I bought the subscription of BetterMe Pilates app in Feb 2023 as follows. My cancellation was made in late March, so I was told that it should be cancelled in May. However, AUD49.99 is still charged this month again.
I deleted the app from my phone as soon as I made the cancellation so that the system could see that I never used it again after that.
Please stop charging asap. I will send a dispute to AMEX for this month's charge if the company is not going to amend and erase it.
