Over charged
The food's not that good tasting it has a lot of sodium and preservatives of it. I never lost any weight.
Now i'm stuck paying a fee of a hundred and forty five dollars just to cancel it for the next month. That sucks that's why i'm running this review

I have called two times today and was left waiting for over an hour. If calls are that busy there should be a call back at least. This is total nonsense. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I am calling, now writing, because normally my orders get shipped out within a day. Mine is sitting there why? This is not the normal. I cancelled back in April 2024. They started up my delivery again in May by their own accord, so I called and cancelled again in June. I prepaid for two months. I placed my first order and with it I was able to apply coupons for free items. When I received the dry food order, it was incorrect. I had to wait on the phone for 1 hour to find out what to do. I was told to return the box of dry food with the free food items. The frozen food had not shipped and was cancelled. They then told me to re order. When I did this, I was not able to apply the coupons to the order for the free items because they had been used already. So I was going to end up paying $19.99 for return shipping, lost a $10 coupon and lost 40 free items. The customer service agent just wanted to get me to place an order and told me that after they received my returned items I should call them and they would credit me the $19.99 in shipping, credit me the $10.00 coupon and re apply the free items to my next order. I called back after confirming with federal express that they had delivered my order. I waited on hold for 1 hour again to speak to a customer service agent. She told me that I was miss informed by the previous agent and that they could not apply the coupon codes once they are used.
When I told her that this was shady of the previous agent to tell me that to get me to re place an order. Their mistake is now costing me money and I wanted to cancel my membership. I was told that I would be charged $125 and the frozen items could not be returned.

I signed up and paid for this program. It was about $457.00. A week later, it is further reduced to under $400. Nutrisystem will not refund the difference. The customer service ( two of them) who handled my request to cancel this product after one shipment were rude, unprofessional and determined to charge me the $125. Nor did they try and offered me other potential solutions. This was even after I explained there appeared to be mouse droppings in the dry box full of food that they delivered to me. To me they were Clearly unsympathetic and lacked empathy to my concern and issues. They didn't even discuss that they would look into my issues and get back to me.
However, they were sure to tell me that I would have to pay the $125. They did this by way of charging my original credit card information from my first order when I signed up two weeks ago. In other words, they kept my credit card information and then, as soon as I got off the phone with them, they immediately charged my credit card account $125 even after all of the issues I raised and, stating I did not want to pay this cancellation charge of $125. (They probably charged my card while we on the phone. That's what the credit card statement showed.) This was after I stated I do not want to pay that, the box and possible mice droppings, the expense overall.
The lack of sensitivity to the customer was frustrating, maddening and really, incredible in this day and age of full refunds or partial refunds and maybe even a "Sorry" it didn't work out with most on line companies.
Stay tune... I'm going to attempt to return the box and see if they will honor their "guarantee or your money back... just return the unused food"
Go with someone else if you have the time to research weight loss products and services.

Company makes it near impossible to cancel a subscription. You must call a [protected] number to cancel. Then you get pushed to consultant who wants you to complete surveys. No matter how much you tell them you no they continue with the survey. Instead of forwarding you to customer service or offering any help, you get hung up. Try to call back for customer service you are either left on hold or pushed again to a consultant. Online is no better. Still cannot cancel my subscription.

Nutrisystem autoship with qvc
I hope you can help me with this problem. I ordered nutrisystem diet plan from qvc at the beginning of this month. Received first month without problem. Was notified by email from qvc that they are unable to fulfill my october order. It is on backorder. This is so frustrating! I began the nutrisystem program september 4th 2023. I thought this plan would help me to lose weight. I have been trying to cancel the emails I am receiving for over three months. I receive 3 emails every day. I have been trying to cancel them every day. I called and talked to someone named Jenna on the 18th of August 2023 and was told that my email was removed and it would take 7 to 10 business day to remove me from their last. (the same as their website). I waited 20 business days and I am still receiving the emails.

Delivery
I ordered June 1st for July’s order.
For august I changed items, and did so earlier so you would have time to process the changes, and for my convenience.
I was going to cancel for September and October on the 1st of September, as previously, but the frozen items arrived today, Earlier again. I thought it was an error of some kind.
I don’t understand, unless you send orders earlier each month.
I now have so many meals that I don’t have freezer space. I’ll be discarding food that I have to pay for. Tell me how to cancel Oct and resume shipment to receive November’s order by November 5th.
Please don’t send any dry items for September or October, as I will not be here to get them.
No one can afford this mistake, especially one on SS, which I am.

Incorrect frozen order not resolved since apr03.
Started plan/order dated Mar30 for non frozen/dated for Apr03 frozen (?). No Problems with non-frozen. The initial frozen order C180786452 showed 12 frozen dinners MEALS for TWO. Received ONLY 7 MEALS for TWO. Could not start plan. Takes until an order dated Apr 12 to receive 3 MEALS for TWO on frozen order number D181034441, and 2 single meals (not for 2) on frozen order C181053496. Still short 1 Meal for 2 as of today Apr24.
Have called at least 6-7 times, and with the excellent exception of Janet who helped me get "started", your customer service agents do not listen, are rude and condescending, and just could not care less.
My second non frozen Partner Plan shipment arrived Sunday. No word whatsoever on the frozen as of midnight April24. Have sent emails to customer service, and tried the chat BOT. All I get back is script communication that answers nothing.
I have been a fan for many years, but this time, you are not concerned about shipment accuracy, or customer service. Look, I can understand a mistake when customer service action is taken to correct the problem. But there is NO ONE at Nutrisystem so far that can listen, take action, and deliver what has been paid for.
We are completing our 2nd week on Thursday, but still, we do not have a dinner for Thursday night after all this time.
Can someone please help?

Frozen meals
Meals were received timely and stored upon receipt. However, upon opening the dinner and lunch frozen entries, all were spoiled. I contacted Nutrisystem to request a replacement, however, was told the only thing the company was willing to do was compensate me $30 off my next month's order. As a result, I am out 14 paid for meals without any recourse.

Nutrisystem Delivered to Incorrect Address
Good Afternoon,
I received an email stating my frozen food items were delivered to my old address. When I placed my order on 01.25.23 my new address was updated. (For security reasons I don't want to put in my address or phone number) I had to leave work, and pick up my frozen food, and bring back to my home. I was not compensated for the hours lost at work, which is a tremendous
inconvenience.
I respect your company standards, however I would expect to get some form of compensation for this disadvantage of service.

I updated my order before Christmas because there were items that were discontinued, and items I no longer wanted and thought I would try different items. I received my box today with 15 dinners they substituted that I did not order and refused to send items I had ordered and only would do a 30 dollar credit and nothing for the other 20 snacks that I had changed. I have been a member for 2 years and my husband for over a year. I am extremely upset at the lack of help/cooperation for this company.

Customer service policies
I changed my plan to A La Carte and was told I could order food as needed. What they didn't tell me was that I would still be auto shipped the protein shakes...every month. I like them but as I had lost the weight I didn't need them every month. Went on the website (more than once) and thought I had cancelled it. Even removed my credit card, or so I thought. Still getting 2 tubs of the protein shakes every month. I called and spoke to someone who went into my account and did whatever was necessary to stop that and said I could still order the food but would have to call to do it. She noticed that another shipment of the shakes was on the way and explained that I could return them for a refund and she also mentioned that she gets lots of calls about this. I said I didn't think I should have to pay the return freight as I hadn't ordered it. She said to call and they would issue a return receipt...even asked which was closer Fedex or UPS? To me return receipt meant they would pay the return freight. Well, the shakes arrived today and I called to get the return receipt. Now I am being told that Nutrisystem does not do that. And after a long explanation was still told Nutrisystem does not do that. I was very happy with the program and planned to continue ordering to maintain the weight loss. Now you have a very unhappy customer who will share that with friends and family and am no longer a customer. All this over the return freight but apparently you all have so many customers that someone who was a happy customer is disposable. Not happy, C. Jewett

Nutrisystem cancellation fee
I called Nutrisystem to cancel my next shipment and they are still charging my card $125 cancellation fee. They claim it is part of the terms and conditions, their publicity say cancel anytime. No business should be allowed to obligate a customer to purchase a second round of products for which they were not satisfied with.
Nutrisystem is 30 days worth of food. Obviously it takes time to determine if the program is right for you. I called with a logical and reasonable amount to of time to cancel and assess that I am dissatisfied with the product.
They are simply taking advantage of people with fine print and unlawful obligations.
I demand the $125 cancellation fee be refunded. Also I deleted my credit card from the website minutes before calling to cancel the auto-order, therefore if they charge my card that means they are keeping my confidential credit card information on file without my consent.
I still have not received confirmation cancellation email.

First I love your products and have lost weight, but your service is not tolerable!
I have had three frozen orders delivered completely “Un-Frozen” Poor Service!
Recently I received and email the my portion of my NON FROZEN order had shipped charged my credit card $546.21 9/09/2022. NEVER ARRIVED!
The Frozen portion on my order arrived UN-FROZEN! I called on 09/09/2022 and complained and your Associate credit my account with a refund of $206.51. I also asked her to cancel my entire Account and refund the $339.70 for the NON FROZEN PORTION of my monthly order, She said it had already shipped.
Well today is 9/15/2022 and I still have not received the NON FROZEN portion of my order? I hit the tracking # Fed/Ex today 9/17/2022 and it still shows it never left your plant in Chambersburg, Pa. Label created 9/09/2022.
Please credit my account at once with $339.70 for order not received!
I hope that your Senior management take corrective steps to resolve continuing service problems.

Good that was sent to me and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for days . The online said my next order will be 10/10/22 but was sent on 9/13/22
I have been on NutriSystem for about 3 months . The service I received in the month of September was very unsatisfactory. I was charged $439 and prior months I paid $349. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for over 4 days holding for about 1 hr. I wanted to delay my order because I am out of town for 10days and when I get back I have to throw away the food it will be left in the hot Sun . The associate who attended to me was of no help. I asked to speak to a manager or Supervisor I was told Nutrisystem doesn’t have any Supervisors. I then cancelled any further order from your company. This is a very sad time in my life , I wanted to be able to lose weight and feel good about myself and all I feel now is sadness that I was taken advantage off. I cannot understand why I have to accept an order that I don’t want. I cannot tell anyone my experience with your company was excellent. Thanking you for a prompt response to my complaint

My delivery
My cold delivery was left in the sun on August 28th, 2022 and the dry ice was gone. I have been told to discard this food. I have tried the other food and I am requesting that my money be refunded.
Another box of frozen items is on the way but I could not talk to anyone to cancel this replacement. I have tried several times either by email or by phone to cancel this order.
I am requesting that my money be refunded and someone can pickup the food from my porch, which is covered and out of the sun.

Can Nutrisystem please stop spamming me with shady emails?
For a few months now. i get shady email from NutriSystem. 30 emails a week. Even if i block them. I get new spoofed emails. It is really annoying. Just go away. I dont want to buy anything from you. And i never did.
This amount of emails. is tantamount to harassment. And i already reported it to my local consumer agency that deals with this stuff. I live in Europe btw. This kind of stuff. Especially with personal data. Is highly frowned upon.
So please stop. And leave me alone.
