I approached your customer support on the 22.8.23 as I saw you had charged me twice for Pilates and also I wanted to make sure that I had canceled all subscriptions. I sent 4 reminders on this and only on the 12.9.23 did I get a reply - but only a partial reply where support stated "we can confirm that it has already been canceled. Moving forward, there will not be any renewal fees associated with it." but did not respond at all regarding the double charge. The same date I answered your support asking what about the double charge, but no response has been made - in addition on the 18.9.23 I saw that I had been charged again for a subscription that was cancelled and confirmed by support that it was cancelled and sent support an email regarding this and regarding the previous double payment that was made in August but have still not received any response!

This behavior is outrageous and I intend to publish this customers can be aware of this !1. I want full payback of double charge of 296.48 NIS

2. I want full payback of renewal of subscription that was cancelled of 249.99 NIS

3. I want confirmation that you will not charge my card ever again! and no subscription will be renewed EVER!

Desired outcome: Full payback!
