Hi my name is Louise Catt, I first saw the BetterMe Trail Wall Pilates 28 day Plan on Instagram, on 26th June 23. It was a trail plan only which was advertised at a special price. I was offered a plan at 14.71€ . And this payment was instantly taken from my account.
I was excited to start but unfortunately, I could only do the plan for 4 days as I was experiencing pain in my neck, shoulders and back. So I decided to stop doing the Pilates plan.
I didn’t think anymore about it, as I had only agreed and payed for the 28 day trail. But looking at my bank statement I noticed BetterMe had taken a further 37.50€ form my account under the title of BetterMe Nutrition. I looked at my BetterMe account and this is a new and separate plan which I did not agree to.
So I first contacted BetterMe on 1st Aug 23, and they replied, giving me an ID 5735949 and said they would get back to me hopefully with a (human) response ASAP.There words.
I emailed them again 8th Aug 23 no reply, so I thought I would give them more time to answer.
By 22nd Aug 23, I still hadn’t heard anything so I emailed them again.
They replied giving me another ID 6047548, and asked me to look for a solution on their Help Centre section. I tried this but the link doesn’t open .
The email also said to check out other articles again the link doesn’t open.
I have been patient and feel I have giving them enough time to give an explanation and refund the money.
So now I am writing to you in the hope you can help. I have sent you a photo of proof that I didn’t continue with the plan.m
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded the 37.50€ for an item that I didn’t request from them.
