cusinart 5-1 griddler
I purchased the griddler10/26/15 from Bed, Bath & Beyond. I am totally dissatified with it. The grease does not drain into drip pan, just lies on the grid (my as well fry a hamburg in frying pan), I tried tilting it back a little, then just runs on the counter. NOW, the coating is wearing off one of the grids. For $100 and the cusinart name, I expect alot more than this. I can count on one hand, the number of times that I had to wash out even a drop of grease from the drip pan. I called your 800 #, girl told me I would have to send this back to you, I am not paying to ship it back to you, cost me more than it is worth. I am including a copy of my receipt. Can't seem to insert my copy of receipt, I copied & pasted it but wouldn't come through.

worst customer service and online experience
Never purchase anything online from this company. I had to placed an order with someone on the phone because there is no place on their website to add my promotion code. They were able to place my order with my promo code, however I received an email from the purchase department 2 days later asking me to call them [protected] - no one ever picks up and their answering machine says they will call back within 24 hours (never happened because it seems like no one works there). I was forced to call several times per day and still nothing. Then I was forced to call customer service and they can't do anything about it because it's not their department. I'm currently waiting on the phone to speak to someone who can do something, anything about my purchase. What a waste of my time.
First of all, customer service rep can't do anything so I ask to speak to the manager. I get on the phone with jennifer who places me on hold while she tries to call this processing/purchase department. Obviously she can't a hold of anybody because it doesn't seem like anyone works there! Jennifer cancels my order and gives me back the promo code with new expiry date so I can walk into one of their stores to purchase my order. Promo code never ends up in my email or on my account and so here I am again - waiting on the phone with customer service. Jennifer isn't picking up so I tell this new customer service rep to patch me through to any manager! Anybody who can help because their customer service reps are useless! If they can't send promo codes then why do they work there and what are they good for? So pathetic they can't even distribute promo codes that have expiration dates. Bed bath and beyond will be the next company to go like sears and like target in canada - with this type of online service, they won't survive the digital age of shopping.

Incredibly long lines for checking. Only one employee was working. Slow like a snail. I think I was waiting for about 30 minutes, so I decided not to wait and just left the line. The second cashier appeared out of nowhere and asked the first one about me not in a very polite manner. Kind of where's this tall white guy who was just staying here? Did he leave?
Other people from the line could have heard it and I think that was rude...

I've purchased something from this website and must say that there is a big difference between what they show you on their website and what you actually receive. I was not satisfied with my purchase, because it was nothing what I expected. Their products definitely are not the worst, they are fine, but not worth the price. Workmanship, material - everything is rather cheap and poor. I would not recommend Bed Bath & Beyond to anyone. There are better sites out there.
impossible to get a refund!!
I made an order with Bed Bath & Beyond and never received my stuff. They did not reply to my messages and when I called they did not pick up. Since there was no way to reach them I contacted PayPal and BBB. I opened a dispute and only then someone from Bed Bath & Beyond finally contacted me! I wasted almost two weeks just to get some response. They promised me a refund and it is now almost two months later and still no money. Now they say that the refund was processed! Looks like this is not the end and that I will have to fight for my money!
New coffee machine hasn't been sent
My husband ordered coffee machine from the company www.bedbathandbeyond.com. 20 business days and he finally received the order, but the machine was wrong and defective as well. He spoke with the seller, who excused and told that they would easily change the machine. But 3 weeks have passed and the seller hasn’t provided any information about the machine. My husband contacted him through the website, sent emails and tried to call, but the seller hasn’t reacted. Help us.
They stopped to reply and I didn't get money back
We bought coffee machine from the company www.bedbathandbeyond.com. It was real disaster. I waited 4 weeks and heard some fake promises about the delivery. The seller found different excuses and blah-blah, when I asked where the order was. After 4 weeks of waiting and hearing his lies, I finally decided to obtain money back, but there was another problem. The seller stopped to communicate with me. Liars.

I ordered set of towels from the website www.bedbathandbeyond.com. The company is real scam, ‘coz they provided the confirmation info. But they have sent me wrong sizes of the towels. I returned the whole order back, but after that the seller informed me that my desired towels were sold out. I asked for refund, but after 10 days I still haven’t received it. BEWARE OF TEXT OFFERS! They sent me a 20% off coupon in the mail and it said text this code to this number for 20% off one item and you will receive your code to use mobile online so I text the code to the number and get a response --"YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR CODE IN ONE WEEK" Really? One week ...I'm trying to buy Christmas gifts ...you think I'm going to sit around for a WEEK and wait for a code for 20% off ...hahahaha. So I just went to Amazon and found it cheaper anyway. BOGUS!

I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond store in Cedar Park for an item that was advertised in the Sunday paper. They did not have the item in that store, but offered to get it online for me and ship it free. I was assured that I would receive it in eight days. It was not even shipped for eight days. It is now twelve days later and I haven't seen my package and FedEx doesn't even recognize the tracking number they submitted to me. I could have driven about fifteen minutes to another location and purchased the product. I chose the online option because I despise driving in heavy traffic. Never again will I darken their door as I also despise being deceived more than I despise heavy traffic. I hope the product (exercise equipment for the pool) is better than the service or it will be headed back.

I recently bought a Ninja 1000 blender from Bed Bath & Beyond.. I used it to make a smoothie;. First I crushed ice with which the blender did a very good job, then I added the rest of the ingredients:. After pouring it in my daughter's glass, she spitted out something'. It was a 1 cm long by 4 mm wide piece of plastic in the shape of a small dagger|. We were horrified to think that she could have swallowed that, . It turns out that the inner section from the top of the blender seems to have chipped off! It almost seems that someone chiseled the inside.. I took pictures of everything and obviously I'm planning to return it ASAP.

Worst managerial staff ever in triangle mall in raleigh, nc. They did not follow tornado drill training in the April 2011 raleigh nc tornado. A woman from Sanford told me that the same tornado flattened buildings and it was headed towards us. The managers were outside taking pictures of debris on their phones and encouraged others outside to witness lightening and debris. The manager was suppose to make an announcement, he never did. Instead two people walked out the door minutes before the storm hit. The manager never took the employees off their registers..they were 10 feet from glass windows and customers were right behind them..hmmn let me see 165 mph winds and glass windows..thats not going to stop a tree or car from coming into the store and killing people.The manager had no idea that a heart patient and a bunch of people were in the bathroom with a flashlight and chairs that I brought to them. One employee, not a manger, helped out by bringing water and a radio. What were these managers thinking?!? Their immaturity and stupidity could have gotten people killed.

Purchased bed sheets which did not last more than two years, the fabric shredded; washed the towels the first time and they snagged, second time the edge seams came apart. Spent over $1, 000 within two years and have purchasd crap made in China!

I bought two products for Xmas gifts at Bed Bath and Beyond and sent in the paperwork for my $50.00 rebate on each product. A few weeks later I received a notice from the Rebate Center that one of the rebates would not be honored due to lack of proof. I got a hold of a rep at the Rebate Service Center who figured out that it was their mistake and said that the problem was remedied and that I would be indeed receiving both of my rebate checks. Fast forward a month - I had received one check but not the other but continued to wait it out to be sure that they had probably screwed up again. I called the "SERVICE" number again at the Rebate "SERVICE" Center only to find that there was now - no way - on God's green earth that I was ever going to speak to a rep again. I went to the Rebate site but could only "chat" with a rep. The story was too long and convoluted for a chat - I asked to "SPEAK" with a rep but was told to call the "SERVICE" number. I explained to two different "chat" reps that the number just offers recordings and then hangs up. They just kept referring me back to the bogus "SERVICE" number. I instead drove to the store and the manager there honored the rebate as I had kept all of my paperwork regarding it. MY time - my gas money - my frustration. How simple it could have all been if Bed bath and Beyond cared about customer service.
I get that "chat" reps are less expensive for companies and I do a lot of business online for that reason too - but when someone calls my company to "SPEAK" w/someone regarding "CUSTOMER SERVICE" - you better bet they speak to someone! Bed Bath and Beyond - you saved a few bucks on a phone call - but trust me - you lost a customer in the process! If you can't properly service your customers - you don't deserve them...
P.S. If the other check does arrive - I am giving it to my attorney to put into an escrow account. Let's see Bed Bath and Beyond work as hard as I did - to obtain what at that point - will be rightfully theirs. Here is clue Bed Bath and Beyond - if you call - enjoy the recordings.

I placed an order in June 25 2023 never received the order. They took $42.01 from my bank account. Order number 57187.
I have made several complaints, still got no response. I'm going to go to my bank and file a complaint with them for fraud by Bed Bath and Beyond.

What your company is doing to silence conservative voices is not only going down a slippery slope but it is also following the very dangerous trend in our nation to marginalize those who support free thought and conservative values. I am sure I am not alone in this but wanted to express my thoughts. The USA has always valued free speech and if companies like you try to shut off those who think independently, then you are joying the mob attack mentality of those who promote that agenda. Please reconsider your decision to block the sale of items like MyPillow because of this issue. Stand up for freedom of speech and stand proud for it. Your decision will only lead to more mob pressure where you will end up blocking many others who don't think like the mob.

I am a frequent shopper at the BBB store in Brookfield, WI. Tonight was the first time I've experienced poor and unprofessional customer service. I walked up to the register, I wasnt greeted. I asked the cashier there wete any coupons, she answered "no, only if we sent them to you", I said there are no coupons out anywhere she sais no. Real flat.
Continuation: I spoke to the manager who was very flat and try to excuse the cashier's response to me regarding any available coupons. He didnt really appear to be concerned by a unhappy customer and the cashier's behavior. That is why im sharing my experience.
I pulled up a coypon my friend sent to me and told the cashier I had a coupon that was online and the store didnt have to send them out. She snatched the scanner; scanned my phone. She snatched the receipt and a pen and tossed them on the counter. I asked her of she were made because she slammed/tossed the reciept and pen. She said thst she could put them on the counter and that she wasnt made. She then grabbed the final receipt amd tossed it on the counter. I asked her to place my reciept in the bag.
First of all, what a big mistake to leave my 20% off coupon on one in-store item at home. I went in to the store located in Franklin TN on Cool Springs Blvd to purchase a Cuisinart Panini Maker. I tried to use the mobile text offer to get the discount but get this... the coupon doesn't arrive for 24 hrs! Anyway, they refused to work with me on avoiding the time and expense to return and get the appliance in time for my Mom's birthday. Seriously? I asked for the manager and district manager's names which they obliged. So, we ordered the Panini Maker from Amazon for just a few dollars more than the 20 OFF net price. (Free shipping by the way). A few things that I hope they consider as I'm going to share my story on various websites and their corporate office. My parents own a cabin rental business and maintain the properties with everything that Bed Bath and Behind the Times sells. My parents are just DYING for a reason to see overpriced brick and mortar Neanderthals who play discount games close their doors. Oh well, I hope 30 bucks was worth it!
