My membership number is [protected] I purchased the TV on September 19 to meet the 399 qualifications to receive promotion. I thought I had $99 or 40 gallons in 30 days to purchase gas right after I purchased TV I went to fill up my gas tank I was so happy I paid.04 cents for gas, I got 4 gallons. I was so happy but apparently the next time I try to fill up on October 3 I didn’t get a discount went inside to talk to customer service. They said it was only a one time one purchase gas opportunity I couldn’t believe it the paper said $99 or 40 gallons, which ever comes first, they said now called customer service. They said they would investigate I didn’t hear a word after seven days I called again took information again wants to receive email or phone call nothing dead silence call today October 2 spoke to a supervisor after an hour with regular customer support got leveled up to a supervisor named ADDY said sorry only one time fill up was allowed. I was very disappointed and frustrated being almost a 30 year BJ’s member to representatives practically called me a liar said I had to send proof of gas fill up Circular was shocked. Never treated like this before at a BJ’s if you check my history, I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 30 years, very disappointing feel like canceling my membership gave options to supervisor credit for two years $99 refund something but nothing please help
