I am afraid for the last scenario to happen with this order again. I did not known it was your again with this order. If i knew i could not pay.
Last time i did order and i refunded after 4 months of waiting. You are the only company online with this kind of poor service. I could not order if i knew it was your products.

I placed an order on the 8th of March and am still awaiting delivery.
I also receive no response on my queries or e-mails.
This is the worse customer service in the world.
Don't order anything from them.

O ordered in February and have had poor response to my communications and still no product. Also seem top have lost my money. Don't use this dodgy company

I have ordered product 6 weeks back and still did not receive anything, I have ask for a refund and first they said that I must wait 21 working days, when that passed I again requested a refund and then they said I must wait the 6weeks and that also passed and still I do not have my money or the products. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY EVER

I ordered for buy 3 get 2free keto extreme fat burner in May 2022 and to date I have not received order even after numerous emails sent to biotrm customer support. The face on advert was Tim Noakes so I trusted this site and ordered. Through emails I asked for my refund of 3511 Rands but biotrim said about 5 times via email that they will resend order to no avail.is there any one that can resolve this problem.
