i have tryed for a week to log back into my paid account.they will not seen away for me to get back into the site.it always go back to log on new again.

hell it's bad to trust people and machines .every thing you do these days or bad dealing you lose more than you put in .money will make people do anything.at lease add away for people to log back on to the site and please respond to e-mails. because the site is no good...

The company will not return my e-mail for a password reset and they just charged my account.

I had the same problem, I sent three email for a password reset. I had problems logging on. Dont know if my account was terminated but I cannot logged on. Hope they do not charge my account, at least they could have the decency and reply to my email. Anyway the site is not that all great, they say its free but after a while they charge you.

There is not any way to contact anyone concerning the matter of them changing tthe password...then not being able to use password that was assigned... there is some lame e-mail reply that does not have a place for and person to reset password...

I've had the same issue! I'm very upset cause i had just paid for a 5 month and they took my money and never responded to any of the 4 e-mails i've sent. Their just saying my e-mail is invalid, how when i'm using it now & every other day...

If you want to contact customer service, the website is owned by People Media. I obtained this info first by calling [protected]. But calling that number only got me the option to leave a voicemail. I am a "NEW" Member at BPM, (BlackPeopleMeet.com ) and I already sent my Membership Payments, by U.S $120, by Cash, through, "MAIL IN ORDER", last November 23, 2009, through EMS, ( International Express Mail Service ), and I have an original Receipt, Proof of delivery, and It took me for almost TWO MONTHS, after keep on sending them my e-mail Questioning, Inquiring BPM (BlackPeopleMeet.com), whether or Not they have received my Payments, and other documents that I already Sent to their given Profaganda address office at:

I totally agree! They are a fraud. I paid for my membership and somebody stole my profile, changed all the information, put their picture up and was using my membership fee, because they don't allow you to change your username. I am so upset. This has happened twice to me on BPM and it was the same woman's picture that was put up. Then yesterday the same thing happened to me on BlackChristianPeopleMeet.com! This entire company is fraudulent and there should be somebody like the FCC that the can be reported to. I will never use them again. And I emailed both women who stole my profile to let them know that I knew who they were and I had their email addresses AND I gave them a piece of my mind as well! This is in addition to firing off an email to the company, which after reading all the comments I know it was a waste of my time. I just really, really angry about this situation and it seems like there is nothing that can be done about it.

That password reset is nonsense. What I did was go to where you can reset your password using your partial credit card number. I was able to reset the password. When I pulled up my profile, that's when I found out someone had changed my profile and put up their picture. The first time they didn't change the username, but the second time it happened they changed the username. I didn't even know until my friend called to tell me that he went back to look at my profile and there was a picture up there that wasn't me! What I did do was unsubscribe from both BPM and BCPM and deleted both profiles and today I will be canceling my credit card for safety purposes.

I just join this site and the second day someone had already got into my profile and change all my information and put their information and picture on my paid site. I contacted customer service 6 times no avail. I deleted the person info and change my pass word the next day she had got back into the account and sent 175 messages to men. I change my user name and password and contacted customer again the next day I tried to log on to my account and it had been deleted. I only had the membership 4days and paid $18.95 and really did not use the account but two days. No one from customer service call me back or responded to any of my complaints all that was done was my account was terminated. And my money was not refunded I will never join a dating site again. Black people meet.com is the worst dating site I ever encountered and they do not care about returning emails or calling to settles any concerns.

constantly been loged out of my sight.they keep asking me for my credit card number to log back in .and tonight my account is closed they are asking me to login for the special, when i went on the sight on Dec.31 for 6 months.now it's only 3 month passed and, now my account has been closed.On this site you can't speak with any one to get information on what's going on with your account.

My account is doing the same thing everytime when I log in it lets me in then it logs me out and ask for my credit card number to log back in the same problem you bare having. I don't get it either are they debiting your account over and over and it will hit all at one time. You are so right you can't talk to anyone about this. But you still get email correspondence. Are they serious?

I have sent several emails to Tech Support, Customer service and have sent myemail address to their web site for password reset, no response going on 4 days now, they are scamming to charge your account again. They should be investigated and made to pay restitution to those they have hussled.

I also am having the same problem, it logs me in but the second I click on something it logs me back out. I am furious! I paid my money to what I thought was a true dating site. Ugh, and I met a really cute guy the night before lol but SERIOUSLY I'M SO MAD. I wish there was something I could do to get my money back.

Seems that I should not use their service since I am experiencing problems without even purchasing yet!? Their credit card process boots me back out with a "your credit card has been declined" Yeah, sure. So, it was good for the other 10 places I used it today, but YOU ALL say its declined. Then (like an ###) I go to buy another visa card and THAT one was also declined. Seems like they place all these ads on TV for Match.com Christian Singles and this one/Blackpeoplemeet ALL by the same company, but they can't keep up with fixing whats wrong

I would call the Visa bank to verify that the card have funds and use this as a proof that their website wasn't functioning properly.

My issue with BlackPeoplemeet is that they suddenly removed my profile. My profile did not include any objectionable language notions or anything else that is negative.

My profile that they removed 2 days after I joined their services, was in perfect conformance to all their rules.

I spoke to their so called tech support person and he advised that they had no record that they removed my profile. He questioned the email that I got from them thinking it might be not from them!

BlackPeoplemeet tech support ask me to give him REMOTE ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER so that he would check the email I received! Of course, I refused and asked him to tell me the steps he want to perform and I'll perform them. He only asked me to verify the source of the email that notified me that my profile wasn't approved.

I asked him to restore my profile again he said he can't and asked me to call l1 [protected]...he said 'they can restore your profile'. It turned out that this number is AOL number!

I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas soon. Will let you know what happens!

This is awful how BlackPeopleMeet is ripping people off. I joined and after a month followed instructions to remove myself from the site. About three months later a friend said he seen my picture on the site again. I followed the instructions again and had it removed. Now it is Christmas and those f... took $59 plus out of my account after I had cancelled. I sent an email and haven't got any response. I am writing a letter and dropping it in the mail tomorrow. I thoroughly read the contract and it is deceiving as to how to cancel your membership. They say on the website if you want to cancel follow the directions and they lead you through the process. Well, that is what they make the consumer believe. As I continued to read the fine print it in the contract it says that your prescription will not be valid if you do not remove your picture (which I am glad I did). But that is sooooo misleading... That is deceitful act toward the consumer, making them believe they have been removed, yet by the contract they are not. Then to continue to make all aware of their trickery, per the contract they restrict the consumer to file any complaint about BlackPeopleMeet.. With all the complaints they are getting from the consumers, there should be something someone can do. But with all the complaints there has to be something we can do to get our money back. I will file a complaint at the BBB and go online and fill out a form to file a class action. So for all Californians keep the look out...

I originally joined blackpeoplemeet.com in March 2013 and set up for automatic monthly renewal with a credit card and instead of taking the monthly renewal, they took 37.00 for 6 months renewal and I immediately cancelled my subscription to end at the end of that timeframe and cancelled automatic renewal of my credit card and then just 2 days ago, they charged my credit card another 18.99 for monthly renewal fee. Now why in the hell would I be charged a monthly fee when they already charged my card for a 6 month renewal fee on March 23, 2013 that was for 6 months to end 09/22/13? I have sent an email to customer service but based on the comments that I am reading, I think that I am going to have to dispute the charges with my bank and report them to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission as fraud. I am going to give them 24 hours to respond and if I don't receive a response via email, then I will try calling the customer service # I found of [protected] and speak to a live person. One way or another, I will be getting my money back! Modern technology is suppose to be a good things but I think I might go back to the stone age and started writing checks for anything that I have to pay and if I can't pay it using the U.S. Postal Service, then I'll do it in person.

I cancelled my membership well over a week before the renewal date. I followed the instructions to take down my profile and cancel the automatic payment. I hadn't been on the site since I cancelled, but I just say on my bank statement that they charged me for another month and caused my account to overdraft! I called People Media: [protected]; option 5 and the rep was very nice, but when I explained my situation, she stated that they have a strict no refund policy! I battled back in forth until she refunded the renewal fee, but stated that she couldn't do anything about the overdraft! To make matters worse, they don't send cancellation confirmation to your email. I am going to report them to my bank, and to BBB! Never using this site or any other like it, EVERYTHING AGAIN!

I still have paid membership but black people meet keeps forbidden me to log into my account. Nothing has changed on my phone its there site that won't let me back in my account. I really think this is a practice for them to kick you out of your account so when they decide to fix it, your paid time has expired.
