I went to bitdefender central for recommendations to protect my computer which I do on a regular basis. The notice was there to confirm Verizon was my home internet so I clicked on it and after that my computer went haywire. I am talking about LAPTOP-VL14PS41 I emailed bitdefender they were unable to help me I then called the customer support number and they said they were transferring me to the technical department so they could take over my computer to see what was going on the call was disconnnected. I called this morning to find out what I can do - on the call yesterday I was told to try and remove bitdefender from the computer and reinstall. I was able to get to bitdefender today and uninstalled the security on the computer but now I am unable to reinstall bitdefender on the computer. I called this morning for help the agent I spoke to was extremely rude and told me I would have to wait 9 - 16 hours for the technical department to call me back and I explained it has been over 24 hours and I haven't heard so I asked to talk to someone above him because I am not waiting any longer for my problem to be handled. He hung up on me. I am not very happy with your company right now and I need help.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to use my computer.
