, the shoe pasting got detached resulting in inability to use it further . The said store, while regretting the inconvenience, advised to lodge complaint with product code 554 8208 . Since Dec '19, I am pursuing complaint No. BM-152906, but no response has been received . Pl. convey your decision immediately, so as to enable me to decide on my further course of action, as I am still retaining the defective product without any resolution of my genuine grievance .
