Good morning on Saturday 4/8/2023 i was at a lukoil gas station in New Jersey at 27 Rt 4 east i was there trying to buy some gas when the attendant rudely begin talking very harsh to me saying i don't have time for this [censored] it became a heated verbal exchange between the two of us he then threw my my money at me I then knock some candy on the floor. He then went and got a bat and bust my window of my 2019 GLS Mercedes Benz SUV causing $1,100 dollars in damages. He stated in front of the police officers for me to bring my receipt for the window and he would gladly reimburse me. This morning i go by the gas station and now he is telling to see the owner before i take this to civil court and press charges i would like for this matter at hand to be dealt with. A police report was filled by the 3 officers who arrived on the scene.

Today around 830am I entered 3513 US Route one southbound a Lukoil gas station with a Mart that plays lottery for its customers. I frequent this mart often and from time to time I play lottery usually one or two numbers at a time.

I noticed the clerk taking lottery numbers verbally and issuing tickets to the patrons in line before me. When it was my turn the clerk and his supervisor displayed frustration and anguish hostility towards me and at the same time directing him instructing me to use a slip or he would not issue me a ticket. I complied with filling out a slip for one ticket and I expressed my dislike and concern for how I was being treated. The supervisor then commence to shut the machine off refusing and denying me the remaining lottery business I had there at the mart. The clerk then put an out of service sign And told me to leave the store as I recorded his actions. I expressed to him that this behavior is intolerable and unethical. I’ve already lodged a verbal complaint under case number 221441. And I am unable to receive a copy of that complaint so i am sending a written complaint to the same.

Went to Lukoil on 344 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 pump #4 on 9/9/22 @17:59 for a quick $10 of gas for a quick run to the bank. I had 17 miles left when I pulled up and when done I had gotten 2.733 gallons but my mileage readout did not go up. I figured maybe it will update but nope. Drove away and 10 miles later nothing. Seems like there may be a faulty pump on #4. With $10 on average there is a 60 to 68 mile addition with current prices.

I am writing in regards to overcharge at this lukoil gas station at stelton road in south Plainfield NJ.,they have gas priced at 3.81/gallon on Aug 26 at about 9:30 am I filled up my tank with about 15.85 gallons the price should be $61 fewcents but the attendant charged $75 as per pump reading , I brought it up to the manager sunce I didn’t have the receipt they did not pay me back $15 which the attendant pocketed they must have been doing this with other people as well please look into this.

I went to gas station if I could put on my credit card is no it’s was I think it’s fair I had paid cash for the guy stupid you need fire him. I want money back it’s ridiculous I have paid for his mistake you need hire better people I am really angry and mad angry with gas station I will never go back station after I want he did. He should paid for his mistake if fix the I will go police department

I am tired of this they get away with everything I am done with Spanish people

Yesterday 5/26/19 i was at the Luk Oil at 1445 Old York Road Abington PA 19001 when pump #9 malfunctioned. I chose regular unleaded and pushed the button, I didn't see a light nor a confirmation that it was going to pump that type of gas however since I did press that button I assumed it would. Instead when I got my receipt it gave me premium. I got 14 gallons which should have been 2.95 gallon instead I was charged 3.49 which was about $8 I was overcharged. I come there every week and get the same gas and when I tried to explain to the attendant he just pointed to the receipt and would not listen to me. Very disappointed at the customer service there and will most likely go to the Sunoco across the street. It only takes one bad experience like that to lose a customer of many years. I think there needs be some type of customer service training. He was basically like a robot. I would also like a refund

I stopped for gas at the Pennsauken Lukoil station on Haddonfield Rd. and the pump wouldn't stay on. The attendant told me if I wanted to get out of the car and hold the pump I could since she wasn't doing it because my car was broken. It's snowing and basically she didn't want to hold the pump even though that's her job. She charged me $1 which is apparently the cost for the amount of gas the pump put in my car (gas is 2.41 a gallon)

This past monday the 7th I stopped to put gas in my car the agent that was working if I'm not mistaken her name tag said Kasi was the most rude individual I have ever met in my life I was at the langhorne location on 413 I will never visit a lukoil again because the way she treated me I have never been treated this way by anybody in my life truly disappointed

Lukoil in Exton, PA posts the price of cash and credit for regular gas but doesn't light the part of the sign that says cash and credit so most people would think it is the price for regular and plus or premium. I got plus gasoline at the pump and realize after the price climbs over $50 that while regular gas is $2.31 they are charging $3.45 for plus. When I approached the owner to ask he told me so what that is what they do. I will never go to a LukOil ever again. That is shady business practice and I don't know how they intend to stay in business if they are going to scam their customers.

I asked the attendant for $15, next thing I look over and it's at $36! I quickly wave the attendant over and tell him I asked for $15, he claims I asked for $50. I repeat that I didn't ask for that much. I call the police and I look back over and it's at $44. The gas attendant made a mistake and I should not have to pay for that. I will NEVER go back to a Lukoil ever again. Once the cops say I have to pay it, the attendants look at each other and start laughing. They are extremely sneaky!

I just spent $75 to refuel the 16.5 gallon tank of my mid-size sedan at the Lukoil in Pennington, NJ. My Acura takes only Premium gas.

I thought I was paying $3.99/gallon. When I got the receipt, it said $4.49/gallon. I looked at the sign again and noticed that they deliberately list the prices backwards so that the premium price is listed on the right side of the sign and the premium is listed on the left. And they charge 10cents more per gallon when paying by credit card--yet I paid with a debit card and was still charged as though it were credit.

It turns out it was the most expensive gas on my drive home to west central Jersey. The premium down the road from me is only $3.86.
