Black Hills Energy review: Service workers

There were two trucks working in the alley between bohmen and Santa Fe on Friday. There were three guys one in bucket working two were not working and standing around chatting. One of the guys chatting doing absolutely nothing parked right in the way so I couldn’t pull out of my parking spot despite being enough room to pull up and let me out this was not the truck with the guy in the bucket with the only person actually working. But I thought it’s ok I need to warm up my truck surely he’ll move… ten minutes later I finally had to ask him to move forward 3 feet so I could get out and he acted offended like I was the unreasonable one. I’m not sure if he’s mentally retarded or just that inconsiderate and I’m not sure which is worse. And while I’m here your website is horrible it’s like you designed it to make it as hard as possible to pay. The bills are complicated and confusing and way too high.
